2025 & 2026: I have been here several times through the past year & as current as February. Their food is consistently delicious & evokes warm memories of my childhood. Emmanuel & his family are always so friendly & welcoming it feels like you're a guest in their home. Thanks Carmely for your warm demeanor & the great conversation. I hope they're around for a long time!

I never got over when auntie Cora shut down shop, they had the best pancit, lumpia, & empanadas. Although uncle was a little scary to order from sometimes. lol But Emmanuel's is always friendly & welcoming. I like to support a fellow Filipino's business so I come here to order sometimes when I'm too lazy to cook. I follow them on Facebook since they post their daily menu on the their stories. Everything always tastes good & tastes as it should. We really liked their lumpia, crispy pata, & bangus & pork Sisigs. You do have to order those ahead. My hubby really enjoyed their kare kare & said it was extra peanuty. I was a little bummed they forgot to give us bagoong (shrimp paste), but lucky for them I had a little at home. I thought their empanada & pancit could use a tad more flavor. But everything else has been good & authentic.

We had empanadas, and biko. Everything we had was excellent. Both the lady, and the gentleman provided warm friendly service. Wish this place was closer to Irvine. Thank you for your hospitality, and a delicious food

My friend introduced us to Emmanuel's Filipino Restaurant! We got here almost 11AM today and I was craving for some silog dish! Long & behold I got the tapsilog but then we saw the other dishes that were available such as kare-kare, adobo, dinuguan, bopus, papaitan and etc. They even let us know that they have pork sisig available which we got an order too! Sisig was delicious & crunchy! Tapsilog was great, the meat had a sweet taste to it! my favorite though from here is their UBE CHEESECAKE! This tastes so good, not even sweet at all! Will def be coming back!

I particularly enjoyed their bopis and longganisa, while the Halo Halo was good but could benefit from more milk. Im eager to return sample more item from their menu. Their designated dining area, where you can also sit and wait for take out orders is remarkably clean. Keep up the excellent work and will definitely be back soon!

    yummy ube cheesecake!

Not a whole lot of variety when it comes to Filipino cuisine in the Menifee area, so decided to drive the distance a little as I was craving Filipino food. What I first noticed when I walked in, was the very welcoming atmosphere. This place opened two weeks ago but one could not tell as the staff is very professional, patient, knowledgeable and kind. Shoutout to them as it made my experience feel more special and inclusive. I got chicken adobo, pancit bihon, and ube cheesecake. Super yummy and satisfied my cravings. A hidden gem in the Riverside area for sure! Will be coming back! :) UPDATE: Just ate the ube cheesecake, best i've had from any filipino restaurant. so good!

First off the lady working the front was the sweetest lady ever. The food is amazing! Everything is delicious! The dinuguan isn't how I typically like my dinuguan but it's still yummy. I can wait to come back and try more! They didn't have any pandesal yet at 9:30am which was kind of a downer but the ladies kindness and patience really made it a reason to come back later for some fresh pandesal

Okay, so visiting from the Bay Area and had a craving for Halo Halo and holler! Emmanuel Filipino Restaurant to the rescue!!! Thank you Mary and Carmeli! The establishment is so welcoming, very true to traditional Filipino culture. And the food is ridiculously delicious from the fresh baked goods to outstanding authentic dishes. This is the spot if you want true Filipino Bicol and Pampanga style food made by caring people.

The workers are very friendly here, but the food is okay. This is a small place. Some items look like they've been out for some time. I also think there are certain dishes that might be better than others.

Found this on yelp, staff are very friendly, we had the breakfast plate, you can request how you want your eggs cooked. The servings are huge. The place is clean and they sell empanadas and pandesal.

Very down to earth people! I come here for the halo halo's when I'm in the area! Must try if you've never had filipino cuisine.

