Don't purchase from this place..they sell bad vehicles, recently purchased 2015 Tahoe, truck was delivered on a Wednesday and brakes went out on Friday on freeway almost had accident. Took truck to mechanic shop on Saturday and was told brake booster, and vacuum and all fittings needed to be replaced...once that issue was resolved I asked mechanic if they could refill ac because it was not blowing cold, after inspection mechanic also told me compressor and condenser for ac needed to be replaced. This experience was a complete nightmare, and when I attempted to mediate the issue with the owner of dealership he basically told me to file a lawsuit fortunately the bank funding the deal was able to place a hold on funding and that's when his attitude changed. I traveled by train from across the state and they picked me up from the station and did the test drive all at the same time. I'm grateful they made this process headache free. Bought a 2008 VW GTI there. It smoked the day after I purchased. Salesman said "if the car has any problem, bring it back and we will fix it." I brought it back, they kept the car for a week. After that they told me "we said we will have the mechanic to look at it. We didn't say we will fix it." After all, my mechanic told me that the turbo in the GTI has replaced to an eBay turbo. We guess the pervious owner couldn't fix the smoking problem and sold it to this dealer. The dealer found a way to hide the smoke temporarily and sold the car to me. Don't trust what they say during the sale. I ended up paying $4000 to have the engine rebuild. They temporarily fix the problem on vehicles before selling them. Read the one star review on google maps or other resources. Some people got luck buying cars from this dealer, or they just made up the review. I am a victim, and don't want you to be the next one. If I could give negative stars I would in a heart beat. Bought a jeep Laredo from them. Adam the sales guy first off tried to tell me he was former special forces, to me and my brother. Whom is a retired MP. Anyways, they told me they were going to fix the front main seal that had a tiny leak, and the tow/haul button didn't work, nor traction control. Then, about a week after having it an exhaust Leak appeared. No big deal, I was going to replace them myself at my brother shop. Got it on the lift, it had BRAND NEW gaskets in it. Their "mechanic" broke an exhaust manifold bolt off in the head. Called them and they said bring it in well take care of it. After a week of nagging mind you. Dropped it off, was told they'll diagnose and repair the issue. That they'd call me today. Not one call, I called them. Then they told me I could pick it up. THEN they told me I owe them $19 for the deq fee that it passed. And they weren't going to fix WHAT THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE. So, all in all. I'm taking them to court and suing them. My attorney laughed about it because there screwed. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THERE A JOKE! And WILL rip you off as soon as they can. read more

I would avoid doing business at Treasure Auto at all costs. I bought a used car with them after I was assured that "everything is in tip-top shape" and that "we've had our mechanics inspect it", only to discover nearly $6500 worth of repairs needed to be done on the car. They sold a car that had a busted oil pan (any mechanic would notice this) and that had different size tires (detrimental for the drivetrain on the AWD car). That means that the sale can either be chalked up to negligence or to deception. Either way, I wouldn't shop here. After many phone calls, I was able to return the car. I purchased a used BMW from Treasure Auto Sales. Having only bought new cars in the past 30 years I had zero experience with purchasing a used car and didn't realize the jumping in gear changing when test driving was in fact a serious transmission problem. Here is what I can say... the owner Fred, after much discussion, agreed to pay for the transmission repairs. Two and a half months later and only after I filed a (6) page complaint with his bonding company, he finally agreed to get the car repaired at a highly recommended shop I researched and took the car to for inspection without issue. I've had the car back for a day. The car runs great and I'm praying no other expensive issues crop up in the near future. Oh, and I HIGHLY recommend "Automatic Transmission Service" in Portland on SE 7th. Dave is an EXCELLENT mechanic and stands by his work with a (2) year 24,000 mile warranty! Even his competitors recommend him for automatic transmission repairs. Although he wasn't the least expensive shop, he was the best hands down! He was also THOUSANDS less expensive than BMW. It was a long 2 months getting this all resolved and lots of persistence but in the end, Fred did right by me. It was sad that it took filing the complaint to get him to pay for the rebuilt transmission. But I stood my ground and was prepared to have my lawyer go to arbitration. I know we would have won because we had the Oregon Consumer Protection Law on our side even though Oregon has no "lemon laws". I did my homework as recommended by my lawyer, I found out who their bonding company was. Oh, and car dealer can't be in business if they lose their bonding. The purpose of the bond is to protect consumers! So if you have a problem in the future, go to their bonding company and file a complaint even if you bought the car "As-Is". Know your consumer rights!!! I learned some valuable lessons from this drawn out experience. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR OWN PURCHASE!!! First, do research on the car you are looking to buy from ANY used car dealer. NEVER be in a rush or be rushed into purchasing a car. Request and read the Car Fax report carefully. Ask the dealer to let you take the car to an independent shop you trust to have it inspected BEFORE putting any money down or agreeing to finalize the purchase. Discuss any issues on the Car Fax report with the shop doing the inspection. This will save you angst, heartache, time and money in the long run. This will also make for concluding a more favorable purchase. read more

