I wanted so badly to love this place but unfortunately I did not have a good experience. Our food took an unbelievable amount of time and once I received my fish tacos my first bite I find a parasite! Yes a worm in my fish taco, right in the flesh of the fish. I call over the server and she takes it to the back.. now here's where it gets strange. The 1st Manager comes over apologizing sincerely, offered me something else, took the tacos off the check etc.. everything you would expect a competent manager to do in a situation like this. Then 3 minutes later a 2nd Manager (different dude) comes to our table with the taco, shoves it in my face saying this is not a parasite it's a rubber band??? He's like playing with the worm in front of me(so gross) so I'm not gonna sit and argue with this dude but I know what a parasite looks like and that is definitely not a rubber band but I indulge him and I ask "how would a rubber band get in my fish taco?" And he replies he's "asking himself that same question" but gives me this accusatory look, as if I somehow planted it there to get a free meal. Great atmosphere! The drinks were good and well priced. The food was yummy. Only weird part was my crab sandwich. I was expecting more like a crab cake sandwich or lumps of crab meat. But instead it was a entire deep fried crab...legs and all. Lol read more

Decided to try a new restaurant for weekly lunch with mother. Heard some good things about the Trident, so decided to give it a try. What a nice surprise! We both had the Fish & Chips. Seemed like it took no time at all to get the food to the table. Server was accommodating and friendly. Fish was excellent, as were the fries and cole slaw. My brother-in-law is coming from England at the end of the month, you can bet we'll be back for his Friday Fish & Chips! read more

I work all over Tucson and it is difficult to find food on my way home sometimes that is not just McDonald's or something drive through because ill get done past 9pm most nights. No matter the day I can stop at Trident and without fail the staff will be kind, attentive and get my food right. Most of the time I sit at the bar and keep to myself to decompress but without fail Crystal and Kaitlin make sure that I have a good experience every time. In a world that taco bell can't get your order right when you type it in yourself, Trident stands out as an example to all of what happens when an owner cares and wants to care. read more

If they had more stars to give I would be dishing them out. I absolutely love this bar and grill. I have had nothing but great experiences and service from both the lunch and the evening staff as well as the bartenders who were very knowledgeable on drinks and are quick to serve. Monday night football is one of the nights I love to frequent this establishment It may be in thsmall but it's never been an issue getting seated or great service. The drinks are awesome and the food is even better. I can say that this is one of the few places I can go and pick a random meal and know it's going to be stellar. The portions are great for the value. If you're in need of great atmosphere and delicious food then this needs to be top of your list for the NW side. read more

Waited 15 mins for a table, even thought there were open booths with reserve signs on them. After we were seated and placed our order and 15 minutes passed, the hostess came by and removed the reserve signs, without seating anyone. Another 25 mins pass and a server comes by and tells us that they messed up our machines and it will be another 10 minutes. When our food finally arrived the burger was over cooked, Fry's were cold and the beef nachos had chicken in them. read more

This place is great. It's our new "go to" place for lunch or dinner. The best burgers, fish & chips, and the wedge salad. The biggest thing that keeps us coming back is a server named Kat. She has to be the beat server we've had in years. Absolutely wonderful young lady. Prices are reasonable as well. So glad we have this near us. read more

I've worked in restaurants for many years to know how professional managers as well as a company should handle the health and safety of their customers and staff. Most importantly making it a priority to help and protect their reputation, staff, and customers. Multiple people have been tested positive for covid-19 , and I really hope they are doing okay. Unfortunately, the restaurant has not closed down to clean, disinfect, and protect their staff or customers. This action is negligent and shows how they operate as a business. How can you trust going to eat there if they can't even take proper precautions and measures after knowing people are testing positive. Staff should all be required to test (it is free), retest if they were positive before coming back to work, and making sure nobody steps foot in their establishment until proper sanitation has been done. It really is not that hard. There is a reason that there is an organization and guidelines for restaurants to follow for food handling and safety measures. Think twice before you support a business who doesn't care about you because they don't even care about their workers. Have a blessed day and stay safe everyone. read more

The Ina road location is very small, good food like the rest of the locations. A lot of tap handles, good beers. Too crowded..

The only reason I give this restaurant 3 stars is because of the nice waitress and the service, the food however was not very appetizing. I ordered the "Jumbo" Cocktail Shrimp which is listed as an appetizer for $15, and it came with 6 small shrimp and cocktail sauce on a bed of lettuce.The name itself is misleading it should not be named jumbo cocktail shrimp. Everyone else I was with ordered oysters & fish tacos that were decent. If you decide to eat here the only food that was good was the Fish & Chips. Beware what you order here. read more

Food is good, drinks are good but service not great and gets very busy and very noisy.

Wanted to try this new place out since I had heard mixed reviews. Walked in, extremely loud, but it is a sports bar. Hostess was kind and greeted me letting me know of a 15 minute wait, we waited for maybe 4 minutes and were seated. The place was busy so I wasn't expecting someone to come to the table for a while, once our waitress got there she was very nice but I could tell she was in a hurry, no big deal I've been a server before and I know the struggle. I ordered a drink from the bar which was AMAZING. The mozzarella sticks were delicious. I ordered a crispy shrimp po boy and it was probably the worst item on that menu. The bread was so dry I could crush it. The lettuce looked like it was sitting in a bowl of water. It was soggy. There was 0 sauce in the Sandwhich and the shrimp was doused in horseradish or something that tasted that way. I can't remember if it is explained in the menu but holy moly it was so overpowering I couldn't eat it. The fries were excellent and that's pretty much what I had. My fiancé had a burger that was good. I let the waitress know that the bread was super hard and I crushed it in front of her, her eyes got big because it was like unusual that something like that would be sent out. She was kind enough to explain that to her manager and they removed the entree from our ticket. I'd go back but I probably won't order that sandwich again. read more

The food was pretty good, but the service was not. The clam chowder was excellent, thick with lots of clams and bacon. The fish and chips were average. Fries were mushy. We waited over a half hour just for the soup. The staff seemed new to the service industry. They hostess was not very friendly and the waitress spilled water on the table and didn't wipe it up. read more

We went for lunch on July 6. We waited 5 minutes before the waitress came to the table. We immediately ordered a meal for our grandson. She brought our drinks and we then ordered appetizers and a burger. About 15 minutes later the burger arrived first. We tried to get our waitress' attention which was impossible. She was not really busy, just walking around! Finally she came to the table and we told her we needed our other food. A man brought the kid's meal only. We needed ketchup for the french fries, but alas, no waitress!! The same guy brought one appetizer and we asked him for ketchup. He never brought it. We finally caught the waitress and cancelled the second appetizer. The food we got was good. Never did get ketchup. When we got the check the she had not taken off the appetizer we never got. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! We will drive to the other locations rather than go here even though it is much closer to home. Please retrain staff or have a manager on duty that is aware of issues. read more
