Woke up in the morning to a burst copper pipe underneath the crawl space of the house. We shut off the water and called a friend for a plumber referral and Kenneth came out from Tried and True Plumbing within 1hr to fix the problem. He replaced our older 3M copper pipe with an AquaPEX flexible tubing. Apparently it doesn't chemically react with hard water like copper does and prevents residue buildup. Kenneth fixed the leak within and 1hr and some change, took his time to explain everything to me which I really like. Would definitely recommend him to my friends. read more

I booked this guy last week because he was working on a neighbor's house. He gave me a quote of $75-$150 for work on my toilet. He said he was all booked up but gave me an appointment for the following week, which was this morning. We hired Kenny from Tried and True Plumbing to replace all of the plumbing in our bathroom tub and shower: showerhead, drain, valves and trim. He was so wonderful to work with, he helped us through the process of selecting which type of showerhead and trim to purchase, and when the time came for him to complete the job, he did a truly wonderful job.
