A BIG "thank you" to Tu Pizza for helping me out of a tight spot and delivering a large order on short notice! I needed to get food for 30 people for a last-minute work session at a convention I was attending. Getting catering from the resort we were staying in was out of the question because of the outrageous price I was quoted. I went on Yelp and found Tu Pizza - it had many great reviews so I gave them a call. After a couple of back and forth calls, I placed an order for several pizzas, lasagnas, rigatoni, salads, paper plates, napkins, etc. I need the food to be delivered at my resort at 4 PM, and if I remember correctly, I placed the order around 1 PM! I had just flown into town and didn't have much time to get it all together, and I was stressed out because of the size of the order and how little time there was. It turns out I didn't need to worry because Tu Pizza pulled through for me: ordering was very easy and they told me that the food would be there at 4. Sure enough, they delivered everything on time and with a smile! The pizzas were really good - I liked the Venezia and Vegetariana the best! And they did not skimp on the toppings. The overall favorite was probably the lasagna - I only wished I had ordered more of it because it went fast! Great food and great service... I couldn't ask for a better experience. Ordered delivery from here twice, while visiting from NYC.. We had chicken wings, traditional pizza, margherita pizza, stromboli, chicken parm pasta and meatball pasta.. Everything was delicious! Delicious thin crust pizza, interesting topping combinations, authentic pasta dishes, and awesome desserts! Everything is fresh and tastes homemade. The prices are good for what you get. I order this pizza on Saturday, and it was a great surprise. Growing up on NYC make its easy to find quality pizza everywhere. However, this is not the case here in south Fl. Tu pizza, has a perfect combination and the price is right, the delivery does takes about 45 minutes so you need to take that into consideration or pick it up if your very hungry. I found this fast-food restaurant and decided to give it a try. I took my wife out to eat here because I found out that they offered some vegetarian options. I was fascinated from the moment I walked inside until the moment I left the place. We ordered the Eggplant Parmesan, the Vegetarian Pizza, and the Go Green Pizza. I was amazed by how delicious each dish tasted!!! The service was excellent and the place has two huge screen TV's on both sides of the restaurant. absolutely horrible! i am pissed that i paid $25 for dinner and ended up eating a totinos frozen pizza! which in fact was so much better than what they called "good, homemade" food! lasagna had barely anything but sauce and pasta. oh, one thing it did have, was absolutely too much salt. it was like they were trying to hide something! so pasta, salt, sauce, salt, and more salt. chicken parm, no good.
