Outstanding Review - Frontier Landscaping Company…read more Thank you to Brian, Bob, Mike, and the entire Frontier Landscaping team for the outstanding work on our property! We absolutely love the full scope of landscaping completed for our entire home. My husband and I recently moved to Las Vegas and purchased our first home. After comparing pricing and services from several landscaping companies, we chose Frontier Landscaping--and we are so glad we did. Brian, the Designer in Charge, is extremely knowledgeable and truly excellent at what he does. He patiently worked with us through multiple design changes while we waited for HOA approval and even helped us complete and submit our ARC application. His communication was outstanding--he always got back to us promptly and answered all of our questions thoroughly. The one-year warranty he explained also gave us great peace of mind. Although we noticed some mixed reviews online, we decided to give Frontier Landscaping a chance, and they exceeded our expectations. Bob, who I believe is the co-owner, personally called us after the project was completed to check in and assure us that they would address any concerns if needed. A few days later, we met Mike, the owner, who immediately resolved a small issue with white sediment on our backyard gate by removing it on the spot. We also noticed a minor leak in our backyard faucet used during the project and he tightened it, completely stopping the leak. This company truly goes above and beyond. The quality of the landscaping work combined with their exceptional customer service is impressive. One section in the front about 4' x 1' was still dead and needed replacing.. My husband called Blake and plan to ask him about replacing it at our expense. Blake had a terrible attitude, basically saying he was done with our yard. It was surprising to us as we had always had a great experience with him. I'm not sure what happened, we didn't do anything, and we plan to pay for the sod so it was surprising and disappointing.

The reason for the review is I had initially asked them to come look at the trees and they were going to charge me to come look at them even though I told them they were dying. The reason for the review now is I got around to having another landscape company install new trees in the spot of the two that died. They showed me the water lines we'd not installed for these two spots and that's why the plants died. Everything else this company did was good but I am not satisfied with them because they did not stand behind their work. I don't believe that if you come out to landscape and I message you 2 months later about dying trees you need to charge me to come look at your work. Below you can see they were trying to charge me to come fix their mistake.

Got a text to confirm that morning. Confirmed. It's almost noon Friday as of this posting 0 communication. I literally woke up "early" as my shift runs in the evening/night time and they didn't show up. Supposedly a 10A-2P window and didn't receive a text or call update. Was on the hook that whole. Leaves a really a bad impression. Will consider others now with the first being Bully Turf to see if they're more professional.
