It was a good experience while I was there everyone was kind and helpful. But once I got home, it became a different story. The dealership wasn't transparent about the optional charges. I even went with my dad and he was also confused because he also does not recall hearing anything of optional charges. I ended up canceling some and wish to cancel more, it's been really stressful since then. Honestly, this has turned into a very negative experience. I wish I had taken my business elsewhere. I was told to reach out if I had any questions or concerns, but when I did, the responses felt rude. I kept following up because I never got a solid answer or peace of mind which was what I wanted especially with this being my first car. Highly recommend that you avoid this dealership. Purchased car from them back in August 2025 and they never finalized the transfer of the registration. Registration is coming due and when I attempted to pay got an error online at DMV so I reached out to DMV they advised that it was still pending. Called Tracy Honda they said they would look into it and when I didn't hear back went into DMV wasted 2 hours of my life to be told that the dealership has to fix the issue and finalize the transfer. Then when I called and spoke with their Sales Manager was told they did nothing wrong. Even not calling me back was not wrong. That alone is insane. They don't care. Take your business elsewhere. I went for a service 01/25/2025, for a B13, I was told the car is in great shape after the service, as per usual I always check everything under the hood after a service to see if everything looks good, I did notice a white paint on one of the hoses, didn't think much of it just thought something got spilled, next day I took it to get a smog done, the test failed I was then told that it failed due to a air Intake hose is cracked exactly where that white type of paint was sitting, then I went and reached out to Honda services because it was next to the air filter that they supposedly change, one I left a voice message no respond, 2 I called the service advisor Corey, he told me that his guy was no where near that hose, so now your telling me that I was charged over $389+ for you not even changing out my air filters because that was part of the services and it's right next to the hose?! On top of that the TPMS light is on right after the service!! Obviously they didn't want no part of the situation or offer to correct the situation. I pretty much took it into my owns hands & order the part, had my husband repair the piece, as his finding they didn't even connect another hose which is located at the bottom that is as connected to the air filter. and it was barely hanging on that had me fuming!! I drove home with a hose barely attached. I will definitely will not be heading back to this location you lost a customer I've been going here since I purchased my car back in 2013. The amount you guys charge you can do a better job servicing cars and properly attaching pieces back!!
