I have been buying screen doors at the big box stores and installing them myself for years. They don't seem to last long. This time I decided to have them installed for me so I started to look for a company to do them for me. ( Needed 2 ). Looked at reviews etc and decided to call True View. Nikki answered the phone and was very knowledgeable and courteous. She gave me an estimate over the phone for the screen doors and fixing the actual patio doors which were sticking badly and had been getting worse for years. We set an appointment for a tech to come out to confirm measurements and all requirements so that an accurate quote could be given. He arrived on time after calling to confirm he was on the way, gathered details and left. Very quickly after that Nikki was back in touch with a detailed quote. The pricing was better than I expected so I said yes. They ordered all the parts and earlier this week scheduling called to confirm that yesterday between 11am and 4pm would be OK with me. I would be at work so my wife was handling things at home and the time was perfect for us. The tech called to say he was on the way, about 20 mins out, around 11:15 or so. Right on time. He arrived and started work. We have lived in our home for many years ( over 20 ). Our 2 patio doors have NEVER opened so smoothly as they do now after he fixed the sticking problems. My grandchildren can now open the doors easily and my granddaughter asked if we had bought new doors while she was at school. The screen doors are good quality and also open and close very smoothly. My wife was very impressed with the quality of the installers work and dedication to a job done well and right the first time. I am impressed by the quality of service and work provided as well as the actual screens and fixed doors. Every employee I spoke to at True View was polite, knowledgeable and professional at their job. More importantly, they gave me accurate information and never "over promised or under delivered ". Another wonderful service experience with True View Windows & Glass. The lock on our sliding glass door to our patio quit working and Adam came out to assess the problem. He quickly knew what we needed, and at the same time recommended new rollers for the door. (We thought it was just dirty!) In a relatively short time Adam was back to make the necessary repairs and did a great job. He showed us the old rollers and they indeed were really bad. His advice was greatly appreciated and he's a great guy: professional, personable and knowledgeable. Excellent! We have used True View several times in the past both for new windows and repairs to windows installed by others. We have always found the company to be responsive and helpful, from the folks in the office to the employees who come to the house. Phone calls are returned, communication is great, and they do what they say they will -- including the call 30 minutes before they arrive which I really appreciate. I am so happy that we selected True View for our glass/mirror needs. Our main point of contact is Nicole (although they are all very helpful in the office) She schedules the estimate time, takes the 1/2 down payment and then schedules the install. We have used them on 3 projects.They always show up when they say they will and True View offers a competitive price (on an entire house project we did -shower doors, mirrors etc., they were the second least expensive). There have been 2 hiccups in the product when it was shipped to them, but they let me know right away and they also worked with me when I had to cancel on them same day because of other trades messing up the schedule. I have an old patio glass door that needed some new rollers and and maybe a bad track. I had first called around to get pricing and it was all over the place. I got a hold of True View and was told by a very nice customer service rep that it would be $255.00 rollers and $65.00 track to do the job and that it required 2 people. This estimate was $150- $100 less than that of 3 other competitors. On the day of the install I was given 11 am- 4 pm window. I received another call letting me know that they were on there way. About 15 min later and at 12:30 pm I met the two guy's. Zach and his partner were very professional and explained everything and that it would be about an hour. I was impressed by these guys they did a good job and then some! I appreciated the job True View had done and it saved me from having to replace the whole door. read more

The install happened over the past two days and I could not be happier! I contacted Chad for a quote on replacing all our home's original single-pane windows and glass slider. Chad was very quick to respond and scheduled an onsite visit for measurements. He provided us quote with a few different options of brands & styles and answered all our questions around their differences. The office team was also very nice and scheduled us with Mario for installation. Mario was great and worked meticulously to ensure everything was installed properly. Without the proper installation of the window/slider, you will not reap the benefits of their energy savings. The windows and slider look amazing and I would recommend them to anyone. I have a 130 year old home with original window frames and Lou was diligent in maintaining the integrity of the original window frame AND ... he took some time to teach me about the intricacies of my window frame. Equally important was the fact that he didn't flinch when my 180 lb. great dane barked and barked and barked at him. Lou took the time to let my big boy get to know him and by the second time Lou walked in my front door, my dog was done barking at him ... I wanted to upgrade all the windows in my house and got 5 bids, but didn't feel confident in any of them. My son used Tru View and recommended them. It was one of the best recommendations I've had on a contractor. For detailed reasons, reasons relating to older construction, the replacements presented challenges. Tru View was among the lowest bidders, but most importantly they were the only contractor who knew immediately how to solve the problem. Their experience allowed them to overcome the obstacles with simple solutions. They showed up at the arranged time and the job was done in a half day. I will use no one else for windows. read more

I am very happy eith my new patio door and living room window. Chad Carlson worked with me to understand the process from start to finish, was very heloful with my million plus questions, even came by to make sure everything was ok eith the window. The installers Jason and Ryan were great, the explained everything to me laid tarps down so there wouldn't be any mess when they were finished. I have experienced two distinct encounters with True View, and unfortunately, both were quite disappointing. The demeanor of their staff comes across as arrogant, as they seem to believe they are entitled and expect customers to accept their behavior. The self-centered attitude exhibited by True View employees is challenging to manage, so I would advise against engaging with them. There are numerous other companies that are more approachable and eager to earn your business. Contrary to what True View may communicate to their team, they are not superior to you or me. Professional outfit that knows its business. Wesley was very efficient and determined to get the measure correct, to include measuring angles on a not so plumb wall. From measure to install was less that two weeks and the end product (shower enclosure 109" long) was beautiful. Saul and his helper installed the glass and took their time and the wait was worth it. Price was so much less than what we were quoted by other "contractors" and Corena, the inside sales queen, was a hoot to work with. I called True View to get a quote on replacement windows for my house. Chad came out and gave ne a very good quote . I submitted the quote to my HOA and it was rejected. The HOA would only accept replacing the windows with a stucco cut. It took 4 months of back and forth with the HOA to get an approval. Chad was extremely helpful the whole time and supplied brochures and quotes until we finally settled on the stucco cut replacement windows. True View did an amazing job of keeping the dust out of the house and their stucco guy matched the stucco perfectly. couldn't be happier! read more

On Monday, I had 4 men (Robert, Roy, Christian and Rolland) come to my home to replace wheels on my window. Being custom, I had to have my shutters removed and Roy, Christian were meticulous in removing the shutters and reinstalling them including doing a beautiful job calking them. Robert and Rolland removed, expertly installed new wheels and reinstalled the window. The team were in and out in record time and exceeded my expectations. We were very impressed with the great job that Dwayne Bridges did yesterday in replacing the glass in one of our dining room windows that had started to fog (due to failed seal).
