A weird experience but the effort is appreciated…read more Came in one weekend out of convenience, we were driving around the area and my gf highly recommended it. We parked and noticed nearly all the lights were off. The pastry cabinet was empty, the tables were taped off. But people were inside and customers were in line. Emotions and energy were low, it was quiet and dim vibes all around. We walk in and see just one man working the cashier and making the drinks. He looked puzzled, a bit lost. We get in line behind someone ordering 4+ drinks and see that this guy didn't really know how to make the drinks. He was misplacing the ingredients and wasn't fully confident operating the payment system. The back counter was cluttered with miscellaneous gadgets, appliances, and syrups. It took nearly 20 minutes for the customer in front of us to get from ordering to receiving their drinks and we just watched in slight awe. The guy was apologetic and upfront, he was trying his best in a bad situation. They made some small talk and hinted that they were closing due to supply chain disruptions in Hawaii. I feel for them and wish them well. The coffee itself was ok. Flavor was decent but somewhat unremarkable. They offer different caffeine levels, up to I think 400mg in a drink. I just got the 200mg coffee. Don't know if I just built a tolerance but I fell asleep right after. We did want a pastry but with the baked goods cabinet empty, we weren't sure what they had left to offer. There was a long sign listing everything sold out between the pastries and coffee flavors. Overall the experience was odd and left a slightly bitter emotional taste in my mouth. They've acknowledged that they weren't in the best condition at that point and I do feel unfair to judge them at their worst. If they turn it around, I'm opening to revisiting. But for now, I don't feel compelled to go out of my way for it.

I've now been to 6 Grados in Paradise Hills 3 times. I first came back in January because I had a…read morefriend who was living nearby. My first stop in was kind of so-so, since at the time the owner was the only employee and even while he worked as quickly as possible it still took forever to get my americano. I almost wrote the place off--but I'm glad I didn't. I've been back two times since, and both times have been great. This shop has a well-curated menu, with good flavors ans d creative options. The interior is designed well and feels homey--the vibe is almost halfway between a second-hand shop and your cool uncle's home workshop. The masala chai and the matcha latte are both really good. You can tell that the ingredients are high quality, and that the owner cares about what he's doing. He's hired a staff member part-time which also helps a lot with order speed and receipt of drinks. I recommend stopping by when you're in the area and looking for a good coffee--or coffee alternative. It's a cool and unique shop that feels community-forward.

*Casual ambience *cozy…read more *tasty! This little breakfast spot has such a warm, home-style vibe with a cute outdoor seating area that feels relaxed and inviting. The customer service was great -- everyone was friendly and attentive. I ordered the chilaquiles poblanos and they were bomb! A generous portion (almost too big for me), but full of flavor. My mom had the chipotle omelette, and she really enjoyed it too. The food overall was delicious. I did get a matcha that was a bit clumpy, but when I mentioned it while paying, they immediately took the drink and tried to fix it -- super thoughtful and appreciated! One small thing to note: there were a few flies around, which was a bit annoying. Hopefully they can add fly fans or something similar to help with that. Aside from that, it's a lovely little spot with great food and warm service. I'll definitely be back!

You can tell a lot of care goes into every detail--from the beautiful décor to the welcoming smiles from the staff. The food was so delicious! The chilaquiles were perfectly done--crispy, flavorful, and comforting--and the molletes were very tasty and fresh. I also tried their crepes, and wow, you can tell everything is made with care and quality ingredients. The guy who served us was incredibly friendly, personable, and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. It's rare to find such great service paired with such good food and coffee! And just to be clear--this is not a paid or sponsored review, just an honest shoutout from someone who truly enjoyed the experience. If you're looking for a café that blends good vibes, delicious food, and genuine hospitality, Rose d'Amour Café is absolutely worth a visit.

I feel like nobody really talks about Three Boys Coffee and honestly they should. You normally…read moredon't expect those little coffee kiosks inside malls to be serving actually good espresso drinks, but this spot definitely proved me wrong. Every time I pass by it's kind of hit or miss with how busy it is, but today it was pretty mellow. There was only one worker there handling everything, but he was super friendly and the whole transaction still felt smooth. Drinks took a little longer to come out, but again there was literally only one person working so honestly no complaints there. I decided to try the tiramisu latte and the s'mores latte, both iced. The tiramisu latte was honestly really solid. The base had this rich espresso mocha flavor that leaned chocolatey and then it was topped with this thick creamy cold foam with cocoa powder dusted on top. Definitely sweeter, but I mean... it's tiramisu. That's exactly what I expected and wanted from it. The s'mores latte was probably the more memorable one just because of the graham cracker pieces blended into the cold foam. It added texture and actually gave that s'mores flavor instead of just tasting sugary. My only thing was that the actual latte base leaned a little watery, but the flavor overall still made it enjoyable. Presentation wise both drinks looked so good when they came out. The cold foam, toppings, everything just looked handcrafted and honestly way better quality than what you would expect from a mall coffee kiosk. This is definitely one of those spots where if I'm at Plaza Bonita, I'm probably stopping by for a drink before heading out.

I usually expect mediocre coffee at the mall, but Three Boys Coffee blew me away. Their "The Money…read moreMan" pistachio latte was amazing. Rich, smooth, and naturally nutty without tasting like artificial syrup. This will be my new go-to stop whenever I'm wandering through.
