We walked in on a busy Saturday night with a party of five and no reservations, fully expecting a wait--but Kevin was incredibly accommodating and somehow got us seated right away. Not only that, he found us a comfortable, semi-private space that made the whole evening feel extra special. The service from Miguel and the rest of the staff was outstanding. Everyone was attentive, friendly, and made sure our glasses were never empty and that we had everything we needed throughout the night. The food was top tier--every dish at the table was delicious and beautifully prepared. And the wine... it just kept flowing! It made for such a fun, relaxed evening with great conversation and incredible flavors. From the warm welcome to the amazing service and food, the entire experience was memorable. Let's start with the atmosphere. They are on a corner with outdoor seating, with some on Cambell Ave and some on S. Central Ave. Great for people watching. The inside was tastefully decorated and a little on the smaller side. I had the Blackened U10 Scallops over Saffron Risotto, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomato, Calabrian Pepper. The scallops were everything I love about scallops, lightly sweet and beautifully tender. The risotto, however, was a little on the bland side. The sauce that accompanied the dish helped add a dimension that kind of made up for the risotto. I would get it again. The waiter was wonderful simultaneously professional, polite and personable. Did a last min reservation on a weekday and the staff accommodated us immediately. So grateful for that. We were excited to try a new Italian place and the place looked really cute. We got seated right away and our server attended to us very soon. He was polite and addressed our questions about the menu and stuff. Super late dinner at trattoria 360 and we arrived around 930pm, thank yall for serving us though closing is at 10pm. We quickly ordered beverages, appetizers, and entrees. We came on a Saturday night and made a reservation about a week in advance. When we arrived the hostess just stared at us and didn't say anything so that was interesting. Our server was kind and attentive. We ordered dishes for the table to share. We ordered: BURRATA CASARECCIA, POLENTA CON FORMAGGIO FUSO, INSALATA LATTUGA (salad), TAGLIOLINI CARBONARA (carbonara pasta), TAGLIOLINI SALSICCIA (Italian sausage pasta), BISTECCA (steak), and SPIGOLA CILENA (sea bass). They also brought house bread for the table. I also got the blackberry mocktail. All the dishes we got were great, I especially loved the Italian sausage pasta and the burrata. The food was very good, but unfortunately the restaurant was SO HOT that I couldn't really concentrate as much as I would like on the food. The thermostat was on the wall next to our table and it read 86°F (eeeeeek) the whole time of dinner. It definitely got warmer as the restaurant filled up with more patrons. When they were cleaning up they dropped a knife on my new handbag, which they apologized for however on top of the hostess and the temperature it just made my experience here not great. Trattoria has so many things going for it. It is just a fantastic Italian joint serving home-style Italian classics. Fresh ingredients, prepared not cutting corners, and you can absolutely sense the care that goes in. As far as Italian comfort food is concerned, it doesn't get better than this. The restaurant is somewhat small and gives a cozy vibe. Yes, it is nestled in the cute downtown of Campbell but you could easily imagine such a layout and snug settings in NYC or a small Italian town. It is upscale but done comfortably. Doesn't come across haughty or daunting, but rather welcoming. You can dress up or down and either will work. So the food. The chefs present the dishes almost as a piece of art. But it isn't just presentation and looks done for the sake of pleasantries. There is a functional aspect guiding the layout and dressing of the food. And fundamentally the food tastes great - fresh ingredients, home-style cooking, bursting with flavors. Bold and definitely not timid. Absolutely would recommend the squid ink tagliolini with lobster. This is so good, there's very few ways to describe the balance. The dish stands on its own, is filling both in quantity and flavor, and makes a clear statement that nothing was held back. One of the best pastas I have tasted in the Bay Area, perhaps only rivaled with Belotti in Oakland. The Panna Cotta was also something out of this planet. The texture was absolutely silky yet firm. Not too sweet but garnished with fruits and condensed milk. So then, why only 4 stars? The tables are so stuck closely to one another that it becomes almost uncomfortable dining next to other parties. You aren't bashing elbows with the folks at the next table but it comes pretty close. They have squeezed as many as possible in a small space and it certainly starts to impact the experience. Regardless of this, I'll be returning to Trattoria 360 rather sooner than later. We had a lovely New Year's Eve dinner here this evening. The place was packed and happening. They open at 5:00pm and there was already a lot of people waiting outside hoping to get a table. Luckily we had reservations, which I highly recommend. This was our first time dining here and it was just fabulous. As soon as we were seated we were offered different water options. We chose sparkling water and we were