If you live in Canada do no buy from Traxnyc . Here's my experience, I was dealing with Vidal his service was semi good. I purchased a pendant, once I received it I looked closer at it with a magnifying glass & noticed there was missing diamonds . Vidal had asked me to send it back to have it fixed. Sent it back , someone at traxnyc somehow accidentally refused it & It was shipped back to me . Once I got it back he refunded me the shipping & asked me to send it back so I did. This was all the way back in April 2022. I sent it back & now it has been forwarded to them & hasn't moved for over 5 days . I called USPS & they told me that the supplier who initially sent it has to reach out to them . I let Vidal know & the trax shipping team said that I have to reach out to usps not them. That's one then I had also bought a bracelet that I made sure to ask Vidal can you please make sure that the clasp works properly & there's no missing diamonds . I've received it today & upon a closer examination once again it has missing diamonds, scratches on the clasp & the clasp itself once shut does not reopen unless priyed open with my teeth as I've tried just with my fingers & it doesn't budge . Vidal asked me to send it back once again to fix but I am not willing to as my pendant is still out there missing not sure if I will get it back . Long story short I had a bad first experience with Traxnyc spent over 3500$ to get items that are either damaged or missing diamonds. I can't give negative stars so I had to give them one which they did not deserve. I initially placed my order early September for two items, an Ankh and Heartbeat necklace. The Ankh was supposed to be 18k and the Heartbeat Necklace pendant was supposed to be 14k and the pendant almost 2". 1#, they had bad communication between their internet Site purchase system, emails with customer service about my order to confirm what I wanted and their customer service phone line. 3. the customer service was just bad! They had no manners, talked to me like they were doing me a favor. I only decide to make a purchase from them because my so thought that they would be good. They weren't, they were terrible! 3. they took over a month to send the items. 4. When I received my order, it was completely wrong. To make matters worst I called them prior to the order being shipped to make sure that they were shipping the correct items an was told yes it is correct. 5. When I received my items, they were not what I ordered so I was angry. Worst than that the Ankh was smaller and 14k gold not the 18k that I paid for. The Heartbeat Necklace pendant was less then one inch which is not what I ordered or paid. So you can imagine how upset I was. This was for my wife's birthday. After all the time they took to send my purchase which was a issue in itself, after their site says all orders would go out in two to three days, I received mine over a month late, they made BS excuses that it was a custom item and that does not count in the 2 to 3 day order shipping. That it would be 10 business days now. Still mine took over a month! They tried to steal from me is what this all boiled down to. If I pay you for 18k and you send me 14k there is a Value difference. That's hundreds of dollars stolen. Also, if I pay you for a necklace that the pendant is supposed to be almost 2" and you send me one with a pendant that is less than 1" there is a value difference there too. They tried to steal over $400 - $500 in Gold from me. If one item was incorrect I could understand that but the whole order was incorrect which resulted in a the total purchase being overvalued by hundreds. That's a crime and if it was a bank that would be the equivalent to embezzlement. They thought that we would not notice the gross error they made and except it. I'm sure that they have done this to many others. That's why I stick to my jewelry in LA's Diamond District. If someone has customer service issues I take heed and you should too. Leave this place alone but if you do purchase from them check you order an don't expect their excuses that it was a. Is take. It was an attempt at theft. HALF OF THEM DONT EVEN HAVE GIRDLES AND SOME ARE LITERALLY CUT LIKE PEARS. PICTURE THE FRUIT THATS WHAT SOME LOOK LIKE. Consumers be ware because I have the reason to believe that they are doing this on a mass scale. If you look on their website you will notice a pattern. The same diamonds I named are advertised about 75% of the time, especially if you look under SALE and BEST SELLERS. They are all around the same carat weight as well anywhere from .30-.50 CARAT WEIGHT SI DIAMONDS H COLOR and they are all around the same price range, some a little more , some less. It is very sketchy, the results that were found were SHOCKING. If you look close enough on their website and look at the pictures very carefully you will notice something very very apparent. He uses his YouTube platform to lure people in , as I was one of them that was lured into his so called knowledge and CALLING OUT EVERY OTHER JEWELERS AS SCAMS AND LIARS.
