Expensive - Food was tasty but now worth the price. Service was really good at the beginning and then just faded as the night went on - which was weird because it was busy at the start and then pretty empty by the time we were halfway thru our meal. Great location in Campbell and really nice patio - I guess that is what we are paying for.... Would I go back again - yes, I think I will give it one more try to make sure. Like I said, the food was good, service was good at the start, and venue is nice.

My bf and I love coming here for dates! The staff is always welcoming and very attentive. The food presentation is so aesthetic and tastes just as good as it looks! The ambience is also elegant and beautiful.

The food was delicious and the restaurant had classy vibes and ambience. Service was hit or miss. Our waitress was friendly, but there were major misses. She didn't say anything about specials, only found out after I asked. We decided to order the crab cakes and they only had 2 orders, totaling 4 crab cakes. Again, had to ask to find out the finer details. We had a party of 6 and when we ordered the shrimp appetizers she neglected to mention there were only 3 per order. One person ordered wine and everyone else ordered cocktails. Again had to ask for the empty wine glasses to be removed so we had room for the appetizers and cocktails. Support staff was however very responsive and aware of what needed to happen and were very good at bringing out the dishes, placing them appropriately on both sides of the table, communicating and clearing as we finished each course. There's also parking lot near the entrance.

I came here many years ago and decided to come back to celebrate a birthday. It was a Friday night, so parking was hard (to be expected) and we ended up parking a little walk away. We reserved a table through the Yelp app and was able to get a table for 2 a few days ahead of time. When we got here, there wasn't a wait and we were shown our table right away. Quiet music was playing and we were sat in a nice corner of the restaurant. Service was quick and professional. Our waiter gave us recommendations when asked and was quick to grab whatever we needed. After looking through the menu and making our selections, we ordered an appetizer (calamari) and an entree each (Bucatini Bellagio and lobster in tomato cream sauce). The food was just as delicious as I remembered it. We both enjoyed the calamari and our dishes - I ended up taking my bucatini home, but my friend finished her lobster dish. As we were enjoying our food, we heard our waiter ask a table near us if they were celebrating anything, but I guess they weren't. I was half expecting them to ask us - but no one did. Oh, well - we were heading out to a different place for dessert anyway, but it would have been nice to get asked. Overall - a nice spot for family, friends and/or a date. The quiet atmosphere lends itself to nice conversations and the great food is always a good topic. Parking can be tough, especially in the evening on the weekends.

It's 2.5 Stars. Nice room ambiance. Great service. Food: Overpriced and salty, use too much heavy cream. We ordered fried calamari - great texture, not chewy, salty. It comes with one marinara sauce - salty. Bread basket taste fresh, comes warm and delicious. Cute smiley face design on the olive oil, balsamic mix. Mixed greens salad with balsamic vinaigrette dressing- was good and fresh! Special menu lobster ravioli - too much heavy cream, salty, expensive. Bellagio Sausage Pasta: salty, not enough sausage, sauce doesn't taste freshly made. I expect a freshly made sauce with the food's price tag. Lobster pappardelle: salty, similar sauce to sausage pasta. Dessert: tiramisu - pretty good. Total dinner was about $175 before tips. Will we go back? Nah.. there's better Italian restaurants that don't rely on salt and fat/cream to 'enhance' the flavor.

Came here on a Saturday and we were able to make a reservation on the same day! Service was very attentive and friendly. Our server made sure to check in several times and refill waters. Ambiance is great and would come back again! Everything was delicious and priced fairly. The bolognese was super flavorful and still steaming, which means they served it right away after plating. Carbonara was rich and very filling. Burrata appetizer was delicious and the bell peppers tasted sweet and fresh!

Great restaurant in the heart of Campbell! Definitely a great staple restaurant with a variety of options. We got the Caesar salad to start, pesto gnocchi and the gallo pasta dish. The Caesar salad wasn't my favorite but it was still pretty good. Both the pastas were amazing. Great portion sizes and extremely delicious. Service was decent. It took a while and a few asks to get the heater turned on outside and we didn't get checked in on much. But food came incredibly quickly! The ambiance inside is nice. I didn't get to sit in the outside area, they sat us directly in front of the entrance outside which was a rather awkward place to sit. The inside looked beautiful and very vibrant though!

