Less is there to keep your rubber on the road! This dealer is where I've been getting most of my new tires put on and tire rotations. Today we're changing out 10 ply stiffer Goodyear tires for 8 ply Carlisle softer ride tires on the Airstream. David listed some options leaning toward the Carlisle Radial Trail HD. I took about a week to read some reviews and selected what he picked the Carlisle HD. We're on the same page and he accommodated some other needs - changing out my lugs. David was great working with for his expertise, knowledge, professionalism and easy going nature! Kudos David! Today I'm here for the installation. Made an appointment. Four trailer and one spare tires were road force tested, spine balanced and installed. I'm gonna feel really good and safe rolling on a new set of tires! Thank you David and Les Schwab!

Very disappointing experience. Needed new tires due to alignment issues. Wore the inner tread down…read moreto the metal wires. So much so, it was almost like a wire brush sticking out of the rubber. After tires were on I was told to give them an hour and could pick my car up. Got there in an hour, they hadn't started the alignment. Told me it was going on the rack and to give them an hour. Get back an hour later, at close. Pay for the tires and alignment, find out, still hadn't gone on the rack. They tell me it's going on right then, only to come back to the lobby 5-10 mins later saying I don't need an alignment. Need a control arm. They will look into ordering the part and call me. Two days later, no call. With brand new tires and whatever caused the initial damage still an issue. I understand it was late in the day and everyone was ready to go home. I could have been told it was too late (3:30pm appt time) of an appt time to get everything done, if not when I arrived, when I went back the first time. Or at any time between when the first time I went to pick up my car and when I got back at closed. I felt dismissed. Went to the Sellwood/Moreland location. Didn't mention anything about my experience at this location, just asked for an alignment. They did the alignment and car is driving well. Because it was the alignment. I'll stick to the Sellwood location.

I came back the next day haven't received no phone call and anticipated just picking it up without any issues. It wasn't until I arrived that they told me the hole in the tire was too big to just put a tube in. I asked them to show me because the leak was through a small pin hole not a large hole. Eventually, they pointed out a gouge on the low part of the tread face. I ended up going to discount tires and they were able to put a tube in without any issues. On a sidenote, this was the third inner-tube. I had to replace on this tractor and all three had been done by Les Schwab prior. All three of those tubes failed in the same spot where the valve attaches to the tube.

They offer complementary tire rotations with the oil change service which I thought was nice. They did it the first time, but not the second time. I even confirmed THREE times that they were going to rotate the tires and they still didn't do it. I was taught to mark my tires so that I can confirm whether they were rotated are not. That leaves a reallly bad taste in my mouth. Don't offer something if you're not gonna do it. I thought about calling the business about the issue, but I imagine they would ask me back in to do the rotation and maybe some tech would get in trouble for not doing it in the first place and now he's upset, so I don't want my car to be in their hands again. I work in customer service, I know how people can be. Places to get an oil change are on every corner and now I will consider other places if and when my car needs attention.

Had them lift my brand new 24 GMC 3500 Denali Ultimate. Just after the Top Rear left Shock…read moredisconnected when at elk camp, had to go to Les Schwab to fix...Bent the lower mount, they replaced shock but never fixed the mount properly. My buddy bought the same exact truck and lift, etc. all of his sensors went off after he picked it up, they did not re-install them properly and were to short, pulled out of there mounts. A 3rd buddy had them replace headlights in his 5.9 Cummins, put in cal custom LED's...he was coming off mount hood and they went out. LNC BS...This has taken a long time to post and maybe they have better techs in there now but beginning of 24' they sucked. I've always used Trendsetters (Mike Snawder) for my lifts, lowered, tires, wheels and whatever. Was reluctantly talked into L&C. Won't happen again. Trendsetters will do all of my work moving forward.
