I found this nail place, saw all the positive reviews and was super excited to try it. It's close to home and it would be super convenient. I went in Thursday there was one person there the staff was super nice, I got a pedicure, the pedicure tech was great. She did a really nice job. Then I wanted to do a dip to get some length on my nails ( for my bday weekend ) being a mom of two littles I keep them short they had endless amounts of dip colors which was amazing. The nail tech for my hands was pretty sub par, several cuts on my hands from the dremel, nails that look crooked because she glued them on not so straight, not all nails are the same length, I asked for squared I got 50% of them squared. Some how dip got missed on a nail so there is a big white spot on two nails with a dark color otherwise. I asked her to fix and she looked shocked. Basically asked if I could stay another hour so she could redo the nails... I am happy I got an hour to myself with two kids to begin with. I didn't have an extra hour to hang out. After I kindly declined because I didn't have the time she attempted to file them down. ‍ idk off day or what but I personally will not return for the dip services. read more

They had a very good selection of colors. They have the pedicure and manicure chair numbers and it looked like they had 20 of each. They also have a private area for groups. My services went well and I felt technician was friendly. I also noticed how happy all of the staff appeared. My former salon, staff appeared sad or frustrated. Staff were also observed cleaning work stationed. No chip mani + pedicure was $80 plus tip. I will definitely be returning.

They kept trying to get me to get additional add on as well. They had one tech do my feet and at the same time another did my hands. I will say that was convenient, but felt a little cramped. No chip lasted about a week before first chip and then a few days longer for the rest. They have plenty of signs stating they accept credit cards and list Amex, discover, visa, and Mastercard. However, when I went to pay with Amex I was told they do not accept. I did have a visa on me so was able to pay with that. They do charge a 3% service charge for cards and prefer tips in cash. I did have cash for tip. On my second visit, I just had a no chip manicure. Service was friendly. They do have books with organized colors, but other guests had them so I just looked at the bottle colors themselves. I did bring cash to save the surcharge. They have plenty of color choices for regular, no chip, and dip colors.