The food and drinks here at A Bellagio are definitely expensive compared to the rest of downtown Campbell. I like that there is a private parking lot so we were able to find a parking spot on a Saturday evening. The bread was not warm and was hard on the outside, it did not really seem fresh. The formaggi appetizer was super good especially with the softer cheese and honey and jam, I would definitely order it again. The Parmesan blocks it came with were too hard however and it was not really edible for us but the other cheeses were really good so we ate those. The verdure soup was good and filled with veggies, but I feel it could've used more flavor as it was plain and I felt there was something missing in the broth. For the main course, I got the Panzarotti al forno but I did not like it as it was super soggy. I was also disappointed at the lack of vegetarian options for the main courses especially for noodles and pasta. I enjoyed multiple refills of the Bellagio cocktail and it tasted super fresh and like cucumber! The desserts were delicious, with very pretty presentation. I got the tiramisu and a chocolate lava cake with vanilla gelato. I did not love the ambiance inside, especially for a high end place. The lighting was a bit odd and it was not as aesthetic inside the restaurant as I was expecting. However the service was great and we were there for a long time:)

A slice of Italy in Campbell! Lovely decor details here that make the space intimate and authentic. Some patio dining out front. Service for our large group was fantastic - friendly, informative, helpful, and attentive. Our dishes were beautifully plated and delicious. I'll be back to explore more here!

Excellent foods, excellent wine, good services, good ambiance, interesting desserts. 5:30pm table for 4 on Sunday night. It was not crowded. Waitress was friendly but a bit slow in attending us. It was alright, as we took a long time exploring the menu. Wine list was reasonably long and not an intimidatingly book. We picked a Sangiovese without anyone's help, it was listed $90. We order an appetizer and 4 pasta dishes. Then asked for extra plates to share among ourselves. FRITTO MISTO ALL'ITALIANA (calamari) was tender, crispy, subtly flavorful, and accompanied by a spicy sauce. Yes, few sticks of zucchini. There's a special pasta of beef (with complicated description and Italian names that I cannot reproduce). That was the best pasta on the table: beefy, sticky, bright sun-dried tomato, the works. There's a linguine with octopus, shrimp, and other things. It came surprisingly with a wonderful acidic flavor that balanced beautifully with other ingredients. The squid-inked pasta was a must order and did not disappoint. Just the right flavor from the squid ink and satisfying pasta seasoning. Lastly the mushroom pasta were aromatically attractive. That, I suggest, probably should not be snowed with cheese which shadowed the mushrooms a bit. The peach sorbet was in a whole peach. Fresh, refreshing, and fun to eat. Well, it was not a cheap restaurant. But I will definitely come back.

We stopped in for dinner on Monday night at 5:00 pm. We were quickly greeted, seated and provided menus. The staff was quite welcoming and our server was wonderful (I wish I could remember her name). She explained the specials, ensured we had everything we needed and checked in on us often. The ambiance of the place is quite comfortable. They have an outdoor patio, but it was a bit chilly so we opted to sit inside. I loved the tall barn style ceiling and the lighted onyx bar. Just beautiful. We started with a Caprese, fresh mozzarella, basil, sliced tomato, extra virgin olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic. Really nice and fresh. I should mention the complimentary bread was quite tasty as well. For entrees, I opted for the Creste Di Gallo, smoked chicken, leeks, shiitake mushrooms in marsala cream sauce. While not a traditional Italian dish, this was delicious! It satisfied my craving for something earthy and creamy. My husband ordered the special, a pasta in marinara with sun dried tomatoes, Calabrian chili and beef tenderloin. It was probably my favorite bite of the evening. Hearty, a bit sticky and just so very flavorful. The beef was super tender and complimented the pasta quite nicely. Mom had the Salmon with the lemon caper sauce. While I am not a huge fan of salmon, the preparation was great and the dish was delicious! The salmon was served with a creamy polenta and broccoli. Truly everyone enjoyed their meals. The wine list was pretty impressive for a small restaurant in Campbell. We ended up ordering an Amarone which we felt would complement both my husband's tomato based pasta and my creamy earthy dish. Mom does not enjoy wine, but does like a good cup of coffee and she commented the coffee here was not too strong (a rare thing for her to say) so she was quite happy as well. While we couldn't finish our entrees, we still ordered a dessert to share. We shared the gelato and chose pistachio and salted caramel. Again delicious! We would stop in again if we ever had another occasion to spend a night in Campbell.

This restaurant has a bar inside and some TVs. The servers were friendly, and the service was good. There's plenty of parking in the area. I went during lunchtime and it wasn't that busy. It's definitely more of a fancier vibe. I got the carbonara and the tiramisu cake. The carbonara was creamy and delicious. The tiramisu came with a strawberry as well which went well with it. It wasn't too sweet and had a good fluffy texture. Solid authentic Italian spot.

Randomly found this place via Yelp! We were near valley fair mall and decided to grab an early dinner. I was craving Italian/ pastas and this place seemed to check all the boxes. We tried the calamari, spaghetti carbonara, and the penne alla salsicca. All very delicious options! My fave was the spaghetti carbonara but can't go wrong with any of the options here. We were stuffed to the brim - no room for dessert but maybe next time! Nice ambiance and great service.

