In person, they denied my refund and blamed Door Dash. Door dash denies responsibility. My order was $115 and they would not refund $13. I ordered through the app and was just literally a few minutes away, but could not get away when I thought I could so I was late getting to the store to pick up my order and it was all on me. Seen this many times as I have passed. Got excited about it after some co workers were singing the praises. I was surprised they had food. Even breakfast! This is the worse place to go, every single time they mess up my order and the ladies are soooo rude, there's this African American girl that has long braids, I told her my order was wrong she just ignored me and turned around and kept working on other orders, now I have to take this smoothie that has bananas and it's not even my order. I had no idea they served food as well. Santa Fe chicken is just so-so. With entrée your provided kale salad, fresh fruit (pic of apple) and chips. I don't like kale and my daughter and I are both allergic to fresh apples believe it or not. So we went with the chips and I did not receive them. I do wish I had a tropical smoothie to wash this down with. The salsa on the side is a nice flavorful yet spicy and chunky sauce.. Again, never knew that they sold food other than smoothies so Can't really recommend food as this is my first meal ever and my daughter raves about the hummus wrap. I am only giving it a lower score because I don't have my side. BTW this order was a pick up order. Half of it was ready and half was not when my friend arrived to pick it up. Not complaining just stating the facts. Maybe friend was complaining to me so that is why it is mentioned. Now for something completely different, which for us, is pretty much what this place is about. We used our friends at Dining Dash to deliver an order from this place (usual excellent job), our very first experience with their offerings, probably a one and done thing. We tried a Smoothie and 1/2 Salad for $7.49 (Kiwi Quencher & Loaded Spinach Salad), a Smoothie and 1/2 Sandwich for $7.49 (Jetty Punch & Ultimate Club), 3 Tacos for $11.99 (Thai Chili Steak, Cilantro Lime Fish, & Korean BBQ Steak) and added a Rockin' Raspberry Smoothie, and finally, a Jamaican Jerk Chicken Wrap for $6.99. The smoothies are well sized (24 OZ), and while none of the 3 were bad, only the Jetty Punch really seemed packed with flavor, would definitely re-order that one. Other than the Spinach Salad (which was quite nice), none of the food items really impressed, with the Ultimate Club being especially uninspired and bland - the bread was thick and lacked flavor, the turkey was of the pressed variety, which says it all. The tacos weren't bad, but I wouldn't consider this as a destination spot for tacos either. The Jamaican Jerk Chicken was just ok, no re-order. Smoothies were very good to just ok, the food was mostly unsatisfying and disappointing, definitely would not come here to pick up a sandwich or a wrap. When I asked for a refund I was advised it could take several days for me to get a refund on an online order because my information has to be forwarded to a district manager. Tried the smoothie and it tasted very watered down and bland. Another time I placed an order online showed up 20 minutes later and my order was no where to be found when I arrived. MUCH IMPROVED! In every way this location is improving. It appears to be a whole new staff. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store. The 3 ladies there were all smiling and seemed genuinely happy to be working there. I was actually greeted by the young lady who appeared to be on break and having her dinner. I had to drive about 10-15 mins to get here, past plenty of other restaurants. The quality of the products, that we received, were great. The staff were super friendly...three of them. I bought my daughter a smoothie that was new to her, at my suggestion of having tried it. She didn't care for it, so I ordered a second. Not impressed by this location. Every time we go, the employees are sitting around on their phones. The last time we were there, a guy came out of the back with a T-shirt thrown over his shoulder and made our smoothie at a sloth-like pace. Stopped by for a quick bite after my workout. It was almost closing time so I was the only customer there. The staff wasn't annoyed by this nor did they rush me to make an order. The two employees there were very friendly and made polite conversations with me while I waited on my food. I ordered the chicken pesto flatbread which was quite good. It was nicely seasoned without the pesto flavor being overwhelming. Prices ranged from $4.59-$6.99 for salads, sandwiches, and wraps. Prices for smoothies ranged from $4.59-$5.09. At first the employee was nice but when they messed up on my smoothie and I asked for a remake, its like I offended him so badly because he messed up on something I paid for and then with that he made me feel extreamly uncomfortable while I was waiting because I could here him talking about me right in front of my face with another employee.