This is our third visit to Emmanuel's Filipino Restaurant, and it never changed our 5-star x 2 impression. Family-owned by Mary, Carmely, and Manny - The Chef ("Emmanuel"). A very hard-working family with day jobs in the medical and health/business industries who are committed to provide grassroot, Keto-friendly meals, specializing in popular Filipino dishes. I was so surprised to find the TINOLA MUSSELS offered in Today's Menu, so we picked in and NEVER REGRETTED the choice! The ginger-infused soup seeped in to the mussels' tender flavor. Hubby and I almost got into a tug-of-war who would finish it (i won, haha). We also love the PORK DINUGUAN (pork internal organs braised in pork blood) - the meat is so tender, the flavor has blended so positively in every bite. Caution - you may be eating more rice with it because it unquestionably pairs very well. Just don't tell your doctor (joke). ALL-VEGIES STRING BEANS & SQUASH in COCONUT CREAM SAUCE is so creamy, full-bodied, savory entree you can literally consume without rice. PORK IGADO is also top-notched. The pleasant surprise is them using Beef Liver, not the usual pork liver. Thus, the flavor is bursting like festival inside our mouths. CONCLUSION: Every dish is carefully and tenderly prepared from the heart. Think of the "Ratatouille" animated film... every dish is a taste of home. Talk about COMFORT FOOD. This is the place you can call your "Mom's Kitchen" - only, cousins "Manny," and "Carmely" are the ones cooking, while cousin "Mary" holds the fort in the front house. Don't forget to grab their CASSAVA CAKES, UBE CHEESECAKES, and other dessert/snack items before you leave. They are worth the "pasalubong" (food gift) to your family waiting for you at home, or perhaps - you can stuff your face with it while you watch your favorite videos/tv shows. I did, and I am very well satiated. As for SERVICE... every family member here are very warm, always smiling, so professional. They treat every customer like a long-lost relative, I sure felt like a family member when I walked in today. Hubby and I left with a smile and a full stomach.

Pancit malabon was very flavorful! Make sure to sprinkle some kalamansi juice to make it even more awesome!
    Jenny C.

If I could give 10 stars I would! My husband and I came about 30 minutes prior to closing, so I figured that there wouldn't be much food left. To my surprise, they offered to cook a fresh batch of Goto and Pancit Malabon. That was beyond awesome customer service! The food was excellent, and the warm smiles from Emmanuel and his wife was all it took for me to be sure to come back soon! Can't wait to try their breakfast selections. Make sure to stop by and enjoy some great home cooked pinoy food!

Sorry for this picture, I started eating then thought about taking a picture

Every local option I came across would only drop off the food with zero staffing for cocktail hour, buffet service, bussing, or a late night snack. Then an ad for Tisoy Curryative Cuisines popped up on my Instagram feed & I am so glad it did! From the very first message, Matthew the owner was super responsive & made the whole process so easy. He got back to me within 24 hours, his pricing fit our budget perfectly, & he even reached out to our venue on his own to confirm everything was good to go before we even booked. No issues whatsoever. It also meant so much to me to hire a Filipino owned business that actually knows this food rather than some generic catering company just claiming they could pull it off. On the wedding day Tisoy completely exceeded my expectations. They served lumpia during cocktail hour in the cutest little appetizer dishes with sweet chili sauce & honestly it tasted exactly like my mom's recipe. I never got to do a tasting beforehand so I was a little nervous but the lumpia recipe was perfect. Our guests were obsessed. The buffet setup was gorgeous & their staff served at the line which was great for portion control & kept the line moving fast. The star of the night was the whole roasted lechon. It was absolutely beautiful & cooked to perfection. We did a lechon cutting photo instead of a cake cutting & it came out so good. We had guests who flew in from the Philippines & even they said they could tell it was cooked by Filipinos. That honestly says it all. The staff bussed all the tables as dinner wrapped up & then came back out at 9pm with a late night lumpia snack that everyone went crazy for. The next morning I woke up & Tisoy had already posted a reel of our wedding on Instagram. I wasn't expecting that at all and it was such a sweet & impressive touch. If you need a filipino caterer who truly shows up, knows the food, & handles every single detail from start to finish, book Tisoy Curryative Cuisines. You won't regret it! What attracted me was the Texas Style BBQ and I've read plenty of positive reviews saying the BBQ is legit. Last Saturday on July 4th we made our way to Temecula to dine at the Swing Inn Cafe & BBQ. The town was packed due to a 250th birthday celebration parade. The parade blocked us from getting to the restaurant. We had to wait until it was over which was like 20 minutes. At the hostess station we were advised it would be a 45 minutes wait for a party of 5. The place was busy with customers but the employees did an excellent job in providing great service. 20 minutes later we were seated outside. There were six parties ahead of us but they didn't show when called. Guess they got tired of waiting. I ordered a full rack of the pork spare ribs with smoked beans as my one side. But when I got my food I had an extra side of smoked beans. The ribs were tender, thick and the meat came of the bone easily. It had a nice smokey taste and the smoked beans complimented the meat. I have to admit one of the best spare pork ribs I had in my life. My mom got the chicken fried steak with mash potatoes and gravy. The chicken fried steak was seasoned well and very tender. My step dad ordered Large Brisket plate with coleslaw. And my brother and sister in law both got the 2 meat plate with smoked turkey and brisket with sides of macaroni and cheese and smoked beans. The beef brisket and smoke turkey was very good according to my family. For dessert I got the cinnamon roll a popular item, step dad and mom shared a slice of apple pie and my brother got the coconut cream pie. Everything was very sweet and delicious. We were hoping to catch Dean but I figured he was probably spending time with family on this holiday. We will return and hopefully he will be there so we can let him know how much we loved his food and acting.

