It had the perfect balance: not too icy, not too creamy, just smooth and light. Loved that it wasn't overly sweet either. The ingredients tasted fresh and I got large pieces of chicken. The bowl was filling. The beans were low in quantity when the server was preparing my bowl but instead of changing out the container the clerk drained the juice off the beans to fill my bowl. I asked for a cup of water and was charged 50 cents for it. I was also charged $1.00 for cheese. I don't mind paying for the items but I feel like I should be told that there is a charge for these items.
