I am writing this review late 1:50 am cause this is the time I have. I didn't know about this company at all. But 2 of my assistants who are very familiar bought Jewelry from a lovely gentleman named Peter this past Christmas and the information they relayed to me that the earrings and bracelet they purchased with them were beautiful as I saw myself when they were in New York for a company business trip. MY COMPANY. They told me that they would definitely buy Jewelry again from this place as Peter was a gentleman and a consummate professional. Which is sorely lacking in this day and time. In my own company professionalism and good customer service is a must. When I am in New York again I will surely stop by to see what they have to offer. I'm extremely picky about Jewelry. They my assistants are very picky about Jewelry also. I was told that Peter helped them find what they needed quickly and efficiently and were able to move on quickly and out the door since they were pressed for time. I was told a few things that they observed about TraxNYC while they were there. 1. The customer service. (EXCELLENT) 2. The vast selection of items to choose from 3. The people that represented and worked the counters were from all over the world like a mini United Nations in one company. Which is something that's very refreshing to hear about cause from my experience from working in the Diamond District as a youth it was not the case. And going back in subsequent years was NOT the case. So it was very refreshing to hear about a Jewelry business in the DD is scaling with an integrated staff that caters to all people of all price points. Which is very unique and innovative considering most of the business in the DD are family owned and one man or woman working the counter. All I can say is my assistants told me they left the store happy with their purchases and Peter has a great sense of humour along with his customer service acumen. I was also told that TraxNYC does custom work also. Which I love because I love creating my own pieces and usually have them made by a Jeweler friend of mine in London my hometown. By the information that was relayed to me by my assistants who are very consumer savvy and efficient I hope to visit this location soon. I wish this company continued success. Item: 3.8mm, 22", 14k double curve chain. Assisted by: Liam Very nice chain! irl it looks even better then in pics/vid, the small dense links are so sparkly and shiny when the sun hits them! I'm not real big into gold/jewelry but I had been looking for a nice chain as some portable insurance for when I wrap one of my cars round a tree for some time now. While doing research I came across a Maks vid in wich he showed double curb link 14k gold chains wich looked real cool. So I googled and ended back on Trax site bc there's not a lot of those out there apperantly (the vid was about 'rare' links and the chain sold out when I placed my order) Only thing is I'm from Euroland and there's hefty import fees and not sure about evt. local USA taxes, so I made contact trough livechat and was connected with jeweler Liam. He explained the local tax situation and made me a price offer on the chain for me to calculate to get the numbers to work. I could not find a direct comparison for the double curb link so I used similar sized cubans as reverence to see if the price was any good and even including insured shipping, apraisal and import fees/tax, I spent about the same as buying a chain local and some of those even were a few grams lighter bc normal cuban links are not that dense. Package arived in fedex bubble envelope packaged in a box and held another envelope with the papers, a sticker and jewelpouch. The chain itself was protected by a plastic film and soft paper and came in a very fancy necklace box in wich it presents very nicely! Only thing meh... was Fedex being Fedex but that's beyond Trax control and overall I'm very happy with my purchase. would buy again/5 PS, I hope the local squirels stop stealing my laundry now that I have paid the schmoopy tax. read more

Man I just want to say max and his staff over at traxnyc are definitely white glove service. I spoke with 4 peopl the first day each as respectful and helpful as the next. And then Sammy came along and man he was god send cuz I was on phone with him over the period of2 days on and off and evry txt was replied to almost instantly. Not knowing if I was spending 1000 or 100,0000 and still I got the proper treatment. I went back and forth I prob seemed like someone who was wasteing his time but still he rode it out with me even calling me to make me feel secure bout my purchase. So this review Is very very very important for people to READ! PLEASE READ! I was having some issues initially with an order I placed with TRAXNYC, someone reached out to me pretending to be Paulo the jeweler and then Max (TRAX) himself. They were able to successfully scam my wife and I out of $1,500!!! People PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!! Anyhow, what happened next was unquestionably incredible! When we both (TRAXNYC and I) realized what was happening I was finally able to talk to Maxsud himself over the phone. This man then decided to take it upon himself to bless my wife and I with a free $1,900 ring and fix the bracelet that initially started all of this. I will say this with the utmost confidence...THIS MAN IS TRULY WHO HE SAYS HE IS! They didn't really have to do a damn thing for me, and he went above and beyond for my wife and I and for that I will always remain a loyal customer to these guys! I really have wanted to place an order with this company FOR YEARS. What's holding me back are THESE REVIEWS. I have been seeing them for years. It's very hot and cold. Some people love their experience with Trax and TOO MANY people say they never received their order. Or something crazy happened. With that many mixed reviews, it's not very reassuring to place an order. It just screams SKETCHY! The celebrity endorsements make you think it's legit but then you see people getting ripped off. AND there is always an excuse. Lou was a criminal, or "it takes time to manufacture it". Duh! Obviously. But give accurate time frames. I follow them on Instagram and find it very entertaining. They have so many products I would love to purchase but nope, can't do it. Not until they demonstrate a legitimate image through customer service. I wish I could. The guy on Insta is very entertaining, bit does a shitty job of making you feel secure parting with a few K. They got back to me a day later (like stated online) with confirmation that they can accept my offer which was so cool . I purchased a solid round franco chain from trax . Swaroop was my salesman. I must say he was exceptional at getting me exactly what I wanted, explaining every detail of what I was asking about. He was honest and direct with his answers. No B.S sales approach at all. Swaroop gave me a great deal and even did overnight shipping. The only hiccup we had ( not his fault) was the chain he quoted me on was supposed to be 84 grams of 18k gold, but when I got the chain and certification it actually ended up being 79 grams. She's helped me buy every single one so far and will be my my go to for all my other purchases. Today I purchased another diamond pendant and she got me a good deal and because I wanted yellow gold and they only had white and are discontinuing it she threw in a yellow gold dipping for me. She got me a great deal for my last purchase when I bought a yellow gold 4.5ct diamond ring that had to be custom made and my other diamond cross in yellow gold before that as well. She answers me right away, she gets me a great deal and she makes sure it's shipped right out. My first purchase was made she had it out and at my front door the next day and I live in MA. Big fan of trax himself but the people on chat are joke and try scam you sent one of his representatives a video of Cuban chain wanted in video trax says 200k granted video 2 years old . The guy said even if we did this in 10k and lab diamond it would cost nearly 1 million I said how when on website you have a kilo chain for 200 k I get emerald diamonds are more but not 800k more especially while price of diamonds have gone down since 2021 . He then said the 200 k chain which is on website would be more like 240 which is crazy so if ordered that chain on website what would happen ??? Makes no sense to me just felt like he was trynna do me over . I rate trax and his transparency and im sure if it was him self this would not of happened . Just completely wrong in my opinion .
