I struggled between one or two stars. I always like to start off my reviews with the good. The staff were very friendly and nice. We got our food promptly (ordered takeout) and one of the staff members even ran after us when he realized that one of our items in our order was missing. The food was delicious. They're curries are a little more on the thinner side instead of creamy which isn't necessarily a bad thing since plenty of people prefer it that way. Most of the restaurant including the bathrooms was clean which brings me to the negative. I've attached a picture of their aquarium and this is downright disgusting and cruel for the fishes inside. My go to Thai spot in Tracy! I've called in and ordered a few times and it has always been an easy process. The time that is usually quoted is the time that they will have my order ready when picking up. I've dined in the restaurant as well and they are quick to take our order and food is so tasty. The restaurant is clean and the staff is always so friendly. I've had their pad thai, tom kha soup, kee mow beef noodles and see iew noodles, all delicious and they are generous with their serving sizes!! Parking here is a little tough depending on the time you arrive, there is marked street parking and a small parking lot around the back. read more

Last night my family and I went to eat dinner ! We ordered 6 entrees ! There was a dish we did not care for ! (Pad Thai noodles) it tasted kind of like dirt. It was a weird taste we never had before . We could not eat it. We mentioned it to the waitress. We explained that we didn't like it and couldn't eat it. She then said , ok let me go see! She did not smile or make us feel at ease. (Non apologetic) no eye contact. She came back 10min later saying it's ok and grabbed the dish ,I then said can I get another fried rice to go! She stayed quiet then said ok. She was not making eye contact at all and came off extremely rude. Once she took that order she left and did not receive that fried rice for another 25min. Mind you this place is freezing ! Our family was cold and felt like we were being punished for not liking the food . Finally, The owner with short blonde hair came to our take and grabbed all dishes and stacked them very rudely and pulled them towards her and grabbed them and walked away! My daughter was sitting at the end of the table and experienced this lady grabbed all the dishes so loudly with no smile and no apology for not liking the dish. You would think managing a restaurant there would be some table side manner and some professionalism! There was no expression but a blank stare and a grin. Having a rude demeanor at this type of business is very unwelcoming! Made us feel uncomfortable and would not eat here or suggest this place again! Im super disappointed I convince my husband to order from here today because every time i have ate here i would say 5 stars! Friendly fast service yes, the pad Thai was made with some sort of SWEET tomato sauce style. I like my pad Thai a bit spicy and mentioned this upon ordering but instead it was more ketchup tasting. By husbands tofu was burnt and he received proteins in his meal which upset him. Sundays are busy and I understand hope next time the food is edible :( read more

Ordered Beef pad se ew - was so so, light flavor, beef was very dry. Portion size was ok looked like it got chopped up and spread around to look better? I had to add a lot of additional spice to kick it up. String bean beef - again so so, better flavor, lots of string beans which was nice. Good size mushroom chunks. Beef was dry and chewy. We enjoyed dinner here, 7:30pm on a Friday evening. It was not very busy, we were seated immediately. The restaurant is nice and open. Our service was excellent. We ordered angel wings, oriental chicken salad (surprisingly our absolute favorite!!!), combo pad thai, pineapple fried rice and screaming tiger( grilled ribeye sliced with sauce to dip). Everything came out timely with beautiful presentation and huge portions. The pad thai was not the style I enjoy but good. Same for the pineapple fried rice and angel wings. The ribeye was great but dipping sauce was very salty. The chicken salad was the star! My husband that is usually not a fan of having salad said it probably was the best salad he's ever had. I loved the dressing, cashews and apple in it. So good! It went well with the ribeye. We came from Stockton and we will return to have that salad again and maybe try some yellow curry and the bbq pork or garlic pork. They should sell that salad dressing! read more

Reviewing after my 3rd Visit, it went from Ok to Bad to Worst. Ordered : Chicken Satay - Completely tasteless, cold pressed uncooked chicken with a gamy flavor topped With spices. The only thing that made it edible was that peanut thing accompanying it. Garlic Chicken - Same story , asked for medium spicy had absolutely no spice and flavor at all, the chicken was tasting like it is made of flour. Same problem with frozen chicken thrown into the wok directly. Chicken pad Thai - The pad Thai portion was good, noodles were tasting great along with tofu but same story with the chicken. The highlight is when we told the management about the crappy tasting food, he simply said that "I will let the kitchen know" is that what you expect ? No apologies nothing.
