Trophy Nissan servise. Scheduled 50000 mile basic service on their online scheduling service. I entered my phone number, which took me to my vehicle - a titan xd. The. Service option for titan xd came up. I chose the 50000 basic service, which was oil change and tire rotation. The price quoted in writing online was 69.99. However, when i arrived, the price went up to 113.00 because the 69.99 was for the smaller vehicles. They said it was an "internet glitch". I get that, but the price quoted online was based on my vehicle (the website even told me what my vehicle is - titan xd). Honor your advertised price! Even if it is wrong. Then fix your "internet glitch! It is not my fault that your quoted price was wrong. Any other business would honor the price, then make sure it got changed. I did go ahead and pay the 113.00 because it was overdue and i didnt have time to go somewhere else. But i will not be back. Trust has been broken. Update: Update- they compromised and charged me 89.99, the regular price of their oil chaege withoit tire rotation. They still tried to say that tire rotation was not included in the internet price, and that the internet price quoted was wrong, but at least they brought it down some. Only $20 more than quoted price instead of $54 more. That I s acceptable. And they said they will fix the internet problem. But, be advised, check b4 you believe! We will never, ever buy from here again! We went to buy a new Armada and we spent a lot of time with the salesman. My husband asked if we would get a loyalty discount and the answer was NO! What- he has bought 5 cars from them! So they begged us to take the Armada home over night but we had to pay a $100 deposit. No thank you because if we decided not to buy then we would not get our deposit back. So we decided to go to McKinney and we found what we wanted and cheaper. The worst thing was that they had some other salesman call us the next week and he asked my husband if he spoke English! Offended! My husband has 2 master degrees. Bad experience at Trophy Nissan in in Mesquite, Texas. So I have been going back and forth with this dealership to purchase a new Nissan pathfinder. I end up dealing with Andrew Maritim. Really nice guy. He told me that at Trophy Nissan they pride themselves in not adding a market adjustment on the vehicles and all they do is add a $1995 dealer package which includes tiny, wheel locks etc. he asked me if I have a trade in and I said no. Subsequently, we exchanged emails and texts on pride and features and it appears that a vehicle we would consider had arrived. He asked us to come and we did. While we were there, i asked him if there is anything he can do to reduce the dealer added package cost. He said no. Then he decided to come back with a revised cost breakdown where he added another $5000 markup on the prices that he already quoted (and I have a copy of). He said that the manager decided to add the $5000 unless I have a trade in. At this point we walked off, and ended up purchasing a vehicle at another dealership. Shame on you and your tactics Trophy Nissan. It was not that I was unable to find a vehicle. It was the fact that the dealership increased the price by several thousand dollars while I was there ready to make a deal. This unprofessional behavior led me to write this review. read more

I responded with a no thank you, and then all I heard was a "click"... no have a nice night, no please contact us if you do need our services in the future.... absolute crap customer service ethic. This reinforces my initial observations that you're only of interest to them if you're looking for a car... it doesn't take much to be polite, but they can't seem to manage even that much. Consider going elsewhere, especially if you're looking at pre-owned. No ethics on that side of the house! General Manager Jennifer Carroll tried to make it right when I contacted her, so kudos to her. But I will never do business with them after my experience -- found a certified pre-owned car there and went to take a closer look after getting in touch with a salesperson. Appointment set, I was straightforward in what I was looking for and the parameters of my deal. And that's when the trouble began: I arrive (offices are awful!) and the salesman goes to get the vehicle. He comes back and tells me that one of the managers has promised the car to one of his friends, but she hasn't signed any papers except for financing. Per their policy, it's $1000 to hold a vehicle and she hasn't done it. So, he takes me for a test drive and considers the car up for sale. The manager calls him repeatedly while we're driving to yell at him. I'm uncomfortable at this point. We come back and start negotiating. I get up to leave because I didn't want to deal with the drama, and they try more numbers. Finally got to a deal, signed the papers. We're in the process of transferring stuff out of my car into the new one and then.... they come back to tell me they can't sell my Jeep for what they were going to give me for it, so the deal was off. They had gotten on the phone and called "the Jeep store" and supposedly couldn't get the price. I told them that wasn't my problem since we agreed on price and had signed papers. They should have known what they were doing and what the hell kind of customer experience was this???. They said sorry and walked away from me, and I walked out. Bottom line -- they had 3 managers. One wasn't happy selling