Pizza was pretty good. A little greasy for me, but I enjoyed it. There was a water station that was supposed to have regular and sparkling but the it was just regular water and it was warm which wasn't great. Small space but they do have some outdoor seating. Servers were nice but it was definitely hard to hear over the music.

Triple Beam serves up some of the tastiest pizza in LA -- fresh, flavorful, and seriously addictive. We ordered to-go, and even after the drive home it held up beautifully. The crust stayed crisp, the toppings were vibrant, and it still tasted like it had just come out of the oven. Pro tip: don't skip the hot honey and ranch -- both are next-level and make every bite even better. Definitely one of the better pizza spots in the city, and worth checking out whether you're dining in or grabbing a box to-go.

Generally really good pizzas with a great range of toppings, but the last one I got to-go had some uncooked sausage. not sure if they forgot to add it before putting it in the oven and added it half way through but pink, half raw pork on a pizzas is not a good look!

This spot has that classic New York hole in the wall pizza shop vibe, and I loved it. The acorn squash pizza seriously blew me away. I'm not usually big on vegetarian options, but the sweet and savory combo with the thin crunchy crust was amazing. I also tried the mushroom, bolognese, and sausage pizzas. The bolognese and the acorn squash are both must-try items in my opinion, and a runner up would be the mushroom option. Parking is tough since it's all street parking on a busy street, and seating is pretty limited with just a few tables inside and outside. Prices are definitely on the higher side but the flavor was so good it was worth it. The service was great though. Manny helped us at the register and gave solid recommendations. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

We were looking for a quick bite right before our show at the Echoplex, and this happened to be right by the venue. It's a small joint, so you order at the counter and they bring it out to you if you're dining in. Very casual joint, but the wait for the pizza is about 10-15 mins? We ordered the Pineapple, Prosciutto, Jalapeno pizza. We got a small size to share with 3 people. Also note that this isn't your classical triangular pizzas, but they are rectangular. There's not a lot of places that serve rectangular pizza haha, but also the portion size here isn't that worth. Trying the first few bites, honestly it's just a standard tasting pizza. I did like how the toppings were evenly spread out. The pizza itself is a bit thin as well. Overall, it's something that's good to fulfill your craving. They are made to order, so there will be a wait after placing your pizza order. Not served by the slice.

STEPH JUDGEMENT: Good, convenient pizza next to the Echo. It had been so long since our last Echo show we didn't realize that Two Boots Pizza was no more! But Triple Beam seems to fill those empty boot spaces quite nicely. The hubby and I needed a snack before our show, so we got a cheese slice to share. One order was two small square pieces, which made for a fine snack. We liked the crunchy crust and amount of cheese, but thought the sauce was a tad bland. Not a dealbreaker, though. The service was friendly, but we were disappointing by their water station, which was totally lukewarm--hopefully that's fixed when we next visit.

I really really liked this place the first time my aunt took me there. We went again today and I'm really disappointed. The crust was thick and fluffy the first time and now it's cracker thin. There aren't as many pepperonis as there were last time. And the cheese has no pull cause there is so little. It was either super rushed or they are cutting back to save money. It wasn't super busy though. The really nice thing was the very sweet cashier in the bucket hat was so kind even though we kept changing our order sizes. Thank you for being kind.

Inside was small cut it was a cool pizza stop place. The pizza was okay but the pineapple and toppings tastes a little different than what I expected or usually like. I liked the pizza crunchy and dough though! It's definitely a good spot for hanging out and catching up but might be overpriced for what it is. They were slow to have the pizza ready because there was a lot of people coming from bars that might.

Food is all gone. It was so good!

The pizza was so bomb but the service was exceptional. The place has a rad vibe and I felt so welcomed. Gabby is the sweetest, because of her I will come back. :)

Just fyi this is the worst pizza i have ever had in my life. The crust is dry and chewy - totally unpalatable and unpleasant.

