This was very helpful to us, however, we wanted to talk to someone in person to better understand what we did and did not need. When we were ready we went to the Concord location and met Quentin Burt who listened to our needs and advised on what we should consider and what was unnecessary. Since we were still deciding between two sizes he built out two quotes for us. Once we decided it went very smoothly from there forward. The installation crew was courteous and efficient and we are VERY satisfied with the quality of the workmanship and materials. We had one issue with a window that was delayed, however, that was sorted immediately. I add that only to emphasize that often the measure of a company is how they handle things that go awry. I worked with Quentin at the Concord Tuff Shed location to design and build a studio shed for my backyard, and the whole process was fairly seamless start-to-finish.
