There are new owners and worker here. the old crew was great but these new people are very bad! they are unprofessional and driving away any business that goes there. they sold me a bad tire and then wouldn't fix or replace it. they blamed on us and then cursed and threatened us. If you want to deal with a guy with an arrogant, disgusting attitude, than you'll feel right at home here. I came into the office to drop off some wheels and tires, and 5 minutes go by with nobody there. Never had anyone come in and say they'll be right with me or anything. So after 5 minutes, I call the store from inside the store. Sure enough, one of them comes up to answer. After letting him know it was me on the phone, he goes into this rant about how impatient I am, why I couldn't wait a little bit more, etc. This is him assuming I've ever been to this place before, and I was supposed to know this guy works there, and that they can't hire a secretary. He then goes on about why I didn't come into the shop to get him and why I had to call the store. Buddy, because most shops don't allow you to just walk around in their garages. Again, I've never been to this place before. After that argument, I was still going to give him the wheels, so I go outside to get them, and he's standing there talking about me to other customers. What kind of worthless low-life place is this? I ended up at another tire shop, where they performed the service with a smile. It gets one star (aside from being unable to give it 0), because at least one of them came in to answer the phone, and I wasn't sitting there waiting another 30 minutes. read more

The first time I came here, I brought a company car, and was upsold to pretty hard. It was very uncomfortable for me. However, the second and third times were completely different, and for the better! The staff is now extremely easy going, and not pushy at all. The best part is, they're *very* fast at patching, or replacing tires. The management and crew are very good people, and they have won my respect. The experience I had with tropical ties was the worst and still is I got my tire changed I heard a noise as he jacked my car up and I figured okay cool he put the new tire on while later I'm here to knocking noise and the tire shaking so I'm thinking okay l go back up there the next day I said somethings wrong with my tire I say it's making a noise he said well a tire is not supposed to make a noise and again I say it's making a noise and shaking can you come look at it I was ignored I asked you have a mechanic that can look at it he said yeah I said okay so I waited patiently as he finish somebody's car he goes to the other boy that's fixing on somebody else's car leans on the tire has a whole conversation while I'm sitting there I didn't say nothing but after a while while they conversating I said excuse me did you find the number mechanic number he tells me I have to look for it and went back to talking and having a conversation like I didn't just come to you with a problem that occurred when you change my tire and I'm still getting no understanding of communication no nothing in my car feels like the tire is about to fall off so now I got to take somebody back up there with me hopefully he can help me get to understand about my car because I guess because I'm a female he think he could try me and just disrespect me and act like I'm nobody and I just didn't give you my money that I didn't have but I need a new tire because my child's in the car with me I could have just keep the tire that I had on in the first place the car felt more safer than . he changed my tire worst experience ever and I'm still waiting to get to understand about why my tire making a noise and it feel like it's about to fall off since you touched it and changed it and put on a new tire. All I want to know is can you help me figure out what you did to my car but you can't do that you act like you don't have time for that but I spent my money I didn't have but by my child being the car with me I feel as if you are suppose to help a customer figure out what happened to there car as seeing your a tireman who changed my tire. worst experience ever SMH WTH half a star. So I'm back again this morning and as I sit waiting on them to open one guy is doing all the opening while the one who touched my sits in his car listening to music knowing I'm sitting here. Do you think he comes to me and try's to see what's wrong. HELL NO so it's been ten minutes so far and if it gets to 8:30 and I pulled in at 7:53 and he's still has not come to try to help the situations no words I can think of so for now we wait while he just sitting in his car.............. Ok I'm back but it's not the one who touched the car oh he still sitting in the car like he does not have a job to do it's the young man who opened up the store while he still sits so this nice young man is trying to help me when one doesn't but needs to checking my tire noise and answering the phone at the same time he gets out the car when the phone rings but then gets back in it like he don't need to be over there helping me when he was the one who touched my car I swear you can't find good help nowhere when you got good help you wet ass stop that's why the good help always leave I'm just saying that's my opinion and everybody got one in his entitled to it so on top of that I'm going to let this nice young man help me when he shouldn't even have to cuz he wasn't the one who did this everybody have a blessed day. Honest mechanics! Brought my vehicle in to have two used tires installed on my vehicle. My "old" tires were taken off and were being rolled into the back, as the two mechanics were taking the two tires to the back they paused and were saying something to each other. One of the men came back and asked me what was wrong with the tires. I told the man that the local dealership for my car had told me the two tires had excessive wear. To my surprise the man told me there was nothing wrong with the tires. The two individuals proceeded to bring back the two "old" tires, balanced and installed them back onto my vehicle. These two honest mechanics saved me $80 when they could have installed the used tires I was planning on purchasing, only to turn around and sell the "old" tires on my vehicle that were actually still perfectly fine. Honest mechanics seem to be hard to come by and when my car truly does need the tires replaced this place will absolutely be the first place I check with to see if they have my tire size in stock! read more

I'm over 70 and I've NEVER had quicker service in my life for auto repair, or any kind of repair for that matter. I walked in and said I had a slow leak in one tire. TJ jumped right up, went out and jacked up the car, removed the tire, found the leak and patched it up. Once back on, it took maybe 10 minutes total. So, i was there about 15 minutes. Eight bucks!!