served complimentary warm bread with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to dip it in. Our server, Armando, was just wonderful. He took excellent care of us and gave wonderful recommendations. We started with a few cocktail...a dirty martini and an old fashion. For our appetizer we had one of their specials. It was the bruschetta with prosciutto and it was so delicious. We also ordered the TAGLIOLINI NERI ALLA PESCATORE and the MAFALDINE TIROLESE. Both pasta dishes exceeded our expectations. The pastas were made fresh and were cooked perfectly. The TAGLIOLINI NERI ALLA PESCATORE had a very nice variety of seafood and the squid ink pasta was really good. We also tried the FILETTO AL SPECK. The filet mignon was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the cognac Demi-glace was so flavorful. The restaurant inside was not very spacious. The tables were so close together. Our table could barely hold all the dishes we ordered but it still worked out great. We will definitely be returning. It's a good place to have a date night, esp if you like or want some good Italian food. Had a reservation at 6pm and they took us promptly, which was a great start. They wanted to seat us in between other small tables but we always want a little bit more privacy so we asked for the seat right by the window (behind the front desk), which they accommodated and we appreciate. Water took awhile to come out but for the rest of the night, everything was done on point. Our server was extremely friendly, nice, and attentive. We ordered polipo saltato e farro for appetizer (octopus), which was good but not great. He brought it right out to us right when the pieces are starting to fall apart...so as far as plating wise, it could've been done/ prepared better. For pasta, we ordered tagliolini neri alla pescatore (seafood pasta) and tagliolini neri all'aragosta (lobster pasta). When everything was brought out, it was steaming hot so that's something that we also appreciated. While there were minor hiccups, our dishes were delivered w/ tons of flavor, heat, and freshness. Going in I had very high expectations for Trattoria 360, almost every review gave glowing praise about the quality of service and food. It's hard not to be disappointed when the bar is set that high, but I'm very pleased to say that my time here matched all the praise I had heard before. When we came in it was Valentine's Day and it was very busy, and it took a little time to get us a table even though we had reservations. However the staff was very kind and apologetic and we really appreciated the hospitality in what must be a stressful time for them. Our waiter was also very friendly and very attentive. For drinks my girlfriend had a glass of wine and I had a Black Manhattan, both came out promptly and my drink was well made. For an appetizer we had the octopus and we very much enjoyed it. The marinara with the octopus and farro was a great combination and we really enjoyed it with our drinks. For entrees my girlfriend had the Tortelloni Porcini Tartufati which was a huge highlight, really rich and filled with flavor. I had the Casareccia con Carne which was a great combination of flavors and the beef was well cooked. We couldn't help but get dessert and the chocolate mousse did not disappoint. My boyfriend and I came here last week for a date night and were pleasantly surprised with the experience we had here. From the food to the service we received here, everything was amazing. Our server, Damiano went over and beyond to take care of us, which made the dinner feel very special. We enjoyed everything that we ordered. We had the beef carpaccio, seafood pasta, and lamb chops. The carpaccio was light but very flavorful. The pasta was hearty and well spiced. My favorite was the lamb, which was cooked perfectly (we ordered rare) and paired so well with the truffle demi glazed sauce. Had never been to Campbell and when we got there, what a cute little town! We arrived and were seated right away outside with our dog. Nice enclosed patio which was helpful as it was pretty windy! I started with a delicious cosmo. Nice and refreshing as it should be. We ordered a soup, burrata salad, veal Milanese and seafood risotto. The soup was lentil, beans, farro. Excellent! So much flavor. The burrata salad was perfect, simply dressed. I was sooooo excited for my veal Milanese. It was on the bone, pounded thin with a wonderful breading. I asked for polenta instead of mashed potatoes and was I so happy! Perfect polenta. Nice squash and spinach on the side as well. Huge dinner portion! My husband has the seafood risotto. Finally made it to Trattoria 360 after tons of recommendations, and it, indeed, lived up to the hype! Pricey, sure, but worth it. The portions are so generous, and the gnocchi was the best I've had - so pillowy and divine... The tagliatelle came out piping hot, amazing texture and flavor. Rib eye (bistecca) was also delicious. The host was incredibly warm, our waters were always full , and our server, Kevin, was an absolute highlight. He cracked us up all night. My only only gripe is it's a bit hard to hear in the far corners on a busy night, but that won't keep me from coming back. The heated outdoor seating is a great option, too. read more

