It had been a while since I treated myself to a nail day, so this was my first time visiting this salon. The nail technicians I had did an amazing job on both my nails and toes. I got the classic pedicure with regular polish, and the 3-minute massage at the end was such a refreshing touch. However, when I got home, I noticed there was still some dry/dead skin on the soles of my feet, which was a bit disappointing. That said, my toes still turned out beautifully. For my hands, I got a basic manicure with gel polish. My cuticles were cleaned up nicely and the glove treatment at the end left my hands feeling super soft. I'm really satisfied with how my nails turned out! They also offer a great variety of nail polish colors -- I absolutely love the shade I picked for both my nails and toes.

This is my favorite nail shop in the area! I've visited them a couple times now, and I knew I could trust them with this style for my birthday. They really took their time to style and shape my nails. Everyone is super friendly 10/10 definitely recommend!

Walked in without an appointment. Got seen right away ( Tuesday afternoon) Friendly service. Lots of options - some colors are unique which I love . Nails came out better than my inspo picture!!! All was also done in less than an hour even though I did not have an appointment. Amy was great very accurate. Amazing work! Also was the first time getting my nails done here, definitely my new spot!

True Touch Nails is my go-to nail salon. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and have always been happy with their services. Martin does my acrylic/gel fills and he's the best. I've changed salons a few times in the past because the nail technicians were not careful and would cut up my cuticles with their drills. I would leave in agony and not happy at all. Martin is very gentle, does not rush and does beautiful work. I would also recommend Ivy for your pedicures. She does beautiful work and is meticulous, thorough and takes her time as well. Thank you, Martin and Ivy! I appreciate your expertise and services very much!

I just want to address some of the comments the manager made to me. Yes I was told I can come back anytime to have it fixed it but because the issue happened a week after I had my nails done I still had to pay basically full price to have it all fixed evenly. Which is crazy cuz not only is it a quality issue but it's a hazard. And then to lecture me about it after I repeatedly told them that how was I supposed to know to get it fixed right away when the nail starting melting a week later. And the comment about my nail shape. It had nothing to do with how I wanted it shaped. I asked for it to be EVEN and instead she kept filing it shorter and shorter AND IT WAS STILL UNEVEN. I had to go to another salon where they fixed it in 2 sec without filing any more. This is just unprofessional

I first had came to this place when it first opened up years ago. I went on Friday since it's two minutes away from my house and I needed a manicure. The last time I had gotten a manicure done was a year ago so my cuticles were dry even after getting acrylics or gel x done (I would go to different at home techs or these services), I was desperate. I was hesitant to try this place after the first time coming, but I love that their prices are reasonable compared to other places. The girl that did my nails, sits at the corner toward where the gel polishes are, her manicure assigned area is not the one close to the wall but she's in between the gel polish and another nail tech; she wears glasses. I scheduled my appointment 10 minutes before my appointment same day on Friday online with Odie I believe, but my nail tech when she rang me up on the receipt said Zoe but I do not know, when I go back to get my manicure done again I will ask for her name. I paid 45 plus tip.

Not the best experience here. I asked for a short full set, I left with my fingers hurting so bad all around from the filing. They were throbbing the next day. I have no apex, my nails are flat and they look like Chiclets.

About two weeks ago I went back because I loved the service I had received and the prices were recent. Well this last time I went I found out they were under new owners. Everything seemed rushed and the place was empty. I noticed I had to get a fill much sooner than expected, well I ended up getting a new set because they broke. Well I went somewhere else to try to get them done and this is what my nails showed. Damaged and with a fungus. Like I mentioned I went somewhere else and this was the reveal after taking the last of my nails that were standing.

