The service was helpful if not a bit overly helpful, however the few classic-feeling teak pieces they had needed to be sealed before use and that was a deal breaker for me. Not only did I not want to deal with the smell or the chemicals myself, but I also did not want to deal with discoloration on a $700+ item after I chose not to seal it. If it had been $200, I probably would have just taken the risk, but not at that price tag. Due to my environmental allergies and after discovering Greenguard Gold furniture I just haven't been willing to take a gamble on plastic or difficult to rinse off cords and weaving and unfortunately that was mainly what they had in the showroom. So all that being said, tldr Terra Outdoor Living has a very specific vision most of their items fall into and I'm sadly just not the target customer for it.
