I got there in 10 min on my way home and was told it was just slightly over an hour before closing, so they could not check my tires, just my tire pressure. They told me they were very slightly off but fine. Sunday my mom got taken to the hospital, so I was driving from Chicago to Oak Brook to Elmhurst and on my way home, the light goes off again. Later in the evening a neighbor tells me to go here and not to the dealership or I will get ripped off. I checked out the reviews and see they are open until 2am! So I get here at 10:30 p.m. and the guys are really nice. I explain what is going on and that I do not know which tire it could be. They offered me a bottle of water and as I was waiting I also got to try some imported grape juice. They checked all my tires, found the one with a nail in it, and I was out the door in 30 min! They were just so nice and friendly and took care of the problem so fast, I really appreciated it. Thanks to them I was able to get into the office in the morning and not miss a meeting, and I am sure I paid WAY less than what the dealership would have charged me! Thanks SO much!!!

Horrible King…read moretransmission rebuild the transmission in my in September of 23 in September of 2025 my truck began to have issues which I thought were related to the transmission I took it back to him and they told me the transmission they rebuilt going out again with only 60,000 miles on it after spending an additional $3,500 with them my truck was doing the same thing upon taking it to an honest shop they told me that from one there's no way a company should not stand behind their work in a transmission should not go out at 60,000 miles most importantly my truck had the same issue it turns out the problem was the transfer case not the transmission so effectively came transmission charged me $3,500 to do absolutely nothing to my truck I have the exact same issue when I left​

Luckily an employee by the name of Larry Graham showed up not too soon after that, and not only got me into my unit but helped me load all my boxes into my car, AND put everything back into my unit when he was done. It's safe to say I've never received such incredible customer service. He was so nice and profession as well, and had me laughing soon after I was nearly in tears thinking that I would have to leave all my stuff in the hallway of the facility until the next day. We had a problem with our truck on the highway and called the shop for help. Matt, the…read morerepresentative, said they could fix it in the field for $150 per hour during the day and $200 per hour after hours, with no mention of a call-out fee. We agreed to this. The shop partially repaired the truck. The repairs were done only during the daytime. However, the invoice included a $200 labor charge and a call-out fee. When we called to discuss the difference, Matt apologized, saying he was too tired. He then accused us of confusing him. We do not recommend this shop. They do not stand behind their words and charge more than they initially stated having the nerve to blame the customer.

They rebuilt a caliper that seized on a trip last year which saved me money and time. I was ready to buy the parts and attempt to do it myself which would of cost me more since I didn't need all the parts I thought I needed. They bled the brake lines and packed all 4 bearing/tires and replaced a inner bearing that had gone bad.
