So I'd like to start this review that I normally don't go and give restaurants a bad review unless it's a combination of a couple of things. I found this restaurant on yelp, saw the reviews and decided I was going to check it out based off of the reviews. As I walk into the restaurant, I tell the host that there is two people in my party and the server goes and attends his other tables and as I'm waiting for 10 minutes I noticed I got forgotten about so I remind the host hey I have a party of two peopleand at that point I was seated. As my other party is arriving I went ahead and ordered some spring rolls with a peanut sauce which were actually delicious. When my other party gets there, we decided to move tables because the one table that we sat at was really small. As me and my other guest begin to order a food, my friend orders a curry coconut chicken, which turned out to be not an actual curry. It was more of a liquid consistency base soup so my friend decided she didn't like it after taking one bite and asked the server to take it away while the server responds with well we're going to have to charge you anyway. To me, I was a little surprised that she quickly responded with this instead of taking care of the guest. I think customer service and good food really make reviews give a restaurant a 5+ but if the customer service isn't there, it makes me not want to go back to a restaurant, regardless of how delicious the food is. I was really shocked that the server was really quick to respond that they will be charging my friend the full charge of her plate after taking one small bite and so my response to her was well I think that that's kind of unacceptable she only took one bite. How are you going to charge her for the entire meal? We don't like the dish and her response was. This is a small business. This is how we function And so to me it just felt like there was a huge confidence and ego coming from her perspective because she was quick to respond instead of listening and approaching our concern about how we didn't like the dish so then the manager comes over and tells us the same thing. Let us know. We can make a bad review if we want, but he will still be charging us the full meal for a plate that she took one bite from at this point I tried to talk to the restaurant owner and told him I think that is bad service and I also own a small business and if a client is ever unhappy, I'm not going to charge them so I am leaving a one star for this restaurant, I felt the approach and the ethic standards that they have based off of what a consumers experience should be was mitigated because there are small business. I think they should definitely re-style that and based off of that, I'm giving a one star review and I will never be coming back to this restaurant ever again. read more

Good Thai food, nice vibe for dine in, and servers are helpful. We've done takeout and dined in and the food is awesome. They take their spice level serious, so be prepared of you go with the higher end of their spectrum. read more

If you have any food allergies I wouldn't recommend eating here. I called ahead of time as I have Celiac Disease and love Thai curry (as it's usually naturally gluten free) and their food looked amazing. I was met with a disgruntled employee on the other line who was really bothered by my questions and most of the time answered "I don't know". It doesn't sound like there's a lot of knowledge about what contains gluten and what doesn't, didn't even try asking about cross contamination as I'd assume she didn't know about that either. Will be eating elsewhere tonight. Just tried to get some basic information so I could avoid getting sick and wanted to try their food. read more

Having lunch with my friend here today 1st time after reading all the reviews. We ordered lvl 1 pad Thai with chicken for my friend and lvl 4 red curry with tofu for me. I'm a Thai spicy girl so I asked the server if that's Thai spicy before I ordered my curry. He said it's Thai spicy. Big mistake. That lvl 4 spicy is not nearly close to lvl 2 of any Thai restaurant locally. I even asked for extra chili flicks but it's not the same. I would have to say every flavor is right but they are alllllllll overly sweet. Everything is way too sweet. I would have to say, this is not for people looking for really good authentic Thai food. We wanted to try something new, so we ordered pick up at this spot - recommended by my foodie brother. We are Thai, and finding really delicious, authentic Thai food can be tricky! The staff is friendly and our food was ready EXACTLY when they said it would be - to the minute! The restaurant itself is small and simple, and they were full on a Thursday night, which I believe is a testament to how terrific their food is. It seems like a great place to eat in, and wasn't too noisy despite being packed. Everything we tried was phenomenal. The Nam Khao with Sour Pork was to die for. Perfectly crispy rice, nice spice, and packed full of flavor. Sour pork is one of my favorite Thai/Lao dishes, and this did not miss. This isn't something that I would typically order at a Thai restaurant, but the wings sounded amazing and they didn't disappoint! Crispy, salty, and juicy with a really great sweet chili sauce! We also tried the yellow curry and Tom Ka, both really, really tasty! Highly recommend, and we will be back soon! read more

Great Thai food. I've been trying to find a Thai place that is a 5 star and found it tonight. I had the pumpkin curry and it was amazing. The portions are large as well- I couldn't finish it. Absolutely delicious. We used to drive all the way to the West Valley location from Sandy but now Tuk Tuk's is just a few minutes away from us. The food is amazing. We love the lao style papaya salad, the nam ka, and the chicken wings are the best in town. I will say it's also authentically hot so if you're spice adverse, def. do not bump up the spice level. read more

Tuk Tuk's is super delicious Thai food. It's fresh and has generous portions. Tastes great the next day for lunch! I had fried rice with chicken and Darren had the Pad Thai. Wowza! So happy that this yummy Thai restaurant has opened in Draper. The food was incredibly delicious with fresh vegetables and vibrant seasonings. The green curry had the perfect level of heat at zero. Pad Thai was the best I've ever had in Utah. Pad see saw was loaded with flavor and cooked perfectly. The chicken wing appetizer is a must have! Very little veggies. The masaman curry was very watery. Only carrots and potatoes. Hardly any peanuts. The drinking water was very chemical tasting. Maybe soap. We ordered takeout and the order was perfect and ready when specified. I ordered the drunken noodles with beef, which was very good, but had more of a licorice flavor than I was used to... My wife had the Pad Thai with tofu which was excellent! We also split an order of spring rolls, which were fresh with a great peanut sauce to dip. I ordered my food level 2 which is more of a level three at most locations so be advised! My wife was gonna order level two and I talked her down to level one which was perfect for her. We were craving Thai food, so we decided to try this place out. Ordered the seasonal beef jerky. So good!! It was a little bit dry but the perfect crunch. I tried my dad's red curry and he got a spice level 1 and it was still so spicy! Service was pretty good, the food came out pretty fast and the server was polite. The mood was very calm and there was no music playing loudly. Highly recommended!!! Just don't go too far on the spice level, or you will regret it later. read more

Not the best Thai food I've had. The waterfall salad was actually the worst I've ever eaten. Didn't even resemble a waterfall. Way too much fish sauce. The ingredients were cut so small in julienne strips including lettuce it was more like a slaw. Not refreshing like the traditional waterfall salad. Two bites. My daughter and I are regulars. She loves the chicken wings and sticky rice. Services was on point they always made sure the food was to my liking and my water was always filled which is a huge thing for me. I would recommend tuk tuk to anyone that likes Thai food. read more
