Their appetizers were sooo good. The waitress was friendly & took good care of our needs. I got to watch my favorite team play on the BIG screen & beat my son in laws team. Saints did good. Not sure if this place is new, but it seems that way! The atmosphere is energetic and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on their menu. There are a TON of options for food so we had to try a few. There are also a variety of games there (indoors and outdoors) so it will be super fun during the summer. Only thing I would suggest is decreasing the price of the mocktails; they are the same price as drinks with alcohol lol read more

Food is barely okay. Fried pretzel was burnt, hamburger was not tasty at all and brisket sandwich had really vinegar taste in sauce. Prices are high. The atmosphere is fun, but they ask for your drivers license if you want to play cornhole. That was crazy. And they ran a charge on my charge card of $1.00 randomly. I have no idea what for and I am sure if they do that for every customer, they make quite a bonus. I won't be back. read more

Fun sports bar with good food, however, the service is terrible. I spend quite a bit of time in sports bars so I know this is not a five star restaurant. However, I do expect SOME service. My server, I think his name was Ryan, but not certain since I think I overheard him say that to another table. He NEVER checked when food arrived to see if things were ok. My food arrived without a fork and I definitely needed one. Went to the bar and got my own. A lot of money has been invested in this place but some staff is letting you down. Today was my first time and I have to say the venue was amazing and a great place to hang out. It has one on the largest TV screens I have ever seen in a bar. I ordered the truffle fries which didn't have the slightest taste of truffle but they were good as regular fries. It's best to just order regular fries. The burger was good and came with the same fries albeit "regular." My sister ordered the Rueben sandwich and was extremely salty. There are plenty of things to do other than to eat and drink so it definitely looks like a great summer bar. I would go again but without high expectations for the food. read more

First time here. Went here on 4-1-23. Friends wanted to go to a Biergarten. They recommended this place. If I was younger this would be a great spot for sure. But I'll just go during the day. Haha. The vibe in here is great & love the energy of the waiters & waitresses, what was also really nice is how open the outside & inside is within the restaurant. Outside in the front has volleyball options and the back has corn hole amongst other things to do with friends. Main complaint is the watered down drinks & just nothing special about em for the most part. Got a few different drinks but especially tried their margaritas and they're very plain in appearance (just a typical glass you would get soda served in) compared to other places down town you can get drinks. Drinks were fairly priced though, just again.... Watered down & not what I was hoping for. The pizza was cooked really well though & seemed to be cooked in a wood oven, which is amazing. Would come again if friends really wanted to or just for the fact they have volleyball. Big enough area here to be entertained w/o food or drinks. The parking is decent, they have quite a few free spots right outside the restaurant but once they run out you have to find parking in the neighborhoods right next to it. read more

I have loved Trainwreck for a long time, but my recent experience has ruined it for me. The woman behind the bar did not check on me or my friends ONCE. She spent the entire time talking to just one woman, not even bothering to look in our direction. I come here because they're attentive and friendly. Joe has always been such a wonderful bartender for us, but this woman is nowhere near his professionalism. I wish I had gotten her name, so I could speak to her manager about her behavior, but I had no chance to speak to her. She had shoulder length brown hair, but that's all I learned about her during my whole time there. By far, the WORST service I have ever had. Extremely disappointing. read more

PROs: Huge. Brand new (opened mid-Sep 2022). Nice mountain views and tons of games to play. Huge craft brew selection fairly priced. Similar to Red Leg Brewery vibes, but larger indoor sports bar area. Great for groups, parties, events. They clearly invested in this place. CONs: All the good fireplace seating is all bottle service wtf. Security is everywhere and looming over bc they don't have much to do. So-so area south of downtown, but this area is quickly developing. Overly staffed wandering around - more staff than patrons. read more

