The best deal is $20 for the foot massage. For the $20 foot massage they soak your feet, give you a nice shiatsu body massage, and a foot massage for one hour. The spa is small, clean, and relaxing. There is a bit of a language barrier because the employees don't know how to speak much English. They are fluent in Mandarin. I come here with my mom who speaks Mandarin so she takes care of all the talking for me. The massage therapists are friendly and hard working. Top Spa is located in a dark little plaza next to 7-Eleven so keep your eyes opened. Feeling hungry after your massage? Go next door to the delicious and cheap shanghai restaurant. Make sure to call ahead to see if they have any availabilities.

It is run by some chinese people and they are very nice. Their english isn't the greatest, but they are understandable. I never really got a professional message before, and after this, I didn't think it was a "OMG" moment. It was enjoyable and a nice relaxation time. It was definitely cheap. It was $20 per hour for a feet/body message. I heard that just a feet message was $17. If you become a member (which pretty much means you buy at least 5 hours in advance and use them whenever) you only pay $17 per hour. It is much cheaper than I expected. Not a bad place to go.

The rooms are equipped with relaxing music, adjustable lighting, and a warm massage table. There are also cubies for you to place your items and hooks for your clothes. There is also a robe in case you need to step out during the massage. Bathroom is very clean and the space was enjoyable. 5/5 Service: I got the 60 min Swedish massage and I should have booked for at least 90 minutes! They have you fill out a form on areas that you would like to work on and she did just that. She was phenomenal at locating the exact problem areas I had circled and this was by far the best massage I have ever had. I felt so amazing that I ended up purchasing a gift-card so I could go for the rest of the year! 5/5 FYI $500+ get 10% off, $300+ get 50% off which is a really good deal! 5.5/5 would recommend!

I called around 1:37 PM on a Friday hoping to book a couples massage for later that day, but they were fully booked. Fortunately, they had two openings available which was 2:15 PM and 6:00 PM. My partner encouraged me to go without him, so I took the 2:15 PM appointment. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist, Josalyn (or Jocelyn... sorry if I misspelled your name!). Very pleasant on the phone and in-person. She had me fill out a form detailing the type of massage I wanted, pressure preference, areas of focus, and any add-ons I was interested in. I chose the 60-minute deep tissue massage with extra attention to my back, neck, and shoulders. My massage therapist, Gib, was absolutely amazing. Bless her hands because she really got to work on all the tension and knots in my upper back that I didn't even realize I had. There were even moments when we both laughed because the relief felt so good I'd let out an involuntary grunt. It was intense in the best possible way. The hour flew by, and I honestly wished I had booked a 90-minute or even 2-hour session. Now I know I'll need to plan ahead next time. Safe to say, I'll definitely be back, and hopefully next time my partner can experience it with me as well.

I received excellent firm pressure from my masseuse as she did a thorough job working on the typical areas (back, shoulders, arms, calves), as well as my hamstrings, head, and a little bit of my feet. The use of her forearms and elbows was effective, and she even found and focused on the knots in my back. Service involved minimal communication, with limited english spoken, both at the front desk and during my treatment. I paid beforehand with a credit card, which included a $2 fee, and tipped in cash afterward. A pretty straightforward process. Parking in the Milpitas Square plaza was a pain. If you have an appointment on a weekend, I recommend coming early and giving yourself enough time to secure a spot.

The therapist was professional enough, the room was clean, and the ambiance was relaxing with decent music and lighting. What brought it down for me was the tipping pressure. She asked for my $20 tip after my session, which felt a bit pushy for the level of service I received. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't memorable either. For the price point, it's an okay option if you're in the area and need something convenient, but I probably won't be rushing back. Solid average experience.

I called about an hour prior to the time I wanted and they gave me a slot. I opted for a 90 minutes Thai massage. It was more like the regular chinese massage but there were some stretching done. They use oil to massage my back and wiped it off with hot towel after. The masseuse had good strength and pressure points which I appreciate. You get slightly lower rates if you pay with cash. Room and restroom were clean and the music was not loud. Overall, I had a good experience getting a massage here.

Before I could even get dressed, I was repeatedly asked how much I was going to tip and was told the tip had to be paid in cash. I had actually planned on leaving a generous tip, but being pressured and demanded to tip immediately changed that. Oh, and let's not forget that they also require you to pay for the massage upfront before the service even begins. When I questioned why I was being pressured over a tip, the employee tried to block the door and insisted that every customer is required to tip. Tipping should be voluntary, and situations like this make the overall experience very uncomfortable. Tipping culture is getting completely out of control, especially at some of these massage parlors.

A few things to note here - 1. You do not tip upfront. Your initial payment is only for the base massage rate. You tip after your massage. They have a sign right next to the front desk which basically encourages you to tip more (1 thumbs up - 20% tip, 2 thumbs up - 25% tip, 3 thumbs up - 30% tip). Don't feel pressured because of that sign. It's better if you carry cash for the tip. They prefer it that way because you give the tip directly to your masseuse. 2. The short form you fill out lets you provide information like pressure level, sore points to focus on during the massage and any injuries that the masseuse needs to be aware of. This is very helpful in case there is a language barrier. The front desk lady was really nice and friendly. And I wasn't pressured into tipping a certain amount which is great. I opted for the Swedish massage with back walking. The rate was very reasonable and the massage was well worth the price. You can find all the rates on their website. My masseuse was quite good. I have had back walking experience in the past but this one was a little different (and more intense). My masseuse used her heels and the toes to dig into my back to loosen it before the oil massage. It was maybe 5 - 10 minutes long but there were times when I definitely struggled to breathe. This part was definitely not relaxing but it's on me. I could have asked them to lower the intensity/pressure more but I thought that they were already doing the lowest pressure because I had mentioned it in the form that I filled out. My masseuse engaged me in a few conversations during the massage. I was okay with it but I can see how that can hinder the overall experience for folks who enjoy their massage in a more quiet and peaceful setting. There wasn't any communication barrier so I was able to ask my masseuse to lower the intensity for the oil massage which was great. Their massage tables are heated but you can ask them to turn it off if it gets too hot. Unlike other massage places, this spa didn't have water or tea after the massage was over (or at least I didn't see/get any) but that's fine. Overall it was a good experience.
