Received an estimate for repair that totaled more than $6000.00 and included everything that could possible ever be done to an Isuzu truck. The pricing on the line items was ridiculous. The estimate included two diagnostic charges for about $450.00 each. The battery box and wiring needed to install a kill switch is located outside of the vehicle on the driver's side chassis rail. No diagnostic required and I was very specific about what we needed. When I asked about the charges and pointed out that the diagnostic was not necessary, the "service" writer got defensive and short. I decided to go to another vendor for service (the final bill from an honest mechanic was about $$250.00). The service manager charged our company card for two diagnostics at about $1000.00. The service manager refused any subsequent phone calls until I called from a different number. We have more than 70 Isuzu vehicles in our fleet and none of them will ever see the inside of this business again. I'd recommend you do the same.

Ok - let me start. Pros: they are willing to deal with your…read morewarranty if you have some. Usually, at the end you pay everything because warranty finds some hole in the contract but this company is (at least) trying to submit all the warranty asks. Cons: they will keep your truck forever! Average time for diagnostic is way longer than at other places. We understand they were keeping the truck while they were negotiating with the warranty but after the warranty denied to pay they kept the truck for sooo long. Extremely expensive! They were the most expensive mechanic center, but we had to go there because our warranty required certified mechanic and we couldn't find any other besides them. We definitely know we should not go there if we didn't have to, but ... this was our last time for sure. Next time we are going to bring our truck to some local truck place where they will keep our truck a week the most and where we will pay less. We all learn from the experience. Don't recommend this place!

I drive solo but you need to be a team player and to have a good relationship with all people you operate with, especially with your dispatcher because in this business you depend on them the most. Good weekly pay, would suggest anyone to join SEH, i ve been driving for many trucking companies, and I know what I am talking about.

They told me they have a hotel for me, and that I'd have to share a room with someone, or sleep in one of their trucks. HA! I got my own hotel. Clearly, they don't know who they were dealing with. Before arriving, they asked me MULTIPLE times what kind of truck did I want. I told them the latest model tractor - didn't care what model. They tried to put me in a beat up 2022 KW...and price it a $500 per week. I said absolute not! This isn't what I was told over the phone. I have text messages to prove it. The facility was sad looking. Even my uber driver warned me before dropping me off that this company is sketchy....and that he's heard bad things. He wasn't wrong! Waste of time and money! Thank goodness I had other business to take care of in Illinois! If not, this trip would've been a total waste of money! I would NEVER recommend this company. I gave it ONE star because of Lily! She's a very nice lady. If you do decide to come to this dumpster fire, PLEASE ask for pictures of the truck so you know EXACTLY what you're getting PRIOR to your arrival, and have them save it for you. I can go on and on with the drama, but I'll stop here. Terrible, and disappointing experience. I had to see for myself - NEVER AGAIN!