Cocktails are slightly limited as it is not a full bar, but they do have options. The frozen Spritz was very flavorful, more fruit forward and would be perfect in a hot day. The Nonna's Medicine had a nice complexity to it with the flavors peeking their heads out at different times through the process. For food we started with the crudo, mussels and grilled oysters. The crudo was very fresh and had a lot going on with it's simplicity. Just a great bite. The mussels were decent but really didn't stand out in any way. The grilled oysters, however, had flavor and texture, with a Parmesan crust on top and the oyster and juice underneath. Very good! For pizza, they are almost like little personal focaccia pizzas, cut into four slices. We tried the mushroom, pepperoni and white pizzas. The mushroom has a garlic cream sauce and herb mix with Parmesan. You definitely get the mushrooms, as they are ample, but they do not over power the pizza. Just a good blend of flavors in each bite. The white comes with Japanese potato, fennel, mozzarella and pesto. Another really great bite with the potatoes not overpowering everything else. Finally, the pepperoni with spicy honey. The spicy honey is more like spicy marinara honey sauce, but it works. Could have used more of that as it came on the side. The pizza itself, with mozzarella and pecorino tasted great. Maybe that focaccia is the move? Overall, De La Nonna did not disappoint. Everything was very nice, and sitting on the patio when the weather is perfect is always a move. I would say to skip the mussels but, everything else, give it a try!

Initially we were going to…read moretry De La Nonna, but they were closed for a special event and we didn't know when we showed up. In the same vein, we stuck with a similar style of food and ended up at Propaganda. There was little to no wait, which was pleasant. It was a nice day and we decided to eat outside. The focaccia bread and salad came out first, and both were good. I enjoyed the crispiness of the bread, though my only qualms were that the bread was quite oily and the butter and salt were just a tad bit too salty for my liking. The Insalata Mista salad was solid. Good flavor, good dressing-to-salad ratio, and a surprisingly good portion size. As far as pizza goes, the Margherita was good. Tasty, moist, and a nice crunch on the crust. I found it to be enjoyable, though I may have enjoyed more fresh basil on this. I did find it better than the Boscaiola. I got the black truffle honey add on, and it does not go well on this pizza in my opinion. There was virtually no taste of truffle to me, and more of just an aftertaste of oily sweet honey. This was a miss. It's hard to say whether the base pizza was good without it because the flavor profile was just too overpowered by the aftertaste. The Arts District is definitely coming up with new upscale dining establishments, and I'm there for it. I think this is a solid addition. Though this is a wine bar, I don't generally drink, so my review is based purely on the food. Results of their drinks, which is quite an extensive list, may be to your liking! They do have an inexpensive three wine flight, for reference!

Food: - Sicilian: THIS was the winner of the evening! The sauce, mozz, ricotta, and pesto all came together to make a really tasty bite. I've had this same pizza at several other spots in LA, but Prime Pizza really executed it well here. So well balanced in textures and flavors, and the crust was both nicely crispy on the edges and fluffy in the center! - Spicy Pep: Solid pizza, and we LOVE when pizza places use cuppy pepperoni. Nice name, but when I see menus of any cuisine that go out of their way to offer vegan and gluten free versions of everything, it tends to put me off. I know that's an unfair prejudice, but I always assume it's more of a healthy food place for people who complain about regular food than a real tasty joint. Well, I couldn't have been more wrong. Now that I've tried their fantastic pizza, my only sadness is that they are located in DTLA, where finding parking even to run in and pick up things to go is always difficult. So, we were here at first not for the food but because my teen son's death metal band, Institutionalized, was playing a show with the very popular super cool local metal band Diabology. But, hey, if you're there might as well grab something before you leave, right? So We got a cheese pie, which was excellent. Also tried a slice of their white pie, which was garlicky goodness. What really sold us, though, was the Sicilian pie we got. As born and bred New Yorker transplants who have been here a long time, we have never found a fantastic Sicilian. Good, sure, but never great. The pies are never thick enough as far as the breading. Here it was as close as we've ever got. And like the other pizza, the taste was excellent. The customer service was amazing and the cashier who helped me, Melissa, was so apologetic and sweet (obviously wasn't her fault), but this is just another warning to anyone who is vegan and considers coming here. I also came when they were about to close and already had to wait like 15min longer than they said so there's not even anything else open this late for me to find other food. Very disappointing and I will not be coming back for good this time. If I could give separate stars for customer service, I would give them 5 stars but this was unacceptable on the cook's part.
