    Cheap Utensils

Imagine paying +$17 of pinoy food combo and you are given cheap utensils that will break easily! Their food is not that good too so atleast make it up with thr quality of your free spoon and fork! Lol

Crispy Pata! Left: meat and skin. Right: bones.

As a Filipina, I hate to give a negative review on a Filipino restaurant, but man, I was so disappointed in their Crispy Pata. The price was fair at $20ish which is to be expected, but it was way overcooked with hard inedible pieces. When I got home I removed the meat from the bone so my family could enjoy it easily. There was 85% fat/skin and 15% meat. I included a picture. Not worth the $20 overall. 2 stars for the sauce, pricing, and service which was middle tier.

Ube-sesame ball . (Unsure the name) - but my daughter loved it!

The best authentic Filipino food I have ever tasted in my life!!! This place sits a decent size more than est. 15-25 people . The staff is absolutely the sweetest and makes you feel like family. The food makes your mouth drool just smelling it!! They have everything from dessert to dinner and halo halo . The bakery items are freshly made!

    My favorite the chicken empanadas

I found this place last year and just love the food they have. They have a lot of hot ready to go food. Nice bread and pastry selection. The services is always great and the staff have always been friendly. You can even stay and eat there. Nice section to seat and have lunch or breakfast.

10/27/2024. Ordered entrées for take-out. Sisig, kare-kare, Bicol Express, and mechado. All have a robust flavor, 4/5 stars!

The food is authentic and delivers loads of flavor. 10/27/2024. Ordered entrées for take-out. Sisig: the rich pork is balanced with soy sauce, vinegar, onions, garlic, and calamansi, 4/5 stars. Kare-kare: creamy peanut forward stew that goes well with the tender veggies and beef, 4/5 stars. Bicol Express: this take did not have the usual coconut milk, but was still savory and flavorful and had plenty of tender pork, 4/5 stars. Mechado: a tomato, garlic sauce that pairs well with the tender beef, 4/5 stars. When you serve luscious food, you'll get a loyal following. It gets busy here and you'll need to grab a numbered ticket in order to get service. A good amount of the hot foods are made to order; therefore, expect to wait about ten minutes after ordering.

    tocilog :/
    Julienne F.

Been coming here for years, I love their baked goods, especially the ube spanish rolls :) However, decided to try their food today and ordered tocilog. I know it's not the healthiest food but the tocino was sitting in about 1/4 inch of oil in the plate...

    Assorted popular Filipino sweets.

Thursday, 3-28-2024: Remembering my mom, who is dearly missed. I had to make a quick stop here on my way home from work. Their mocha cake tastes just like the mocha roll she used to make. It's incredible that certain foods can evoke such fond & precious memories. It's very clean & bright, as always. The ladies who work here are always smiling & so hospitable. I picked up a few goodies, checked out, and added more points to my Rewards program. So grateful Trining's is here in town. It's definitely my go-to!

My wife and I are fans and members of the Trining's Bakery & Cafe here in Temecula, CA. Lumpia, Pancit, Adobo or whatever you'd like to try, I'm sure you'll be happy with your choice. My wife absolutely loves the sesame mochi balls stuffed with ube. Located inside the Ranch 88 market, lots of parking and just off the I-15 on Ynez Rd. Take care! *Tip Go early and get the full experience of all is offered. Or, go late (after 2p) like we did and be left with minimal choices.

Its rancid, outrageously smelly, and made me spit it out right away. The chicken skins were so bad I gave it to my dogs. 1/2 lb for 10$. At least my big dogs loved it and someone is happy. I almost want to make skewers and fried chicken skins, bring it back and show them what real food tastes like. Im repulsed, shocked at the outrageous price, and disgusted by this food. This place is located in the insanely dirty and never fresh produce and meat store, island pacific. Also please do not write to me or harass me bc I left an honest review of my experience.

You have to walk through the check out line to go into the store. Or you can walk pass or through tables of people eating their disgusting food from Phil house. Every local option I came across would only drop off the food with zero staffing for cocktail hour, buffet service, bussing, or a late night snack. Then an ad for Tisoy Curryative Cuisines popped up on my Instagram feed & I am so glad it did! From the very first message, Matthew the owner was super responsive & made the whole process so easy. He got back to me within 24 hours, his pricing fit our budget perfectly, & he even reached out to our venue on his own to confirm everything was good to go before we even booked. No issues whatsoever. It also meant so much to me to hire a Filipino owned business that actually knows this food rather than some generic catering company just claiming they could pull it off. On the wedding day Tisoy completely exceeded my expectations. They served lumpia during cocktail hour in the cutest little appetizer dishes with sweet chili sauce & honestly it tasted exactly like my mom's recipe. I never got to do a tasting beforehand so I was a little nervous but the lumpia recipe was perfect. Our guests were obsessed. The buffet setup was gorgeous & their staff served at the line which was great for portion control & kept the line moving fast. The star of the night was the whole roasted lechon. It was absolutely beautiful & cooked to perfection. We did a lechon cutting photo instead of a cake cutting & it came out so good. We had guests who flew in from the Philippines & even they said they could tell it was cooked by Filipinos. That honestly says it all. The staff bussed all the tables as dinner wrapped up & then came back out at 9pm with a late night lumpia snack that everyone went crazy for. The next morning I woke up & Tisoy had already posted a reel of our wedding on Instagram. I wasn't expecting that at all and it was such a sweet & impressive touch. If you need a filipino caterer who truly shows up, knows the food, & handles every single detail from start to finish, book Tisoy Curryative Cuisines. You won't regret it! I can't wait to throw another party so I can hire them again!!!

So the first thing that bothered me is there is a lot of people waiting outside so it's loud and when they call you to be seated they aren't loud enough so we missed our call after waiting a bit i checked in to find out! 2nd thing Food was not very warm felt like it was sitting a bit so some of our food was room temperature. Food tasted ok. But Portions and cuts were good. Then we went to eat at 630 which is peak dinner time they were already out of baked potatoes and pastrami and some other item. Their mashed potatoes tasted gritty like if they where box mashed potatoes which makes sense with them being out of potatoes. 3rd thing which is their "New Policy" That groups of 6 or more it has to be paid on one card and can Not be split in multiple payments not even split cash and card!
