Coconut coffee is very delicious. We got it at 25% sugar which was perfect. Drinks come out really quickly. We did order through kiosk, as most workers are busy making drinks and working behind the bar. The place is lively even on a Monday afternoon. The service at this store is pretty quick eventhough it was busy. The coffee is considered strong and I can say very sweet. I like to have the coffee once a while and not for daily coffee. Came by Team Cream Coffee 2 in Vietnam Town today and surprisingly it wasn't as packed as usual, but the place still pretty loud lol. Definitely not a quiet study spot, but more of a sit and chat with friends/family. The coffee is strong and honestly tastes like true Vietnamese coffee -- super dark and sweetened with condensed milk. The first sip is usually very concentrated, but after letting the ice melt a little, it balances out perfectly and tasted really smooth. You can tell they don't water down their coffee here. There was a BOGO special on their Creamt Hanoi, so I ordered two - one with egg cream and the other with coffee cream. The drinks were good - bold coffee flavor, sweet, creamy! I could barely taste the egg cream and the coffee cream. The only thing that was disappointing about the drink was that the cups were literally filled with ice to the top. Ice was sticking out on top, and not because they were floating; the ice was literally stacked to the top that's why it was sticking out. So the amount of drink in the cup was hardly anything. It could be finished in minutes. The combination of both drinks probably could equal one drink! Haha When I ordered with the cashier, he didn't ask about how much ice I wanted , so not even sure if that was an option. Also, the cashier didn't seem like he enjoyed his job. When I said I wanted the BOGO, he just immediately entered it and the screen went to the payment. I had to tell him that I wanted one with egg cream and the other with the coffee cream. This spot always seems to be popping on weekends! We hung out here for an hour or two, and during that time they exclusively played Bruno Mars music, which I found amusing (and thoroughly enjoyed). This was my second time coming, and I ordered the classic egg coffee while my fiancé ordered the egg cacao. The barista who handed me my drink was very helpful and gave guidance on needing to shake the drink very well first before drinking it. I really feel like this place deserves more stars than it has because everyone is out here complaining about the ice, but it's Vietnamese coffee! I've been supporting this coffee shop since they first started, so this experience was disappointing. We ordered four drinks this morning. The salted cream coffee wasn't for me, so I asked to add cream and even offered to pay extra for a larger cup with more ice. The cashier was kind and helpful, but the manager gave me an unfriendly look instead of asking how they could make it right. I wasn't asking for anything free I was happy to pay. Came here on a busy Saturday afternoon. It felt like a Starbucks cafe - packed with people drinking their drinks, as well as families and their kids. I ordered this as a plan B after the matchaya was sold out, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. It's very creamy, light, and has a natural sweetness to it. You can taste the avocado and it pairs so well with the coconut. There's also real coconut meat shavings on top, so good! I also tried the peach citrus tea--sooo flavorful and citrusy. My boyfriend and his friend were craving coffee after we had lunch so we chose to go to the Silver Creek plaza to grab coffee. I don't remember how Tram really tasted like the first time I got it when they first opened, so I wanted to give this place a try again. I thought my drink was okay because it tasted different every time I took a sip from it. First, it tasted sweet but I'm not sure if it was from the sugar if they used it? Then I could taste the hojicha then the coffee. The caffeine does work though because I was able to pull through the night shift. Our friend thought his VIP coffee was too condensed. I don't think he would come here for coffee again haha. My boyfriend's banana cream coffee was surprisingly good. The coffee taste was super strong, but the banana cream helped mellow it out. Ordered the coffee with egg cream with coffee jelly. There were plenty of seating. I saw a number of people put their drinks upside down on the table and wondered why. More on that later. The egg cream was very creamy. Compliments the strong Vietnamese coffee very well. There was a lot of ice in the cup. More than usual. A friend explained that you are supposed to wait for the ice to melt before drinking the coffee. That's why people put it upside down on the table. That's interesting. Never heard that before. Place is clean, modern and well lighted. Staff was nice and answered questions about the different options. They could not change the sugar level on what we ordered so had to go with the usual. Let's just say that I had some pretty high expectations as this was my 2nd time visiting. The 1st time I had the black sesame coffee and it was delicious.