Short & natural gel french tip by Kristin - $31 before tip. Love my nails because it's exactly how I described it to Kristin. The short length, subtle clear pink, and tip thickness were spot on - not everyone wants super fancy nails! The place was clean and it wasn't super packed yet (Sat 10am) so they were able to take me right away although I was late for my appointment. Knocked 1 star because I bled a little bit from cuticle cutting - not a huge deal, my hands are super dry anyway not sure it's really her fault? And the UV dryer looked/felt a bit nasty, but I've def seen worse so also not a huge deal. Happy with my experience and will be back for Kristin. read more

Ask for Coco! She did a gel Mani on my mother and did absolutely amazing. She took her time, cleaned up her cuticles very well, and made sure she liked them. If you are big on detail and cleanliness, she is your girl! Plus she even added a hand massage at the end of the service. We will definitely be back! read more

The place is clean. The new owners have been here since August and are extremely friendly. I came in early Saturday and was offered water or mimosa. The one problem is I paid for a deluxe pedicure which includes callus removal and scrub ($28). While callus solution was setting I got about 30 second calf message no foot message. I was disappointed. My gal didn't speak English so she didn't understand. Owner was nice only charged regular pedicure price ($18). read more

I'm honestly tired of having to find nail places. this is my third time, they ripped me off after going through the total and they still don't do good work. I've gone to them a total of 3 times and i was fine with it all till today. A kids ped is 10 they wanted to charge me 28 they ask how old was she umm she is 8 !? Then they add amounts to amount it to 41 for my 8 yo ped I'll post pics guys. And charge for design wait there's no design !!! Lol then mine I went in with a PIC and let me post both and you tell me if that's WHAT I GOT :) if you want work that they want to give you then go. For sure and pay extra for reg work. Owner Rebbeca is my favorite. She makes my experience of going to a nail salon like you would going to a hair salon. She always giving me something fun and colorful for my nails and keeps up with my indecisive changes between length, shape, acrylic, or dip powder. I go in with an idea and walk out with gorgeous nails that I always get compliments on. Great atmosphere, cute salon, free mimosas. Last visit almost 2 weeks ago. I told her I was thinking of something (deep blood like) red, black, & gold for my birthday at an escape room and she gave me exactly what I wanted without me even knowing what I wanted. 2 weeks in and my nails still look great. I called today for a walk in pedicure appointment and they were able to seat me as soon as I walked in. I am usually never happy with my pedicures because I feel like they don't clean the sides of my nails which causes discomfort over time. The women who did my pedicure did a great job I can't remember her name I think it started with an F . I wish I remembered so I can request her again! I was having a stressful day so I decided to treat myself, and oh am i glad to have chose this nail salon. I didn't make an appointment but they were able to help me very fast. The experience was incredibly relaxing. My hands are on the sensitive side so I never really get my nails done but they treated my hands really carefully. They also took good precautions for covid-19. Overall, this was such a relaxing experience, would definitely come back! read more

This is my new favorite nail place! I am so impressed with the nail technicians and the quality of services. They do not cut corners here with nail care. Every time I've came they do the soak off method to remove nails and although it could be time consuming my nails are thanking me for it. Each gel pedicure or manicure/acrylics I've had will last me at least 4 weeks. Everyone is nice and I never leave disappointed. read more

I gotta say this place is great. The atmosphere is awesome, they are all friendly and they do an awesome job. Hands down one of the best places I've visited. I came here for the first time back in May and been coming ever since. You can book your appointment online and pick the nail technician you want as well. Have been coming here for several months now and was generally happy with the service. I have had the pleasure of being helped by Freya and Gina in the past and have great experiences. I went in over the weekend and was assisted by Rose for a gel x removal and new full set. From the getgo she said a fill was all I needed despite be requesting a full set. She finally agreed and removed the previous set, she dipped my hands in extremely hot polish remover. I then requested almond shape twice and showed her a picture for reference of what I wanted. I was ok until half way through she started working extremely fast and rough. I asked for an ombré set with hearts which she had said she could do. When she finally finished I noticed the shape was the first thing that was not what I requested. As I left I noticed that the ombré looked like a dipped my fingers in pepto bismol. Then as I inspected some more I noticed there was bumps on some of the nails and my nails where very uneven and lumpy. I beg and to cry in my car as I couldn't believe how ugly they were. Fast forward to today one day after I got them done. I noticed the inner area of two of my nails had bubbles and fog on the side, which turned out to be moisture because they didn't set the gel x adhesive correctly and two sides were not stuck on correctly. There could be no way at this point I could keep them on without running the risk of developing fungi on two of my nails. Nevertheless I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of my recent nail experience. read more