I…read morecan't say enough about the food flavor and the wonderful staff that makes me want to return because of their kind personal touch. We called ahead around 845 to verify our 9pm reservation because we saw they closed at 9:30pm and we wanted to be respectful of their time. Bryan answered the phone and assured us we will have enough time to be seated and served before closing. He was very kind and welcoming so we headed over. We were greeted by Chris and seated immediately in the table that he let us choose. He made thoughtful suggestions on location being by the window, the booth where it was quieter or wherever we wanted because "this place is yours". This is not a typical thing I usually experience when being seated so this stood out to my wife and I. We appreciated this gesture. Once seated he took our drink orders, my wife wanted to try one of the wines before getting a glass so he brought a small sample. Once returning he asked if she wanted to select another or "take this one for a drive". The expression was simple and displayed the thoughtfulness that came from him the entire night. Simply taking time to craft words and be present is something that we noticed and appreciated. We ordered a carbonara and a pasta with prawn. The food came out fairly quickly since we arrived at a time past some of the peak hours. The bread with olive oil and balsamic came out first obviously. The carbonara and prawn pasta was so beautifully plated and presented that we forgot to take a picture for this review. We dug into the food immediately. At this time, maybe a coincidence, I checked my watch to be mindful of the time. At the same time, Kevin walked up to our table to let us know what we are good on time and that, "the back hasn't started the dishes or started cleaning up yet". There were still other parties around at that time. This was another detail that stood out to me. He might have seen me check my watch but to know what I was thinking at that moment and then respond to it is a first for me. This is beyond thoughtful. After a couple more wholesome interactions with Kevin and Chris, we ended up ordering a pannacota. This was the best I have ever had in my life. Kevin stayed for a while to chat while Chris was tending to other tables at the time. I can't say enough about the warmth in this place shown by Bryan, Chris and Kevin. I will definitely return and I want to bring my family there. The food was top tier but the people were what will bring me back.

The restaurant offers one indoor dining area and two outdoor seating areas--one in the front and one in the back--which gives guests plenty of seating options. The food was a bit saltier than our personal preference. The cream pasta substitution, despite the extra charge, wasn't anything particularly memorable compared to similar dishes we've had at other restaurants. However, the highlight of our visit was definitely the warm and welcoming customer service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel appreciated. We also appreciate that the restaurant closes for a few hours in the afternoon before reopening for dinner service. It's nice to see a business that gives its staff a break during the day. Parking can be a bit challenging due to the busy neighborhood. Be aware that street parking is paid, and most spots have a two-hour limit, so you'll need to keep an eye on the time. Overall, we'd come back to try more of the pasta dishes on the menu and hope to discover a new favorite.

The location is pretty convenient, just outside Downtown San Jose, and parking is relatively easy with a decent amount of parking available nearby. They're usually nearby when you need something, which makes it a good spot for a work lunch or dinner where you don't want to spend half the meal trying to get someone's attention. It's definitely a little on the pricier side, but I've been happy with the food so far. I haven't had anything here that I thought was bad. On my previous visit, I had the spaghetti carbonara, which was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. This time I went with the fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. It was a solid, comforting plate of pasta, and they finish it off with freshly grated Parmesan, with the amount based on your preference. I also tried the espresso martini this time. It was smooth and enjoyable, although I didn't get much of an alcohol kick from it. If you're looking for something stronger, this probably isn't the drink I'd go with. Portions are decent and the overall atmosphere works well for both business meals and something more casual. I could also see this being a nice option for a date night if you're looking for Italian food in the area. Overall, Palermo has been a reliable choice for me. We had to flag another server down for some condiments I really wanted to like this restaurant because the outdoor seating is inviting However I was sad that my out of town guest ate little and refused a take home container my pesto and salmon pasta was too heavy on the dairy and the salmon was not fresh it had that stale salmon strong taste., which I decided to bring home for my pet. I had a Sicilian coworker who was passionate about Sicilian food. Unfortunately the food here lacked passion. It failed to deliver for us. I would not bring out of town guests here unless you've had a previous experience with the food on par with the higher reviews. I'm sorry that I had to rate this as such.

When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm cup of housemade bone broth (um, yum?!) and I knew we were in for a delicious night. I was surprised by how yummy all of the dishes were. I don't think there was one dish I was meh about. Everything is meant to be shared so for a table of 4, we got the Be. Steak. A, two pastas, a salad, and 2 sides along with 2 desserts. By the end of the night, I was way too stuffed. My favorite dishes: - scallops - truffle pasta - crab pasta - yam balls: never had anything like this and it was sooo good, easily in my top 3 I hope to be back again. Happy to have found a cute fancier dinner spot in the South Bay! Oh and their cocktails are truly special! Get the Brazilian bombshell, you won't regret it.

We were welcomed with a chicken bone broth which was full of umami flavor. Got the Hokkaido scallops and classic wedge as a starter, the cheese was a bit too salty for my taste and was overpowering the entire thing. For my main I got the prime rib which was huge, can definitely split it between two - very tender. For desert, the sticky toffee pudding which comes with a table show - I think this was the MVP of the night. The Ramos Gon Fizz is a must in my opinion.