it to me cuz he wanted it for his friend. I assume they could make more money from the other buyer via her financing and probably the agreed upon price and didn't have a luxury Jeep to worry about. I had their deal stripped to the bone, I wasn't financing, and my car was lien-free. Oh, and to top it all off i now have to go to the DMV and get a new copy of my title. We had started signing the title over as part of the sales process -- thankfully, Trophy hadn't yet signed it but I did so now I have a title with my signature showing a sale date. That won't be legit as I look for another car to buy. So, more time and aggravation caused by these jerks. I brought my car in for service last Thursday and was told they found a transmission leak, but it was covered by warranty and given a loaner. This week I get cryptic voicemails about an axle and a catalytic converter and no response to texts or phone today other than an assurance someone would call me back. I had been told the car should be ready Tuesday afternoon previously so I went up there to try to find out the status and was told they would need another day or two. Seems like they should be able to explain what they're doing coherently and provide updates on progress without requiring me to go there. I did get a text with an update on my way home though the details of what parts they needed are still a mystery. -- My service advisor, Jeff Butler, called Tuesday afternoon and explained he'd been in software training for several hours today and that the software they use to handle customer texts appears to have dropped a few responses. He also provided more context for why the service was nearing a week in duration so revising my earlier rating. -- I picked up my car Wednesday afternoon. I had asked Jeff to get a quote on repairing the hatch where I dented it, which he did, but when I asked what the estimate was, he said that was a different business so he hadn't looked at it. Also, my car didn't appear to be washed. The person who pulled it around said that when Jeff radioed him to pull it around, but Jeff stated it had been washed earlier and to just bring it. He could have asked me before answering, but at the time I agreed with getting my car back, especially since the reason they had it for a week was their mechanic broke a bolt that holds the catalytic converter in place. Communication could have been a lot better throughout, but I guess given the damage to my vehicle maybe that was awkward. I noticed on the paperwork that there was a technical bulletin on the transmission leak, NTB17-003 from 2017. It seems like I would have received some kind of notice on that before July 2019 from Nissan probably. read more

I came in. I knew what I wanted which was a Porsche Macan Twin Turbo. I told the salesman that this would be the easiest, fastest deal if we could get the numbers right. He went to the finance team, and they worked out the deal the way I wanted. Out of the 20+ cars I've purchased various dealerships this was the best experience I've had. I even had people that weren't working with me stopping by to ask me about my day, and congratulate me on the purchase. Even the next day I got a call about if I was still satisfied with my purchase, and if there was anything I needed to reach out. They will tell you a car is available all day but then you will stop into the lot and it won't be there, or they will tell you 5 minutes before you get there. They will lie and deceive you to come into their dealership just to sell you cars that do not even come close to what you came their to look at. Then when they do wrong, they will do nothing to fix it. When you call you will hear staff in the background cussing and socializing. I hate when you walk into the used department of a dealership and they tell you their lowest priced 2015 or newer altima 3.5 is going for $30,000. Common Isael/Ismael/Israel (Didn't stay long enough to learn his name properly). The cherry on top was that 30 minutes after I was heading to a different dealer he calls and says he had New Car prices in mind. Im not sure if it was an excuse, but he said it was only his second week and didnt know what cars were available. For a seasoned sales person like you, it's a must to have an updated list on what cars are coming in and out. Dont bust my balls and waste my time and then try and make up for it by calling and trying to have me come in to waste my time even more. Here's a tip; if you're not willing to do your homework to make a sale, check your website. Your coworkers have already set a good starting price online for you incase you're to lazy to look it up yourself. Oh but its ok. There is also the chance that you were following protocol to squeeze every penny out of the customer before you actually even show them a vehicle. Not every customer that walks in goes in blind sir. They also said this is company wide, not just them. So my issue is, why sell a $40,000 car that is not repairable? How can a company or even one dealership do this to it's customers? I took my youngest daughter to purchase her first vehicle from them, due to my oldest daughter and myself had purchase some vehicle from them.We only had this KIA Soul barely a month before we discovered that it had a oil leak. Took it back to see if we can get it fix and come to find out they refuse to fix and place the blame on my daughter stating that she scrape the oil pan. Which was not true. I decided