I had high hopes for this place. The drink variety, food menu, and ambiance looks awesome! After we seated ourselves, we waited 15 minutes before our server came by. Our food (2 salads, an app and sandwich) too an hour and twenty minutes to arrive. Our server was good about keeping up with our drinks but we had to keep asking about our food. 2 stars for the ambiance great place to watch sports, but the food was very disappointing. We enjoyed the food and service when we went previous times. We were told under new management. The appetizer platter consisted of a very burnt and terrible Smokey tasting pretzel (how can you mess up a pretzel?!) completely out of the Trainwreck twinkies (which we were all Looking forward to) plus the wings were extremely salty could only eat 1. Pros: fun atmosphere. Great happy hour food options. Wells are $3 on happy hour, can't really beat that. Service was pretty good and friendly. Cons: Drinks taste REALLY watered down. We got wells on happy hour, and those are $3, so I wasn't really upset about that. Though, we got ($17) drinks from their cocktail menu to try. Not good, still tastes watered down. When I pay that much for a drink I expect something pretty top notch. Altitude Hospitality owns GOG/ Till, which I love, so I guess I was expecting a bit more drink wise. The drinks there are a lot better, and are actually less pricey(???) Because of the service and fun atmosphere, we'll be back to give it another shot. Probably stick to just beer! read more

MINUS 1! While frequenting this place since they opened, very disappointed in my experience tonight. We have put up with very inconsistent service and attitude over this time, but have spent more than a couple thousand dollars there trying to support them. We live in the neighborhood and have VRBO's close by as well. The facility is a great sports bar location, but the service has been terrible as a whole. There are some great staff who are treating people great, but they are traditionally understaffed. Tonight the bar manager, Jeff Campbell, came to serve us. We ordered a pizza and a pint as we've done on more than a dozen occasions. When I asked if we could be upcharged to add olives to the cheese pizza, Jeff said no. I said we have done it several times, Jeff stated he was the manager and I was going to get someone fired. I said, "that's bad management", and he came back at me that we will not be served. Okay, but then he tells me the place was going out of business and if it wasn't for him and the new general manager that they would be out of business. Nice attitude and ego Mr. Jeff Campbell! read more

It's a really neat place. They have all kinds of entertainment options. The food was excellent. Our party of 5 had ribs, wings, brisket Mac and cheese and a burger and upgraded our fries to truffle fries. It was all delicious. The server was great too, even though she was running her tail off. Beware of deceptive practices and bad service. Wife Reserved a golf bay and a few tables for my birthday. 30 minutes after reservation time golf bay was still not set up, and we still did not have a server. We had to order drinks at the bar and serve ourselves. We had to hunt a server down quite a few times, a server who honestly seemed annoyed that we wanted to spend our money there and were making her work. 45 minutes after original reservation time, the golf bay was still not set up to play. We had asked twice to get it set up by this time. After the golf bay was finally set up and the server decided to serve us everything flowed smoothly. Until we saw our credit card statement and noticed that they double charged us for reservation AND food. Wife called 4x and left a voicemails multiple times explaining that she was overcharged and the charges came from different dates and did not match any receipt. She requested to speak to a manager. We never received a call back from any manager or employee, so the fraudulent charges (which did not match ANY receipt, statement, or date) were disputed with cc company (who was more than happy to take them off, and had questions themselves like "why would they double charge you, on a different date and reduce the charge by a single dollar? that's a deliberate manual input. Not a mistake"). Afterwards we notified friends to double check their cc statements, turns out some of our friends were also double charged as well! This wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't refuse to answer the phone and return ANY phone calls and voicemails we have left them. The terrible service and fraudulent practices, along with the horrible communication from management gives this place a 0star. read more

I had a great experience here and the manager helped me get setup with the many activities that they offer. She stopped by several times to check on us even though it was super busy. I was having a great time until (it seems like) the owner showed up and caused an absolute scene with the staff. He was exceedingly disruptive to the staff and interfered with multiple employees doing their tasks. He pulled one of the employees aside (which happened to be right next to me) to berate them about seemingly unnecessary tasks and was very rude. I feel sorry that they have a boss that doesn't talk to them with respect and acknowledge the hard work they are putting in! read more

We just went to watch a playoff game and have some snacks and drinks. Trainwreck completely exceeded our expectations. Both the chicken Buffalo dip and the shrimp popper "Twinkies" were both very good and super filling. I would love an option for the dip besides potato chips but that is simply an area they can improve. The large single screen was beyond amazing. Not several screens pieces together...a single screen that was sharp resolution. Drinks were good but a tad pricey. Can't wait to go back during the warm summer months. Pretty fun sports bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. They were very busy and certainly don't have enough parking. We will be returning in the summertime to visit the outdoor patio area/game area.
