There is a bright red sign that is hard to miss while driving on Young Street. When you enter the parking garage, the first 6 stalls are reserved but the last 3 stalls are for State Farm customers. There are State Farm signs along the wall to make it easier to recognize their stalls. After you park, you use the intercom to check in. Someone answers and comes downstairs with their camera and paperwork. When I went with my dad, we had Mike help us. He was friendly and efficient. It didn't take too long for him to get us an estimate. This location is by appointment only as a heads up. There is no direct line to this office. Just make sure to bring your ID and claim number.