Worse place I have even been to... I just wanted a manicure and all that comes with it and instead I got sat down ... My nails cut, the bare minimum of lotion put on my hands and then she said she was done... Literally about 6 min or less for services and charged $20... I seriously felt like I was not only discriminated against because I'm a male but I feel ripped off!!! NEVER AGAIN!!! Sad part about it is I'm a big tipper.. but I guess they will never know ‍ read more

Hands down one of the worst nail salons I've ever been to for so many reasons. Nail tech cut my toe nail crooked on one side and it looks horrible, will probably also grow back horribly. Massage chairs are made for Amazonian giants and barely even work. They only partially "remove callus". Zero effort or strength put into massage. Never coming back here. read more

I drove 28 minutes to get to this place and see Rebecca. She use to do my nails over a year ago before she moved to Chino Hills. After that I was going to different nail salons to find someone that did decent job....but after having my nails done it other places I always thought of Rebecca and how good of a job she use to do. Then, I decided is time to get driving and go see her! I probably passed over 100 nails salons to come see her, but it was well worth it! NOBODY does my nails like she does! She is the acrylic queen!!! I am very picky when it comes to my nails, and you ladies that likes acrylics know how hard is to find someone that does it perfect! This nail salon has always been by appointment only since I've been a client here. 2 weeks ago it changed under new management. Today, 7/2/26, is my first visit since the new management took over. They've updated and cleaned up the salon, and are now taking walk-ins. They're currently running a 10% off promotion. I don't recommend this place to anyone, the owner has the worse working ethics and they definitely don't appreciate their customers. I had an appoinment set up a few days previously, and when I came in that morning the manicurist was busy doing two walk ins and taking time intervals between them. The owner approached me and said he had tried to call me. I had my phone with me that morning and I had not one missing call from this place, so that was a lie.....Then he proceded to ask what did I needed done? I said that I was there to get fills for my GEL X set, that they had done in the past.... He then said that they could only do "ONE FILL" and I that had already done it 3 weeks ago when I first got the set, ( a set which cost me $60 dollars plus tip by the way).....They were the ones that told me that GEL X were more natural looking and that the fills would be $38 ( same as acryics nails) BUT NOW he was saying that I could not get more fills because I already had one done......That was the most crazy excuse he could come out with, my friends get those done and they go for fills every 2 to 3 weeks, so what he said was another lie...... Besides they were the ones (manicurist and owner) that convinced me to go for the GEL X instead of the regular acrylics......It would have been more honest and he would have excused himself for accepting 2 customers and assigning them to the manicurist that was supposed to do my nails, and say: Can you come back later? than telling me that they could only do one GEL X fill...... I will definitely never come back to this place again, where they don't respect their customers!!!! By the way that same day I found another salon that did my fiils with the GEL X and they laughed at the poor excuse the owner of True touch Nail gave me that day!!!! read more

This is a 4th week difference. I really liked how my nails came out with Kathy she did an amazing job. She was very precise and patient. I only experienced some lifting on one finger but until my 4th week. It was so easy making an appointment online and when I went in, I was directed to Kathy right away. Honestly, the only thing that turned me off was that when accidentally put in the wrong tip amount, the next day I found a message from the owner requesting for me to send the amount I originally wanted to give. I absolutely had no problem doing that, BUT I do think that it was a pretty big boundary to cross. read more

I've been going to this nail spa for over 3 years now and they never disappoint! They are very direct with prices, every time I get a pedicure they immediately hand me a price sheet with all the different types of pedicures and the cost for each so there is no confusion. All the employees are great so I'm never limited to waiting on one person to do my nails. They take their time giving massages and never rush their work. They always have soothing music playing and make the experience very relaxing! I definitely recommend this place! read more

I've been coming to this salon for years, and they never disappoint! The staff is always kind, professional, and does a wonderful job. Today was extra special because I brought my daughter for her very first visit to celebrate her 4th birthday. They treated her so sweetly and made the experience so fun and memorable for her. Gina did an amazing job on my nails. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and she replicated it almost perfectly. Loved the end result. I also got the royal pedicure ($50) and the hot stone massage was amazinnnngggg. Pricing is pretty comparable to all nail salons nowadays. The $25 full set is no longer a thing. My total for a French tip royal pedicure and the nails pictured was around $150. read more

I happened to find this place when I went to waba grill. Got myself a pedicure and it was good. Very detail and they do not rush.
