Our sink was making a nasty smell and a friend of mine scared me into thinking our sewer line was backed up. I called True Plumbing and they sent Sal over. Sal was the most knowledgeable and friendly plumber I have ever met. He explained sinks, sewer lines, etc. with me. What a nice knowledgeable guy. He said he could charge me to clean the sink pipe but all it really needed was some dawn soap which more often than not breaks up the gunk in the sink. He showed me where to put the dawn soap, not directly down the sink. What a great honest guy. I will use True Plumbing ever time for my plumbing needs. Thought we had a leak in the wall..loud dripping noise but no wet drywall...another company came out and wanted to start cutting away with a $450 starting fee.....didn't sound right so I called True Plumbing. I requested a quote by phone and received it quickly, was able to schedule the work easily to fit my schedule. They even called and offered to come out earlier than the scheduled window which I accepted. The technician Ramon called ahead and gave me an ETA, and showed up on time. Prompt response to emails, quick phone-call pick-ups, seamless scheduling, frequent calls for day-of confirmation/updates, arriving when they say they will (if not *EARLY*!), fantastic interactions, no up-sells or pressure sales. I have a unique, German self contained Steam Shower unit most plumbers won't, or don't know how, to repair. I had long time plumber try and couldn't stop the leak. So Tony from True Plumbing literally left my house minutes ago but I was so impressed I had to get on Yelp to review. We had a water issue with a cracked elbow joint that was in a pretty tough spot in the ceiling of our garage leading up to an upstairs sink and vanity. I initially called my home warranty company who sent out a plumber who really had no idea how to get at the problem. He actually suggested that we'd have to remove an entire bathroom vanity. I told him I'd get back to him. He really didn't have the knowledge or desire to do the work. After seeing great reviews of True on my Nextdoor app I made an appt with them. Tony was here right on time and after assessing the situation decided what to do. He left to get some parts he didn't have and with some back and forth up and down the stairs to put it all back together he finished the job. I have done a lot of plumbing repair myself and enjoy the work and don't often hire a plumber, but don't have the right equipment to properly snake my drain and wanted to get a pro to have a look at it. We had a serious hot water leak in the kitchen. The handle on the shutoff valve broke off in an attempt to stop it. The base of the valve was near to the wall so it was hard to do anything (for me since I am usually a DIY person). I first shut off all the water and then only the hot. In shutting off the main house valve (not the one at the street) I discovered a connection was leaking and badly corroded. That needed a serious fix too. I was worried about getting anyone qualified in on a day's notice. I first called a company we had used before, but they wouldn't come for a week! So I checked Yelp, and called True Plumbing. They arrived arrived promptly the next morning and repaired or replaced everything by mid-day. It is now a few days later, because I wanted to be sure everything was good. Tony just left our home after installing a 75 gallon water heater. True Plumbing is a true 5 Star company. I noticed that our water heater was leaking this morning. I called True Plumbing and spoke with a very nice and courteous person on the phone. She thought she could get someone to my house after 2:00 pm. She said she was going to call a few of their plumbers and would call me back in one hour. Thirty minutes later she called and said they could have someone to my house in 35 minutes. True to their word, Tony arrived 30 minutes later. Tony assessed the situation and all we needed was a new water heater. He said we didn't need anything else. He didn't up-sell us anything.