Last week, we were provided with excellent service at your sales lot, and we truly appreciate it. As you know, the Jeep Commander was the 2nd vehicle we purchased; one from Car Pros and one from Treasure Auto Sales. We chose to come back for our second vehicle after the great customer service we received during our first purchase. Moss was a pleasure to work with and made sure that all of our concerns with the vehicles were addressed when purchasing both vehicles. We are extremely grateful to Moss for being such a great salesman to work with, easy to talk to and a pleasure to deal with. When we purchased our Jeep we had a few concerns with the front end and once again, Moss assured us that we would be taken care of. After purchasing the vehicle and taking it to a shop, we were told the shocks on the back were leaking and the sway bar bushing on the front drivers side was damaged. We also had a few other things that needed attention: the heated seats and rear park assist. When we went in to sign papers, Gabe met us outside and told us he could work on our vehicle the very next day. After tearing it down, Gabe encountered the real issue on the front end and took to resolving it right away. It ended up taking a couple more days than originally planned due to ordering parts and additional labor but we are grateful that Gabe took the time to find the real issue and fix it correctly so we didn't have to come back at a later time to fix the same issue. Gabe kept us in the loop with his progress once we gave him our personal number. When we picked up our vehicle we were extremely pleased that all issues had been resolved and the jeep drove smooth with no "clunking" on the front end. Seats heated up perfectly, and rear assist was working. We are beyond pleased and extremely satisfied with Gabe's work and the lengths you went to keeping us satisfied with our purchase! Gabe also went one step further and contacted us the following day to make sure the vehicle was running well and there were no residual issues. He took it that extra step that most people never do and we were extremely impressed by his genuine efforts! We appreciate the honesty and integrity of your company and employees when it came to troubleshooting, diagnosis and repair. I am highly pleased with the professional manner in which Gabe serviced our vehicle. One of the most rip off places ever. They sold me a truck which was total crap and almost killed me. I was on the us- 30 w traveling at 55 mph in my 2009 F-150. I began accelerating to overtake a slower vehicle. the throttle stuck at what seem to be a wide-open position, I had passed the car and let off the gas and pressed the brake continuously and intermittently and the truck would not stop. cars behind me were simply pulling brakes. eventually after foot on the brakes for a long while and put the car in reverse then neutral it stopped accelerating and I had reached a speed of 95 mph before I was able to get the truck back under control. it seemed like the throttle was stuck for around 60 seconds, which was very scary. I simply could not stop and almost crash with other vehicles. I also when online and found this had happened before so I pretty sure the dealer was aware but simply don't care. Furthermore this truck had two accidents previously which was not told to me. I further found out that they really jack up the prices. I am looking for an attorney to put a stop to this. read more

I drove up from Salem to get a car from here. When I arrived another test driver had crashed the car and left a huge dent. They wanted me to pay $500 to fix it, but wouldn't take money off the price of the car. $10,000 for the vehicle is the good jelly blue book price, so this is what I was thinking I would be paying. Adding to that they said the car was in perfect condition mechanically. They did not offer to show me the proof of this from the dealership they bought it from but assured me it was true. Turns out it wasn't. All the seals and gaskets needed replacing on the engine. $3600 in repairs isn't mechanically sound. Not to mention the non mechanical issues. These people will lie to you to get their cars sold. Don't take their word. Get proof and take it to your own mechanic if they won't offer proof. They also rushed me into the purchase and aggressively tried to sell me a warranty that would have just been for belts and small issues anyway. I told them about the problems then they took it from me for over 2 weeks and nothing at all got done. The transmission in the sports car is completely destroyed and now to repair or replace it's going to cost me 5,000+ just to get it running. I don't have the money for all that after I just bought the car... completely disappointed.. I can't use the car for months till I get enough to fix it. Just really screwed me good. I was asked to write a good review and I'd get a 25$ gas card when I signed paperwork to buy my Mazda 2007 cx.. It took almost a month after hassling them to get it after writing a "good" review. It's been 55days since I got this vehicle and they still have not ordered a back floor mat for my trunk, which I've called countless timeS and every time I call they don't recall what they promised me. That's not even the worst part, this vehicle was suppose to be a huge thing to me, as a single mom who commutes to work, this 10,000$ vehicle that I just got from them had an engine fire last weekend while I wS driving it.. I've been car less for a week, I had to tow it, and now paying 1500$ on a new condenser and air compressor. They told me they would. Give me a discount if I towed it to their shop.. I'm outraged, they sold me a piece of shit.. Made a "deal" with me when they should have paid for it to get fixed period!!! Better business Burroughs!! Funny thing also, I paid for a Warrenty on top of it.. Guess that's one of the only things the Warrenty dos cover.. I'm so unhappy with how this has turned out. I bought a car from this dealership on Saturday, June 2nd. I drove over 3 hours to get it!! It definitely is NOT a "Treasure." This is going to be the most expensive LEMON that I have EVER bought. I have to buy all new gaskets and pay over 4 hours of shop time plus parts to fix because they decided to use silicone instead of fixing the gaskets with the right gasket sealant. I have to buy a keyless entry system that will sinc with the alarm and have a key made with a chip in it. This is going to cost me $325!! It's a beautiful car, but looks don't make it go down the road. And yes, I could have bought the extra warranty, but the finance guy, Jim, basically said that the warranty wasn't worth wiping your butt with. I'm glad they think that everyone can just throw away $4,500 for crap. A WORD to the WISE: Pay to have ANYTHING you're considering buying from there looked at BEFORE you buy. I would have if I knew who or where to take it to. read more