to get second opinion from my own mechanic and come to find out that this vehicle was previously work on from some on else or the person that traded it in, and knew it was some issue with the oil leak. Thanks to Lionell Johnson, he was more concern than all the rest of the other people that I spoke to and I really appreciate his help. I spoke to the pre- owned manager Victor and he was telling me that I had some impact and I should file this on my car insurance, which didn't make sense. By the way I didn't receive a car fax until I requested for one and come to find out this vehicle had been in wreck. The car fax wasn't never present to me during the time that we made the deal. The car sale man Mac act like her was concerned, but it was all about a sale for him. I had started to refer people to them, but that has change, I would not put them in the position that my daughter and I are currently in now. Then you also want to be carful being a woman you don't want to get overcharged for anything. I made sure I got all the bells and whistles. I just went over my factory warranty (2015 car) so now I'm leaning on the extra coverage. My car started dragging all of a sudden Friday night. Hmm let's see I get to tell everyone about my crappy experience with you, how you provided me with a whack quote, how your manager nearly blockaded me from leaving and maybe I'll even discuss the nonstop harassment I have received from your Internet sales team. I'm a first time car buyer and was dreading going car shopping after years of hearing the horror stories of how some women get treated at the dealership so I decided to stop by Nissan late on a Wednesday night. All the salesmen were cussin and discussin in one corner when I walked in and you could literally see their eyes light up. So one of them walks up to me and we start to talking. I go for a test drive and they ask me to come back tomorrow evening so I set up an appointment and leave with his card. I return the next day and my sales guy is nowhere to be found. It turns out he was in Houston?! But that's not a problem because one of his buddies is more than happy to fill me in. I tell him what I want and what I can and can't do. He comes back and tells me what he can do which didn't cut it for me. He didn't even have anything on print for me to look at, just his scribbling. He refused to show me a breakdown and was doing the math with his fingers...um yeah I don't think so. So I tell him thank you and make my exit. Then...BAM! Some suave looking Italian dude is all up in my area asking me what the problem was. Excuse me? He makes me an offer and says I can't get this anywhere else. I tell him I'll take my chances and he snorts and sarcastically says good luck as I walk away. These guys were not only rude but they were all up in my nuts the entire time I was here. Never would I go to Yelp to write a review about a car dealership, but alas, I have to. I emailed Trophy Nissan 3 times in one week, no response. I called to inquire about a vehicle. I was passed around to 5 people (telling each one exactly what I was looking for) and finally had someone say, sure I'll help you with that. He called me back about the wrong vehicle, totally different model. Ok, no biggie, it happens. I told him I'd try to swing by the next morning to test drive the car. Unfortunately I had to run into work the next morning (had taken the day off). Well, the jack*** that I talked to the previous day had the audacity to call me and say "where were you this morning?!?". No hello, no courtesy of identifying who he was or where he was calling from, just "where were you". He then told me he got to work early because I said I'd be there to drive the car. This conversation was literally a 15 min yelling match in which I basically told the guy it would be a cold day in hell before he ever heard from me again. If I don't know you, have never stepped foot on your car lot, and you're already treating me like this...you had best believe you will never in a million years earn a cent of my business. In fact, I will make it my mission to let it be known how ridiculous these tools are at Trophy Nissan. On the other hand, Sewell got wind that I was having a horrible time with Trophy Nissan and offered to find me the car I wanted and sell it to me. Oh yeah, and they picked me up in a loaner car when they knew I sold my vehicle before actually having one to purchase. So let's see. Recently, I TOOK A CAB to Trophy Nissan (hint - I was fully prepared to purchase) a new vehicle. But after dealing with their "professionals" I wouldn't even buy a candy bar from their vending machine. Their shady, disrespectful, and pathetic "sales" tactics say enough about their integrity and the people they hire. First I arrived, and stood in their lobby waiting and waiting for someone to approach me. Now I'm young, and apparently to them dumb - so no surprise here, right? Fast forward to after test driving - working on a deal. I began to talk about the financials, and of course I got the line about "we price our vehicles to sell at sticker price because we can't go lower". Okay, I get it - this is a negotiation. So again, I try to work a deal. Then the salesmen started talking about "having mouths in his family to feed" and that he can't lower the price because of that. What? In addition, I was offered a "hard" 1k for my trade in of 2002 Camry in good condition. I feel like I don't need to explain that - as parts alone are worth..eh, whatever. I continued trying to work on the price. So the salesman sighs and says he'll find a manager. Next thing I know, the manager is standing in the office telling me how lucky I am! Because the vehicle is actually under-priced and the sticker should be higher but they made an error! And if I don't close the deal today the vehicle will cost even more because the sticker price is going to be corrected tomorrow! After hearing this I asked how I could expect them to honor my warranty/service my vehicle if they can't even post a sticker price correctly. Watching them field this question alone was worth my frustration. So, the manager proceeds to tell me how "I don't know what I'm doing here". Yes, that's a direct quote from a manager to customer looking to purchase a 30k vehicle. And that "If I can find a better deal, then go get it". So I took his advice. Went to Nissan of McKinney, was greeted by a friendly staff. Negotiated a deal I was happy with for the exact same make/model. Sure, the dealership got the better of me, but that'll always be the case. Also I received the KBB value of my trade in, and came away pleased - Thanks for the advice Trophy! We came here to look at new cars. It was our first stop so we had very little information and a lot of potential questions. We walked around the lot and got an idea of what we were interested in, found a car that was the model and color I liked the most, and went to ask someone if we could look inside. A salesman got the keys and let us in. We looked around for a bit and he asked us if we wanted to drive it. We said no, that we were going to look around a bit more first. He then just walked off and left us there. Apparently because we weren't ready to buy right then and there, our potential business was worth nothing to him. *Used Car Side* STAY AWAY! Horrible customer service, sales tactics, disrespectful, and rude. We were looking to purchase a used vehicle and have browsed a few and this was one of the dealerships that had the vehicle. Got there, was immediately greeted by someone just waiting outside for people. Asked what we were looking for and gave us some nice small talk. Not bad but once you get inside, it was a different story. We told them the vehicle we saw on their website and they immediately went toward financing. We didn't even get to see the car yet. No test drive, didn't even know if they even had the car on the lot since we never saw it! They kept pushing financing on us, the first guy couldn't get through so another guy comes and tries to convince us their financing is better. We wouldn't budge so they got a third guy to tell us to give them a chance. I said no, we would like to use our financing. They took our pre-approval letter and came back saying we were required to pay a FOUR THOUSAND DOLLAR down payment if we would like to use our own financing. Really? Do we really look that clueless? I asked them why? They proceed to tell us that we have to pay $4000 down/fee to use it our financing. I had my husband go outside and immediately call our loan specialist. Their answer? WALK AWAY now! I told them politely that if I can't use my loan here I will just go back to the other car we were looking at where they did not hassle us to finance nor ask for a ridiculous down payment/fee to use our financing. They said alright then, sorry. So I walked out. My husband was still on the phone with our loan specialist so I was waiting outside until he was done. The "financing specialist" came back out and asked me to give their financing a chance. I said no thanks and told them that my loan specialist said there is no $4000 down payment nor any $4000 fees and can email you the paperwork directly. I asked him for his email and he told me he'll be back with his email address. I proceeded to sit back in my car since he never came back out. My husband got off the phone and the guy immediately darts out the side door saying that he talked to me earlier but wanted to talk to him instead. He tried to get my husband to say yes since I said no. Please, please, read the other reviews here and stay away. Don't waste your gas getting here or your time with people who lie to try and cheat money from you. Our loan specialist told us to walk away, that we are never required to pay $4000 out of pocket, and that their requirement to take our financing only for the "downpayment/fee" is downright wrong and deceiving. read more

Take my Nissan Sentra in for service all the time... I usually schedule appointments for Antez but had someone different this time. I took my car in for a noise it was making . I dropped it off at noon and received a call around 5:30 that it was ready for pickup. When I went to pick it up I was charged $160 for tightening the suspension bolts, which I did not have at the moment. I have full coverage and have NEVER had to pay for anything when I take it in. To make the story short ... My issue was that I was never given the option or called for consent as to the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. They just proceeded to do it anyway. I'm writing this for my mother because she isn't too good at navigating the Internet. She was given a free diagnostics test today while they fixed a recall of a latch on her 2013 Nissan Altima. She purchased the car at Trophy Nissan, so until today, she has been an extremely loyal customer. On the diagnostics test today (they assured her it was run twice for quality control) she was informed that the micro filter in her cabin had failed and needed to be replaced with a cleaner filter. Had the technicians looked into her history, they would have seen she just had that and another filter replaced just two weeks ago. Here's the kicker though, they were replaced at Trophy Nissan. When my mom told them, he said, "must've not been changed here," to which she assured him they were, and then he nervously shuffled papers and began stuttering. They're running scams here and people need to know about it. I know it's small, but a $150 service really does add up. A less informed person would've had this service done, no questions. So beware before you get your car serviced here. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM OR EVEN GIVE THEM ...ANY... PERSONAL INFORMATION. THEY WILL HARASS YOU AND NEVER REMOVE YOU FROM CALL LISTS. I have been in the market for a car for a few months now, and looked at a Nissan here. I was required to put in my information to look at the cars online. These guys seem so desperate for business, that they call my phone a few time every single week. Back in August, I asked them to remove all of my contact information from their contact list. I was told it was completed. I received phone calls several time in September and October - still asking every time to be removed. Finally in November, I asked them to not contact me again or I will report their company to the BBB and write a review on the harassment I was receiving. I was informed in November that I was removed from the call and email distribution list. A week later I received an email from them asking if I would refer their company to family or friends (with an offer of $100 for my referral if they buy.) I finally took the liberty to go through the process and remove my self that way. I haven't received an email since. Today, December 10, I received a phone call from one of their sales associates asking if I was still in the market for a new car and what they could do to get me into a Nissan. Mind you, this was probably the 20th time I have asked one of their employees to remove me from the call list. I was transferred to the Internet Sales Manager and informed him that the last time I spoke with someone, I threatened a complaint to the BBB and a review on Yelp. I gave this company SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves, each time they failed. The Internet Sales Manager offered his number to me and I told him that I should not need it from here forward because his company would no longer contact me and I have NO reason to contact them. He informed me that I was already removed from the emailing list (because I did it myself) and that he was removing me from the call list. I informed him that I already gave the company a warning and I was going to go ahead and put in my complaints. YOUR SALES TACTICS ARE HARASSMENT! You wonder why people do NOT buy from you guys. I've heard horror stories from friends who had gone in there to look at cars... I wish I knew before I ever logged into the website. I shouldn't have to ask a company to remove me from their call lists every month for 5 months straight! I will come to you if I want a car! Even after I threatened coming into the store MY SELF and removing myself from the lists personally, followed by a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for harassment, and a poor review on Yelp! (People do actually look at these reviews guys..) THEY STILL CONTACTED ME! PLEASE LEARN NEW SALES TACTICS BECAUSE YOURS AREN'T WORKING! YOU'RE HARASSING ME! YOU ARE VIOLATING MY PERSONAL RIGHTS. All I can say is, this company has completely ruined me for Nissans. I will never purchase a Nissan in my future. EVER. And I will never recommend one to friends or family. EVER. I totally retract everything negative I have said, with my last post. Unfortunately, the right people to help me were not notified. To sum it up, David, the Operations Manager, and Jennifer, the Finance Director, stepped up to the plate, and helped me out. They both were very fair and listened to my side of the situation, and handled my complaints in a very professional way, and addressed helping to change my payment date for the car note. We had a meeting today and all problems were addressed and done in a timely fashion. In addition, they promised to help me out in the near future in any capacity. While no car dealer is perfect, I got to say that accountability was addressed and I will be continuing with my maintanence, and future car purchases there. If there is a problem, don't hesitate to contact the right people there. Overall, I am very happy with the outcome of the meeting and how the issues were handled. They suck. They will get most bad credit issues approved for some garbage of a car. Do not take your car to get serviced there. I have gone back 3 times for the same issue within a month. Then tanzy the assistant service manager lied and said she fixed a different issue the last time. I had my service engine light checked and I knew the code before I took my car in. She has a bad attitude. MPP the extended warranty is a must. read more

Used car salesmen not helpful at all, tried to get some information on financing and he never got it for me, sad because we would have bought, but they never called me back. There is a reason this dealership has an overall 2 star review. Trust the reviews folks! read more
