Staff need to be retrained especially on promotional days. A drive thru is meant to be fast but I spent 40 min in drive thru because of slow service. Cashier and barista took 15 min ordering and 25 min making drinks. Bought their promotion buy one get one free, got 2 drinks so I should have 2 free. The staff did not repeat and confirm the order, had to confirm my order of 2 extra drinks to 2 other staff members. they did not communicate together and thought brought 1 drink instead of total 4 drinks. Saw a TikTok the night before soft opening--around 10:30pm--and found out they were launching this new location with a drive-thru on Monday. Looks like they're going head-to-head with the folks across the street who've been enriching the human experience for a while now, lol. First impression? The menu is surprisingly extensive, with a wide range of fruity and coffee-based drinks. The Thai tea was super flavorful, and the Vietnamese coffee hit that perfect level of strong. I tried the Running Dragon too--refreshing and creamy. I also appreciate that they offer a variety of add-ons, which lets you customize your drink a bit more. Unfortunately, food can only be ordered in house and not at the drive thru. Looks like they're still working on service at the drive thru. It's their first DT location after all. (After opening a DT location myself I can tell you it's a big adjustment so let em cook for a while) One downside: I wish they had milk alternatives for the Thai tea. Quality has gone down significantly, it sucks!!!! Please everyone, save your money and go somewhere else!!!!! Paid 8.50 for a VIP drink and now it is a watery full of ice drink with mild coffee taste, when it used to be a thick strong coffee with moderate ice. How come you reach this point in such a small period of time? I guess profit and greed is better than quality! Best egg coffee I've tasted outside of Hanoi (ask for less sugar and it's perfect!) I absolutely love this new spot, cool vibe, a traditional taste but so elevated. I had the same experience as some of the others. I went through the drive-thru (for convenience) and literally had to scream for the workers to hear my order. They should invest in a better system especially since we were right up close to the speaker. I asked if they had in stock a croissant and they said yes but that they can't sell food via drive thru that I had to walk in.. that's wild to me cuz why would I get my drink from the drive thru and then have to go park and walk in and wait in another line for a croissant? Heard about the mixed reviews with this new place but decided to check it out for ourselves. Unfortunately the bad reviews were correct. They load the cups with ice so you barely get any of the drink. The ice also clumps together making the VIP drink with the jelly pointless because you couldn't even get any of the jelly, they were stuck on the ice! We had to throw the rest of the drink away and I'm not exaggerating when I say we only got about 3 sips before everything was gone out of the large drink. We checked out Kei Coffee across the street the day before and was planning on going back but wanted to give this place a try. We recommend going to Kei. Last Saturday this place did a huge event almost re-banding themselves with a "BRAND NEW OPENING" ( this place is been open for months already) they spend a lot of money on press, raffles, DJ,etc etc but they are missing something sooo important or they really don't understand business. Take care of your customers and don't be so stingy and charge for everything! If you ask for easy ice they just feel your drink half the cup! Who does that!!? Some of their drinks are $9 dollars and you get very mediocre service and they expect to do good ?? The biggest issue was that I was given a coupon for a free drink, but when I tried to use it, they refused to honor it. There was no clear explanation or attempt to resolve the situation, which felt misleading and unfair. If a business offers coupons, they should stand by them or clearly communicate any restrictions upfront. On top of that, the prices are extremely high for what you get, especially considering the poor service. Overall, this was a bad business decision and an even worse customer experience. I won't be returning and would not recommend this place. Went for the BOGO free coffee and got the sesame coffee. The coffee base has a metallic cherry medicine flavor, but it's light compared to other Vietnamese cafes. However, it's not my favorite flavor profile. The sesame foam was lightly flavored and didn't overpower the coffee. 3/5 They are having BOGO free now and it's a good chance to give it a try. However, their coffee isn't stand out good that I would come back and pay regular or BOGO price. I think there are better places in the area. read more

Coffee is way too overpriced, taste decent at best, and stuffed with primarily ice. They do not offer any hot coffee options. Food takes forever to recieve. Only good thing this place has is the setting and it's clean for any studying being done. read more

This morning I bought a meat sandwich at the Tram shop and a cup of coffee to go. I waited for about 20 minutes even though the shop wasn't busy. When I got to work about 20 minutes later and took the sandwich out, the bread was completely soggy and falling apart. It looked terrible, and I couldn't eat it. Disappointed with drinks, ordered the special milk tea with 50% sweet and it was so bitter that I couldn't drink the tea. Should have ordered the small lol. I got a large and with tip my drink was $10 bucks for a milk tea. Not worth it at all. Ordered a Logan tea and it was also too strong for my hubby. Ordered the Salted Cream Coffee this morning, and really got myself a salted coffee! I thought it was supposed to be coffee, not salt water!

The atmosphere is very chill and cozy. But, the coffee is not my personal favorite. People should come and give it a try though!