They have a small kitchen and ask that we order appetizers and main dishes together. The service was great and most the dishes were excellent. I would not order the rib eye again. Although it was very tasty, the meat was too gristly. Everyone enjoyed their pasta dishes and the lamb chops. The tiramisu was a crowd favorite. Came here for a cozy birthday celebration and we got a culinary experience nothing short of incredible. Warm and friendly service, seriously good pasta, and a lovely finish. Hard to ask for more in an Italian restaurant. Fabulous service, staff were pretty much on point with efficiency and courtesy, with plenty of water refills and check-ins about how we were finding the meal. Our server was quite the entertainer and offered us plentiful amounts of cheese on our dishes (even the cheesy as heck gnocchi). I also did quite appreciate them asking if I wanted a song for my birthday (I did not, so it was great that they asked), along with a complimentary Panna Cotta. Menu is pretty straightforward and seems generally filled with winners. Their fresh pasta had the perfect texture and the entrees were delightful in their flavorful glory. Toasty dinner rolls with an extremely fragrant olive oil and vinegrette; always the hallmark of a good start to an Italian meal. They do offer some rotating specials off menu, so staff will give you the rundown. Gnocchi Formaggi - 5/5 From the first bite we all knew we were in for a treat. I've quite frankly never had a gnocchi so delightfully soft and oozingly luxurious. The full creamy cheese sauce is also delightfully rich. My brother was raving and he never does that for anything short of having his mind blown. Casareccia con carne - 5/5 Rich and earthy, very nice combination of tender yet chewy pasta with chunks of potent flavor (beef, sun dried tomato, mushrooms). It was such a neat dish with a surprising amount of depth to the profile, helped along with the fact everything really melted into your mouth. Scaloppine alla speck - 5/5 I had imagined the cutlet to be deep fried, so this wasn't quite what I imagined...however the dish was quite creative with the speck by using a thin slice to flavor up the veal cutlet. It was such a complex flavor that I had to pause a long moment to really savor it. The veal was quite on point and very tender. Served with polenta and spinach. Filet Mignon Special (black pepper sauce) - 5/5 Seemed to be a special variant on their filet mignon with a black pepper/capers sauce. Served with polenta and spinach. This hands down beat out far more expensive steaks at steakhouses I've been served recently, and cooked to our requested medium rare with all the apparent tenderness showing as I cut into the meat. This should be the baseline standard for a darn good steak. Tiramisu - 4.5/5 Fantasically soft and creamy, with being a little smidge light on some flavors being my only shortfall, as I prefer a bit more coffee and rum than I tasted (but really it's quite lovely otherwise). Strawberry Panna Cotta - 5/5 Delightful as a dessert and not just because it was complimentary! Texture was basically perfect and adding a very potent strawberry flavor without excessive sweetness is a balancing act they pulled off well. read more

The eggplant rollini (sp?) was sooooo good. It was cheesy and creamy and just so good it had us looking forward to our main courses. The seafood in the squid ink pasta was so fresh and cooked just right to have a nice crisp fresh seafood bite. The tortellini was so meaty and hearty that the service size was just right. We came here for a double birthday celebration after the place we had planned was closed, and was not disappointed. This place came up on a list and was confidentially mentioned by a friend the night before so we decided to check it out. I live most Italian restaurants and wasn't expecting to be particularly wowed, but I was wowed! The pasta here is so fresh and they have the most perfect chew that you just want to keep eating. The carbonara tasted fresh and the flat squiggly parts with prawn and mushrooms was so so good. Since we were celebrating a birthday, they brought out dessert for each of us which surprised us as not many places do anything for birthdays anymore. I went here for the first time back in March for a date night, and I'm so glad I finally tried it! We ordered a few dishes: the mussels, black squid ink pasta with seafood, and the lamb rack. Everything was really good. The bread dipped in the mussels was particularly delicious, and the broth from the mussels had a flavor similar to the pasta dish. Next time, I'd like to try a different dish to explore more of the menu. We also had dessert, which was fantastic. The restaurant's interior is a bit small, and we were seated in a tight corner, but the service was excellent and made up for the cozy space. Definitely worth a visit! read more

Dinner consisted of: Cozze Al Pepe - Steamed Mussels Tagliolini Neri Alla Pescatore - Squid Ink Pasta w/ Seafood Agnello Tartufate - Australian Lamb Chops Side of Vegetables Complimentary Bread Complimentary Dessert: Pistachio Panna Cotta Food was great overall. The steamed mussels were the fave of the entire meal. Squid ink pasta wasn't anything special but I enjoyed the assortment of seafood & generous amounts of protein. Lamb chops were cooked per our request and was not overly gamey. Side of veggies were okay but definitely not worth the price tag, skip on those. Last but not least, it was my first time having panna cotta & boy have I been missing out! 4 stars factoring in food and the very attentive service.
