Came in to get a new AZ drivers licenses since we needed new pictures. We got there right when it opened. The service was only shy of about 5 minutes better than going to the DMV, it was so bad. The young lady who did that kind of license, didn't come in for another 45 minutes and she worked at glacial pace! Certainly not worth the extra money and I would have left if we hadn't invested that kind of time already. It seems that even though there were tons of people already there all waiting and these folks being understaffed, having one person go out for Starbucks appeared to be far more important than being attentive to their customers. This place was amazing. You do pay a small convenience fee but I got a title transferred and a year registration for $70. I was in and out in 10 minutes and the people here were the friendliest people I've seen at any business in a long time! I searched online for a 3rd party drivers license service. I was excited when I found this one. I double checked their hours before heading over. When I get there, they have a sign posted stating they weren't available for this service today. Why did my they post this on their website so people wouldn't have to waste their time driving over there?? Never trying them again. read more

Purchased a replacement drivers license through these guys that never came in the mail. I called to see what could be done about it and was told that I'd have to schedule an appointment a week from now. The lady I spoke with on the phone then hung up on me mid sentence. No more DMV for me!!! Conveniently located next to Fry's on Alma School and Germann, it was a nice little office. The ratio of workers to customers was 4 to 2, so I walked in and right up to counter and the "nice young man" (God that makes me sound old!) got started on my title transfer right away. We had 2 less than great customer service experiences with this place in the last week. First with my son getting his permit, and then with transferring a title. The fact that you have to get there by 4:30 to get a permit is ridiculous when it closes at 6pm and there isn't a single person waiting in line. The gentleman wasn't even polite in turning us away and had an attitude. We unfortunately had to return to transfer a title later in the week and the same guy wouldn't accept the signature, even though it was notarized! He said it looked tampered with. I guess this place isn't aiming for high customer service but any level courtesy and friendliness in a business where customers come in and pay you for a service is at least warranted. That aside, for getting what you need, it is much easier than going to the MVD but don't get confused. There was still a line, a wait, cranky bureaucrat style employees who shout your personal information across a small retail pad shop lobby in front of everyone else there instead of taking the time to privately consult with each customer. I had to get duplicate tags for my registration which was $12.00. At the MVD it is $5.00. So I guess in a way you are paying for the convenience. Just don't expect anything special or to be in and out quickly! read more

Just visited this authorized third party provider for ADOT/MVD and we can't say enough on how helpful Lynn and Fernando were. Came in to beat the rush on getting our "Starred version travel ID licenses" before they are required by law. These two were extremely professional and showed great patience with two older seniors. They made the process easy and we would highly encourage others to visit this establishment. It may cost a bit more but it was the easiest time we have ever had dealing with the Motor Vehicle Division in any state we have lived in. 5 Stars to Lynn and Fernando! read more

These guys are always honest, professional, and friendly. I have used them for several vehicles I have purchased and sold and they are always prompt. The only reason this review is getting a 2 star instead of a 1 star rating is because there was a very limited waiting time. However, no one there advised that the new license which I was going to receive would not be Federal compliant. I had all of the necessary identification; since I printed the renewal requirements off the DMV web site. However TSI simply told me that I only needed my old license. After receiving my new license, I called to find out why and was advised that the license could be changed by presenting the necessary identification and an additional $50. Apparently I did not ask the right questions when I was at their office, and/or I did not specify that I wanted a compliant license in the first place. Additionally, the large information board on the wall mentioned nothing about a federally compliant driver's license. You would think that in a time when customer service ("your business is important to us") has become so important, a simple 3 minute explanation of compliant vs. noncompliant would be helpful!!!!!!!!!!! read more

You're paying for convenience, I guess. Don't be fooled , though, convenience is kind of pricey especially when it comes with poor customer service. About 6 weeks after I was here I received a certified letter stating that they didn't scan my paperwork. Having to return and then sit in the waiting area for 45 min while they tried to find my paperwork - not convenient. Also there's no privacy at the front desk and they yell at you from across the room and shout out how much you owe. Definitely no professionalism. Perhaps if they were friendly, the extra fee would be worth it. I received the same level of service that I normally get at the regular DMV. Honestly, I'm not sure the "convenience" is worth it. read more

Absolutely the worst 3rd party service that I have ever been to. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! I ordered an ID and they charged me $30 which I was OKAY with however, THEY NEVER SENT IT TO ME! I called them a month and a half later and I let them know I didn't receive it. They had me verify my address and all other sensitive information. After I had done that they told me that if I did not receive it then tit should have gotten sent back to them. The lady I spoke with went to look for it and proceeded to tell me that it was not sent back to them. I asked them where my PERSONAL IDENTIFICATION was and they told me they didn't know. I asked for any tracking information so I could find out who actually has my INFORMATION, but they said they didn't have it. Then they told me I could come in, pay ANOTHER $30, and they would send me my ID again. I told them, "what guarantees me that it's going to get to me this time?" They said and I quote,"I can't tell you that you are going to receive your ID, just that if you spend another $30, we could send it out again." The audacity of the employee to suggest I spend money AGAIN for services that might not be rendered AGAIN. Who's to say they even sent it out in the first place? They don't have any tracking info. Did they steal $30 from me? And if so do they to this to other people? Not knowing where your sensitive information is being sent is scary and not wanted by anyone. Some random person now has a copy of my ID. I advise anyone to never go here!! Go to any other 3rd party, or the actual MVD! read more

We walked in 15 minutes after the place opened. We walked out 15 minutes later with a duplicate title updated with my married name (car purchased with maiden name) and a copy of the car's registration. Total cost was $22, which is probably over double what we'd pay at the DMV. But for $22 we were in and out in minutes with absolutely no hassle - I'd say it was a bargain! read more

Great does not come close to describing this place. I recently bought a used car and paid cash. I needed to transfer the title into my name and get a new title. I also needed to put the registration in my name. I also needed to turn in the license plate from my old vehicle and transfer it to the new vehicle. I walked in the door and fortunately I was the only Customer in the place. I explained my needs to the attendant and he immediately started processing my request. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you 10 minutes later he had completed all my tasks charged my credit card and I was out the door with a new title a new registration and sticker for my license plate. All this for a handling fee of only $25. It's not worth standing in line and waiting for your number to be called at the Beck Street office of the MVD. Go to this place do your business and you're out in no time. Kudos to people who finally know how to really do a great job. read more
