Customer service was closed because it was late at night. He said I could return with my receipt to collect the amount I overpaid. Wow! So many things were remarkable about this interaction. First, I was actually mistaken about the discount. It was different than I had expected, but still a better deal than I realized. Second, the staff member approached me and offered to help me. Third, he actually worked hard to make the transaction happen while I was there. Most store associates would not have done any of the above. That one interaction won me over as an Albertsons customer. Anytime I'm in Surprise, AZ, I will definitely do my shopping at that location. Large beauty, cleaning, clothing, home goods and appliances section besides all of the normal grocery store items you'd expect to find. Large parking lot shared with fast food restaurants and businesses. Very friendly staff here. I was greeted twice by the cart attendant and the checker and bagger were very nice.

The Governor has dropped the MASK MANDATE FOR THE STATE and this STUPID STORE, THAT MUST BE GETTING MONEY FROM THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IS STILL REQUIRING PEOPLE TO wear a MASK!! IF, a person chooses to wear a mask, THAT IS THEIR RIGHT AND THEIR BUSINESS. If you want to find the worlds best street burrito, look no further. Whenever I'm craving a California burrito, I immediate head to this food truck. For $12, They stuff in fries, guacamole, sour cream, and your choice of meat. The employees like to keep the line moving, which is great especially during lunch. There's so many things to try outside of burritos though. Better to place your order ahead of time to skip the line. I have been shopping at TJ's for over 20 yrs. I'm very disappointed in them, the products that we "all" like best are gone & they are pushing items that don't sell in order to clear out their inventory. They manufacturer their products & from what I am told they are producing products that make them the most money. Back to Sprouts I go!! They definitely need to get their bakery with more variety of items especially come in first in the morning. When the employee brought the groceries out, they did not review the total or the receipt with him. When he got home and I began unpacking, I noticed our total was $237.50 more than it should have been. (23.99) After reviewing the receipt, I immediately saw the mistake. Instead of scanning a 12-pack of protein shakes priced at $23.99, the employee manually entered it as 9.9 pounds at $23.99 per pound, resulting in a massive overcharge. I contacted the store right away and was told there was "nothing they could do" and that I needed to contact corporate. Corporate then told me it would take 3-5 business days to process and that I would receive an email confirmation. This error happened on Sunday, January 11, 2026, and I have yet to receive that email. On Monday, January 12, Angela Lopez from the store reached out, apologized, and asked me to email the details so they could fix the issue. She also mentioned a gift card for the inconvenience. While I appreciate the apology, $237.50 is not a small inconvenience. I live paycheck to paycheck, and that amount of money makes a huge difference for my family. I tried calling this Fry's location to speak directly with Angela and was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes, only for no one to ever come to the phone. At this point, I don't know what else to do. I am extremely disappointed by how little concern has been shown over a very clear employee error and how difficult it has been to resolve something that should have been fixed immediately. As a young mom with a teenage son living paycheck to paycheck, this experience has been incredibly stressful. I cannot believe how little this store seems to care about its customers.
