Multiple times, they rescheduled and even unexpectedly cancelled multiples of my appointments and it takes having to call them each time and very firmly telling them to not change my appointments (at least without reaching out to me first) for me to even keep my appointments. Then today, I receive a very aggressive, borderline threatening and unprofessional message from them all because I had to reschedule a couple times due to work and scheduling conflicts. I understand that rescheduling is not ideal for both myself and for the salon, but sending threatening messages is not the way to go about this. If I'm not able to keep my upcoming appointment, I'm changing this rating to a one star and will update my review accordingly.

I decided to get them done for my wedding and was so lucky that Jasmine had an appointment available the day before I left! She was very sweet and nice. She explained to me all the different lash options and when I told her what I wanted my lashes to look like on my wedding she gave me a clear recommendation which was the 2-3x volume lashes. My eyes are pretty big and I have a ton of lashes and the appointment took about 2.5 hours in total. Jasmine never complained or seemed to rush. She painstakingly applied every lash and they came out looking amazing. My lashes looked amazing the day of my wedding. The main reason I wanted to get lash extensions was because I knew I was going to cry like crazy the whole day and didn't want mascara running down my face. These lashes looked better than mascara ever could and I got nothing but compliments from all my friends and family. My lashes actually looked pretty good for the seven weeks after my appointment. I was careful to follow Jasmine's instructions on care and they held up extremely well. I would lose 1 or 2 every day, but because I had so many it never looked too splotchy. I didn't get back in time to do a fill because I was traveling for several months after my wedding and she is really hard to get an appointment with! If you are lucky enough to get in then book your next appointment well in advance. I wish she was in San Francisco because I would get my lashes done by her all the time. She will then dip a string with erasable ink and line your brow area in order to make the tattoo symmetrically even. 4. Proceeds to draw in the style you ask. Adjust to your liking. I personally wanted it thinner and more arched, which she negotiated and fixed for me without hesitation. You know how some artist out there can be and fight to be right. 5. She applies a numbing cream. Sets it in for a bit then starts needling. 6. Finished! She hands you a mirror to see how you like it so far since she genuinely cares if it matches your preferences. 7. Afterwards you get a cute mini hustle butter to apply on your brows. Safe to use and smell so much better than aquaphor. 8. Gives you a run down on after care and lets you know to text her if you got any questions. 2nd session for touch up - Quicker session since it's just to check up if you want it darker or wanna add more detail.