I will admit that the long drive has something to do with the negative review, but I've driven far…read moreto go eat before and I still like the places. I believe that what I'm about to say is fair and maybe the drive is 10% influence only. I would like to begin by saying that I saw a video on YouTube and it was the actor from breaking bad, who owns this restaurant and some guy was interviewing him and they had the pitmaster on and overall I was like I would like to check it out, might be fun. sent a video to my wife. She liked it and we made plans to go. I live in downey California, the drive to Temecula is about 60 to 70 miles, but there are parts where there's traffic so this is gonna be an hour and a half drive. Do not let this be your decision not to go, just making you aware, but nothing wrong with a nice road trip. So we get to the place and I was underwhelmed by the appearance, I was not expecting the actor from breaking bad to greet us or Skyker to be the hostess but I was expecting the place to look better, the Place looked old was my first reaction. I asked the hostess if there was a bar area and she told me yes, pointed out where I should go, and so we went to get a quick drink while we waited. the bar area was old and is not designed to host people while they wait for a table. Not Necessarily a bad thing, but it wouldn't hurt to make this area a better place to hang out and while they wait, they buy drinks. I do not work for bar rescue show, but seems to me like this is an obvious thing to do While all of the staff was friendly, I would say that two bartenders is probably the area of service where I think the level was below average because it seemed like they were just part-time bartenders or waiters that are asked to be bartenders because there's not a real bartender during the day my son ordered a beer and the glass was cracked and I do not mean a little crack, I mean it was cracked, and he almost drank it, before his mom stopped him. Then my wife ordered some lavender looking drink. It was OK, but we had to ask for a redo because there was a fruit fly in the drink, it is possible that it landed there, it is an outdoor place, but still bartender should've caught it I think. I ordered the Heisenberg drink, I liked it, it was good, I recommend it, but that was the start to our first three drinks, a cracked glass, a fruit fly in one of the drinks so not a good start . The area right in front of the bar, it was closed to the public or something, not sure but not a place to hang out. so I get it, not fully attended but it looked old as well, maybe you can cover it up better? Put something for the sun? Offer some shade. So once we got seated and got our food, the food looked very good.. The barbecue was not horrible, but it Nothing special. What we got is OK barbecue Our order: We ordered a burger for my son, this burger was massive, if you are the type that likes to post pictures of food, it will make a great picture. It would look awesome the reality is this reminded me of one of those places with very elaborate bloody Mary's, that add tons of olives and celery and this and that.....just because you add more stuff, it doesn't mean it's better, so that's what the burger reminded me, just throwing stuff in between the bun. So the burger was OK. My wife and I ordered a three meat platter, got ribs, briskets and pulled pork. And my favorite was the barbecue beans and the mac & cheese. were the meats bad? The answer is "no" but also not very good or even great, it was just OK like I said. Also, the staff asked us to move tables because they were getting a 14 person party, nice and politely they asked and we said yes, no biggy. But they told us we'd get a free desert. Did we get a free dessert? The answer is no, but we did not ask for it, by this time we were disappointed with the food. A spot where our favorite part of the meal were the beans and we didn't bother asking for free dessert, that should tell you,we just wanted out If you live nearby, going to this place is not a horrible place or bad decision, but do not drive all the way from LA and expect the place itself to look extra nice, it does not. and surely do not expect the food to be extra good, because it is not. If you are from LA and end up in this place, let it be because you wanted to go to Temecula, visit the wineries, maybe hit other spots, and this was one of the places that you visited but do not come here just to visit this place. Again, not expecting the cast of breaking bad to appear or to have actors reenact scenes from the show, (even though that would be great) but driving this long for average food and an average looking location. It's a pass for me. To end on a somewhat decent note, and I am repeating myself, but I did feel the staff was nice and friendly so props to the staff
