Jose answered and set me up with Rolando. Rolando came on Thursday. He discovered that the Drain Pipe going to the main line was completely clogged. This pipe was underneath the house at the crawlspace. He also discovered that shower was leaking from the top level to the crawlspace. He stated that the grout is cracked causing the water to seep in and out. He quoted me $1700 to fix everything. Meaning changing and replacing the clogged shower drain pipe to the main pipe. Regrouting the shower tiles. I agreed, set up the 2nd schedule for Friday 03.06.2026. Rolando took about 4 to 5 hours to fix everything. He was a young man with experience. Changed drain pipe and regrouted! I dont know much about piping. I am ignorant when it comes to pricing. It just had to get done. I had no time for 2nd quotes. Finger crossed I wasn't overcharged lol. Overall, I would call back for piping service. This is the 2nd time I called this company. First time was my kitchen sink that was clogged. The good thing is I have 90 days of warranty from the time of fix. I really dont know if I still have problems to call back the plumber. The only way to really find out is to crawl underneath the house. Overall, pleased with uncertainty. So far so good.

Miguel recently replaced my gas line and he and his team did an amazing job. He took the time to check all the lines and I feel safe knowing everything is working correctly. The following week Freddy came out to install a new gas furnace. He let me know exactly what would happen at each step of the job. He was very helpful and answered all my questions. Both jobs look great and the area was cleaned up after the work was complete. I feel that each job was priced fairly. Oscar answered all my questions about the issue with the AC unit and what was broken and options for repair. Knowing that the coming week had a heat wave in the forecast I was hopeful that the fix could happen quickly. Not even 3 days later they called to schedule a repair for end of week. They also provided an arrival time and showed up early! Freddy C and Renee came out and worked diligently to install a new AC and went the extra mile to trim some shrubs to make enough space for the outside unit. They were polite and considerate as I was working from home during the install. Later that day after they left I had to call to ask someone to come back because I was experiencing an issue with the auto shut off and Albert (? sorry if I got that wrong) answered and scheduled time for someone to come the next day. Most concerning, after they came for the consultation and took measurements, I emailed them links to the items I planned to purchase to ask if they were okay. They replied, "Everything looks good." so I purchased them. The bathtub did fit and was put in place, but the enclosure panels did not. They then asked for full payment with no intention of installing the enclosure panels, which is why we requested a reduction in price. 2) They left without telling us and left BOTH DOORS of my garage open. We found our cat wandering the streets, thankfully not lost or dead, and no one broke in before we discovered the open doors. I gave them that feedback, and their reply was, "We didn't know you had a cat." I can only conclude based on their response that if you do not have pets, they think it is okay to leave your home open to the public. You get what you pay for. He was very responsive, answering the phone when called and fitting me into the schedule to evaluate the problem, gave me two viable options and clear rationale which was his recommendation. He was very willing to work with the leak detection guy I hired separately. He did the repair efficiently and effectively, starting with a small hole to minimize cutting of the existing driveway while he confirmed the actual location of the leak -- which turned out to be a bit off-center to where the leak detection guy had marked; Armando then made an appropriately sized saw cut, enabling access to make the repair while minimizing disruption to access to our garage during the repair. He did a solid job on the concrete patch when it was all done. He completed it in less than the time he allocated, and was a great communicator throughout the process. Finally and importantly, his estimate was one of the lowest of the 4 estimates I received and he stuck with the estimate.

He said he could and scheduled an appointment for me in the morning. I went and got the faucet and he installed the next day. Come to find out he also fixed my garbage disposal which was not draining correctly and plug the disposal into the appropriate outlet located on the back wall under our sink. My last plumber just left it unplugged and I would have to plug it in and out to use it. This was a very pleasant surprise to me. That outlet is not easy to get to but he did it.
