So we walked over to Tracy Thai.... Closed, dang. I looked it up and, My Thai Cuisine was the only Thai food place in town that was open before 5pm on a Friday! So, we wandered in and in so glad we did. We had a great time. The food was prompt and delicious, staff was friendly and kept our drinks topped off. We ordered the Pad Thai (beef) and the orange chicken with a side of thai egg rolls. The perfect amount of food for us, and everything was delicious. I'll say the beef was scarce in the pad Thai, and they didn't ask us about heat level (it had none.) I mainly take one star away because while the inside looks nice, it is not very comfortable seating. The bench seat across the wall is too deep so I couldn't rest my back on it, and the chairs were small so my husband felt like he was spilling over. We swapped seats and did a little better after that. Too small, too big. Lol Overall a good experience though, and we will definitely be back, especially considering they're actually open during the day!

After reading so many good reviews about this place, I went to try it out for myself with my husband. Well, my experience was disappointing. The food was sub-par and tasteless. We order the angel wings, chicken satay, chicken wide noodles, and fish cakes. Both my husband and I thought the fish cakes was old. We went to many thai places, but never had any fish cake this sour! Service: Crummy. We had a pretty asian waitress greet us when we first came in and she lead us to our tables (was very poliet). Then when it was time to order, we got a different waitress that was a bit tanner, she was very grumpy and rude. She never came by the tables to ask us if we needed anything or came around to refill our drinks and the place wasn't even busy. The restaurant was nice inside, EXCEPT for a fly that was buzzing around my food while I was trying to eat. Would not be coming here again. read more

I've been a loyal customer of Tracy Thai since it first opened, but my recent visits have been hugely disappointing. Both times, we were rushed out even though the restaurant was nearly empty. The service was subpar--staff seemed more focused on getting us out than ensuring a pleasant dining experience. On my second visit, the waitress was rude and seemed completely uninterested. The food, which I've always enjoyed, was also a letdown. I ordered Pad Thai with tofu, but the tofu tasted spoiled--sour and unappetizing from the first bite. It's clear the quality has dropped, and it's hard to overlook these issues after being a regular for so long. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. Tracy Thai used to be one of my favorite spots, but with the decline in both food and service, I can't justify coming back. read more

I'm really disappointed with my recent visit to Tracy Thai for Dinner. Unfortunately, the food was not tasty this time around, which was a letdown. But what really surprised me was the unexpected service charge added to our bill for a party of five. The waitress mentioned that the service charge was disclosed on the menu and the restaurant door. Considering my 3-year-old only had few spoons of soup, this charge felt excessive. I hope the management will reconsider their service charge policy or at least make it more transparent. Until then, I will caution others to carefully review their bills. read more

Now, all these white people giving this place 5 stars don't know Thai food and it's probably their first time experiencing it, This place is a bit Overpriced, and LOW QUALITY! When I first went here I had the curry, it was terrible...barely any flavors at all! Pad Thai looked disgusting and there meat is dry. Its okay, but if you prefer taste over building looks go to Thai Cafe less then a minute away from it! The only good thing about this place is it looks nice and the service! read more

The tai salad alone will be the reason why you come here, the atmosphere is very bland, nothing real attractive in my opinion , the customer service is pretty decent, friendly and attentive the handful of tines of been there. By far though, the tai salad is the only reason why I cone here and I'm now open to try other foods on there menu but there salad is my addiction here :) read more
