We own a Big Green Egg grill and when it was time for a new stand (called a nest), we went over to Tri-Supply and were given a great explanation of all the options available for the grill. The stand and side tables were purchased and then realizing the assembly and moving of the Egg was going to be difficult, asked about some help. Without missing a beat, Chris, the manager, offered to have one of his guys come over to build the nest and help move the Egg into the stand. Anthony arrived fully equipped to get both the nest and side shelve built. He assembled the stand, helped move the beast of an Egg to it's new nest and then installed the shelves. While working on the Egg, he made several adjustments, got everything aligned properly and even pointed out that the gaskets were in need of repair. He patiently went through how to work on the Egg if anything ever needed replacing and gave suggestions on how to get the gasket off before placing a new on on the grill. He spend better than an hour getting everything built and checked-out and was extremely patient and very professional. I went back to Tri-Supply this afternoon to buy the gasket and will continue to utilize this store for all my Big Green Egg needs! read more

I have purchased building materials from Tri Supply several times over the years, most recently in the last few weeks. I worked with Chris, the manager, and purchased some trim for an extensive repair after a water leak in my home. Chris was great to work with and , in fact, he took back (and picked up at no charge) the unused trim and issued me a full credit with no restock charge. Thanks Tri Supply Austin. Do not purchase anything from this store. You will be misled and out right lied to from everyone you speak with .On October 31st I went to their showroom to purchase 3 Jeld-Wyn windows. The first salesman Richard tried to sell me the windows they were displaying in the front of the store and when I advised him I wanted Jeld-Wyn windows he said " good luck with that it will take 10 weeks and I can't help you, you will need to talk with one of the other guys" . I went to one of the other guys and they ordered my windows and did state it would take10 weeks to be delivered. On week 10 I went to pick up my windows and one of them was broken. I was told they could not refund my money and I would need to install the broken window before they would fix the glass oh and by the way it will take 3 weeks to get here . 3 weeks goes by and they send their window repair man to my house with the wrong size glass . I am now at week 15 and still have a broken window that I paid top dollar for. They refuse to return my calls so I have to contact them and every time you speak with someone it is a different story but all the employees put the blame on the window company even though they broke my window in their warehouse . What a horrible company. Once they get your money their " commitment to customer service " is no longer practiced . read more

I purchased a GE PT9200SL dual oven from Tri-Supply May 2020. I love the oven, however, within 3 weeks of installation the oven failed (F9 and other random symptoms that pointed to a possible controller problem). I attempted to work with GE Service to get it repaired. Starting with a technician who came to my home unprepared to troubleshoot (I had to use my own equipment to prove to him that ground was connected), his prognosis didn't match the symptom and the parts he ordered were most likely not going to fix the oven. GE Service said those parts were not in stock and I was told there was no way to get an ETA (parts finally showed up several months later). In frustration, I contacted Tri-Supply manager Aaron Valdez for help. Aaron jumped on it and ordered a replacement oven for me even though GE normally requires 3 service visits to warrant a full replacement. When the replacement oven arrived at my home, I learned that GE's oven packaging does not protect the glass front of the oven which was shattered. Aaron got another replacement to me within 2 weeks and Tri-Supply's crew installed it. I have had a working oven since July and love it. I highly recommend Tri-Supply for excellent customer service. I can also recommend the GE oven but thumbs down to GE Service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Tri Supply and Laura Wright, our very helpful sales person. We bought a refrigerator that just didn't work well from the beginning. She immediately offered solutions and assistance. When nothing ultimately worked, she took care of the problem by replacing it. I didn't have to do a thing. Installers brought the new fridge and set it up, and took the old one away. I'll use Tri Supply as much as possible for future purchases because of this amazing experience. So few places offer solid customer service anymore. Tri Supply gets it right. read more

This place is absolutely awesome. Bought my XL Big Green Egg around Halloween of last year. I have cooked everything from homemade pizza to hamburgers to cookies to cakes to biscuits to muffins to turkey to brisket and so much more. They have every accessory you could ever want and if they don't have it they will get it for you. They have wonderful customer service. Everyone is always so polite and helpful. Great prices. Worked with Blaze on getting a French Door. He was super helpful throughout the entire process and I was amazed by his speed in getting us the information we needed. I was unfortunately very disappointed to receive a door that was not of the measurements that fit our opening and extremely frustrated when Tri-Supply refused to exchange the product for one that fit and instead told me to cut a bigger whole in my wall to make the door fit (really??). Poor customer service. This was a standard door that Tri-Supply could have resold easily and finished the experience in a positive way. If you go with Tri-Supply, be sure to have all your measurements documented on paper prior to making a payment. read more

I always like to support local businesses over national chains however Tri-Supply has a long way to go to secure my business due to extremely poor initial customer service. I contacted Tri-Supply to purchase a gas cooktop. The first person I spoke with was very helpful. The second person I spoke with to actually begin the purchase process referenced next steps and said I would be contacted by installer to complete a pre-measurement. I waited 5 days and no one called me. When I re-contacted Tri-Supply and talked to the same staff person, she denied stating that she would contact the installer discuss pre-measurement pricing and have him contact me. Her defense was she didn't know I was serious about purchasing. It seems to me that when you have competitors first, you need to be honest and second, provide great customer service....that apparently is not part of Tri-Supply's work ethic.