The sales person Adam seemed very friendly and helpful. This business managed to get me out of a sticky situation with a car that I had recently purchased. However, the car they sold me started having mechanical issues, which created a very unsafe situation while driving, less than 12 hours after they sold it to me! When I phoned them to advise them of the problem, of not even being able to get the vehicle to DEQ for testing, without being at risk for a serious accident, which needed to happen to license and register it, they basically said not their problem! They chose to sell me gap insurance instead of a warranty plan, which allegedly would have covered it, but not their problem!!!! I hope this company can see its way to helping me resolve this issue. I have read some decent things about Treasure Auto Sales, and was considering purchasing again, very soon from them. Now I'm not so sure they aren't the epitome of the classic used car sales. read more

My daughter purchased a car from fred, the owner who along with his 3 brothers and 4 brother inlaws own a few more dealerships on Mcloughlin Blvd. I just had to put down $2,700 for a whole new engine on a car she bought for $$8,900. This car had the same problem as ryan's did, someone had abused the engine. I called to speak to fred, the owner 3 days ago and still no call back, not a surprise!. If it's a good deal, just walk away or 3 months later like my daughter you'll be dumping more $ in to it. Spoke to the manger who said he had worked at this family location for a month and basically said if they repaired or fixed every car they sold that had issues they would be out of business. I have never had such a positive experience with dealerships or sales reps like this. The team works just as that, a team. I was looking to buy a new car and every member on the team contributed to my experience. There was no pushiness or urgency in forcing a sale, it was the mentality that you'll know the right car for you. Unlike other places they didn't follow us around at all times, but gave us adequate space while being attainable for help. It was easy to go on a test drive, and they were very willing to make changes to clean/touch up the car. It had just rained and there were spots on the car I was interested in, without hesitation they washed the car. Beyond the great floor service, the finance guy went out of his way to explain the entire process simply and clearly. He worked incredibly hard with sincerity to get us the best deal on financing. There wasn't a hassle of haggling because the prices are fair, and they work with the customer. I did a trade in, and they were again super willing and helpful in that process. I felt there was no desire to get them the best price, but the best price for both parties. Although the lot is tinier than name brand dealers, the inventory was great, there wasn't just junk cars, but great cars with reasonable prices, and impeccable service. If you are looking for a car, I highly recommend at least stopping in at the place. The service and inventory will sell you on it. read more

I went in with my boyfriend to look at a car we had seen online. The car we wanted to see wasn't even there when we arrived even though we had called ahead of time, because apparently the owner had driven it home and was not at all concerned with us wanting to see it. We had taken time out of our busy lives to go look at this car and it arrived about 40 minutes after we did. We test drove the car and decided we liked it. We had brought a nice car with us to trade in and we ended up taking the new car home. Unfortunately we weren't fully approved when we took the new vehicle and left ours with them but they assured us it would be just fine. (our mistake not theirs) We put down a $200 down payment on the car and left. The next day we found out that we weren't approved for the payments that we asked for and we told them we'd like to bring the car back. When I arrived with the new car to pick up my car that I STILL OWNED, the window was left down in the rain and it had clearly been driven WITHOUT my permission because I left it there with a FULL tank of gas and had about 1/2-3/4 tank when I got back in it. They told us they would refund our down payment and we were good to go. Today I checked my bank account, TWO FULL WEEKS after we were told we'd get the money back and not only have they not given money back, THEY HAVE TAKEN ANOTHER $200 FROM MY ACCOUNT. That's $400 total with bank statements to back me up. When I called I was told that they would "have to check with the owner to make sure he's not getting ripped off" before they give me my money back. As the daughter of a lawyer I can tell you, they are the ones that are ripping us off. BIG TIME. DO NOT GO HERE. Horrible business with idiots running it. read more
