This Honda dealer is a scam. Ola O. , Todd S. and James are liars and scammers. They over charged me thousands for a plastic Honda. Ola lied to me about having to put down a down payment. James told me to lie to ola about test driving the vehicle which I never was offered the opportunity. I never test drove it. Todd dodged my request for a supervisors number for weeks. They all worked together to screw me over and steal from me. My Honda is a plastic fit that has old brakes, old transmission oil, old and worn down tires and plastic useless hubcaps. And oh yeah I have receipts for all the work I had to have done after I was scammed. Certified preowned means trash by Honda. read more

Been coming here for a while now to get my car serviced. I really liked the service from Abel and I generally like Honda. Decided it was time for a new car so I have been messaging their sale rep for months. Every time I saw a car I wanted, it sold before I could make time to see it. All of their sale rep are super responsive and I greatly appreciate that. I think I've talked to 5 of them total. Finally had time to come in and Rocky was very accommodating to everything I asked for and asked about. I knew that I wanted a Honda but was not sure which model. I was debating between a CR-V, an HR-V or a Civic. Rocky allowed me to test drive 3 different models to ensure that I liked the feel of the drive. That was a priority for me because my last Civic (2011) had a delay when pressing on the gas and brakes and that bothered me. I also needed a lot of trunk space for all the housewife chores I do- mainly large grocery purchases. I finally settled with a Honda Civic Hatchback Sports. The drive and steering is so smooth. The car is spacious especially for a smaller car. The remote start is going to be very helpful during the hot seasons so I can pre-AC my car before getting in. I had installed a third party remote start on my old Civic so it's nice that this comes preinstalled. Rocky walked me through all the specs and features of the car and I asked A LOT of questions to ensure I was getting what I actually wanted. He was very patient with me and I am grateful for his time. Overall, I was very happy with my experience buying from Honda and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or even service their car here!! read more

The sad part is, they would have gotten 5 stars, if it weren't for the fact that the oil change light came on as I drove it home from the lot. We took it to a local place for an oil change, and were told that it was not only due for the oil change, but the transmission was overdue being flushed and the 4wd fluid. When we contacted Tracy Honda about this, they said there is nothing they can do. These maintenance things had been done by them before they sold to us, but not "entered into the system". The transmission fluid was dark and dirty. They refuse to admit they sold us a car that had past due maintenace. The team on the site changed the price +$1500, and then said that's what it always was.
