Triumph Santa Monica gets 5 stars and here's why; their Service Dept follows up on everything when my Bonnie is in there, the entire staff treats you like a VIP and their coffee and donuts are spot on. I'm Johnny B Good of www.Bikers4Fun.com and I definitely recommend everything about Triumph

Just picked up my Triumph Sprint from Triumph Santa Monica. Was having issues shifting. With a conversation with their master mechanic and a diagnostic evaluation, the bike is shifting and riding better than new! Can not thank the entire team enough. Straightforward upfront pricing, clear communication, and an excellent location for anyone living in West LA.

    Almost ready.

Today I was taking my wife in for her three month checkup at UCLA DR's office in Santa Monica. We live hours away in Springville Ca, one of the gateways to national forest areas. Today we left early and also arrived over an hour before the scheduled appointment time. We decided to fill the gas tank and drive a bit on Santa Monica Blvd. I spotted the Triumph motorcycle shop and decided to park and have a look-see. I ended up buying a Triumph Bobber (and a helmet, gloves and a jacket) so I could ride it 180 miles home.

SV650 after the crime in Santa Monica left her for dead. Thank you to triumph for the tlc!

I don't own a triumph but I wanted a professional to look at my sv650 after it got stolen. Here are the good point: 1) extremely friendly, 2) very helpful, 3) suggested things I could do myself to save money 4) written estimates for all recommendations. Bad thing: closing at 6pm means you gotta hurry home. Okay, not really a bad thing, I just didn't want to seem biased.

Auction site is literally a Cycle Trader with bidding and zero responsibility…read more 1) They don't know how Escrow works even though they offer it. I wanted to ensure a safe purchase through escrow. They charged me for their escrow service, I wired the money, and without getting the title or other collateral to confirm any articles of ownership, they wired the money directly to the seller. That's not escrow. Look it up. 2) Their "partnership" with shippers is not a true partnership. I expected a date for pick up, and after asking for updates constantly every few days, was given one, which then turned in to "Well, they got some other business and have to pick the bikes up first, so you'll have to wait". That's not a partnership, and it sure as hell isn't "white glove service". 3) They don't know the state laws around title transfers. They're hands off on the titles which makes this auction site vulnerable to scams. 4) It took over three months for me to receive and title the bike I purchased, and due to their lack of knowledge around state laws, I had to run around to rectify an issue due to one state requiring a state to witness the transfer title document. So, in a nutshell, these guys use a website to connect sellers and buyers, charge you a large fee without offering any assurances to the buyer or seller to reduce/eliminate scams, and charge for a white glove service where they don't know what they are doing and brag about partnerships they don't have. The CEO jumped in the email thread around this whole issue and I offered to detail to him the above issues, but he has not responded. Purchasing parts is one thing, but I would avoid the auctions. That's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

He's taken care of all of the preventative maintenance and all of my off script requests. Not only on my Zero...but also on my Indian... He's got top notch skill and cares about the details. AND he takes the time to talk and explain what and why...never seems rushed. So chill... I would trust him with ANY issue on ANY bike. I would 100% recommend Tyler at Motowerkz to anyone!

Outstanding Service and Expertise!…read more I can't say enough great things about Moto Werkz and Tyler! As someone new to the motorcycle world, I was nervous about needing repairs on my Z650--but Tyler made the whole experience smooth, easy, and educational. He's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense to me--not just seasoned riders. Tyler ordered all the necessary parts, kept me updated throughout the process, and even gave me honest advice about future maintenance, like when to consider new tires or my next oil change. He's upfront about any potential risks or wear, and his communication is excellent--always responsive and clear. I dropped my bike off on a Saturday and had it back by Tuesday, fully repaired, cleaned, and detailed. His attention to detail and customer service are top-notch. I never once felt talked down to for not knowing something--Tyler genuinely wants riders to understand and feel confident about their bikes. If you're looking for honest, fast, high-quality service from someone who truly cares, Tyler at Moto Werkz is the guy to go to. Highly recommended!

They said I needed new engine & transmission mounts. I know I didn't because I've owned a 1996 e320 & 2006 e350 for about 4/5 years each & they always recommended I get the engine & transmission mounts replaced but my car drove fine so I didn't do it. How ever since I had warranty & it covered about 90% of the cost I said sure go ahead on this cls550. After picking it up, they crashed & scraped by rear bumper really bad & didn't even bother to mention it. Saw it the next morning & took it back immediately. As I pulled in my car dropped all the way down form the airmatic suspension. Apparently it was malfunctioning, all of a sudden. They had my car for about 2.5 months because after they fixed the suspension it was still leaking air so they needed to fix something else. Ok great more money. 2.5 month after picking it up, the air matic suspension button doesn't work & the car goes into sports mode on its own everytime I turn it on & 10/20 seconds into driving it . The alignment is horrible as it pulls to the right a lot. In conclusion my car just needed regular maintenance & I should have never agreed to new engine & transmission mounts because what ever they did during the process just made my car 10x's worse. If you guys get recommended to replace engine or transmission mounts don't do it. Unless you hear & feel loud clunks when charging gears or car starts shaking bad after a certain high speed. Extremely disappointing that such a huge well known company would make things worse instead of better. & no matter what if I go back I'd still have to come out of pocket thousands of dollars again.
