I've been shopping at Turbo Tub for the last 16 yrs. i have owned a jacuzzi in Illinois for over 23 yrs. My 1st spa lasted 7 yrs. I did a lot of research before I bought my 2nd Spa and found the One Dimension Spa had the top rated performance and there was a local store, Turbo Tubs in Naperville, that sold them. That's how I first met Jay the owner 16 yrs. ago. I have had my spa serviced by them and I've purchased my supply from them ever since. I recently had a severe leak in my spa and Jay had his technicians come pickup the spa to try to find and repair the leak. Shortly into it he informed me that there were several major leaks and that it would be very expensive to try to continue removing insulation to find and repair the leak. The average life span for this spa was 10 to 12 years and I got 16 yrs. from it. They had the same D1 Captain model in there floor display that allowed me to pick the shell and cabinet siding design without having to use the website to view. Jay was able to order my new spa with all the custom features I had on my other spa and with their new upgraded after 16 yrs. I was able to get the spa delivered and setup ahead of the committed schedule. Jay and his team from Turbo Tubs are as professional and as friendly can be. I bought my first tub from them in 1993 and they delivered/installed it as promised. When the pump failed (about 3 years later), it was replaced free of charge that same week (and with a much better pump to boot!). Because of their great service I bought a second tub from them in 2007 when that first one failed beyond repair (and after 3 years of no tub). Again, stellar service and a couple freebies thrown in as a returning customer; a great tub as well. As everyone (should) understand, no manufacturing is ever perfect and the second tub sprung an un-fixable leak and destroyed the circuit board (Chicago weather can do that I guess - after only 8 years of mostly perfect operation). Just bought my third tub from Jay. This time over the phone! My trust in his judgement of the beauty of the product and in his team was not broken... the guys did a great job of installing the tub, were exactly on time (when promised) and were friendly and funny as well. I would like to thank Nick & Jay at Turbo Tubs for what I consider life saving work. I have to use my hot tub every day for therapy and can no longer drive so went my Jacuzzi went down I was in big trouble because the hot tub allows me to be able to walk more during the day then normal. I new from the first phone call that these guys new what they were talking about. They came out the same day replaced my motor and had my tub up and running like new in 1 1/2 hours, they were very professional and friendly from the moment they got to my house to the time they left.....These guys know there stuff, I have tried other companies and no one I mean no one is as knowledgeable and professional as Jay and Nick. The owner is very very problematic to deal with. I talked to others around town and they advised me not to go to this place. He is very rude and does not do business well at all. I would STRONGLY recommend not to buy from this place or even call this man. It will leave you in a bad place. Jay should not be allowed to work with people he has no customer service skills and is very very very discourteous. I have been in customer service roles. I have owned businesses this man should not be allowed to represent the companies that he markets for. He gives them a bad name. Run from this place there are other places in town to go to. I never write reviews but I am also calling the local Chamber of Commerce and the BBB this guy should not be in business in the beautiful Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. read more

I have been a customer of Turbo Tubs for 10 years and my wife was a customer before that. Working with Jay has been a great experience. I have moved from Naperville to Ohio and he is still my go to guy. Most recently, I had a pump start failing in freezing weather. Jay ordered me a pump, (which arrived before the old one completely failed). The cold weather stayed bad and the old pump died. Jay set me up with an aquarium heater to bridge the gap and save the tub from freezing. I have it all fixed now, but there were several calls to Jay in the process. Finally, a company that knows how to properly diagnose and repair problems with our hot tub. We have had a hot tub for over 8 years. We had a lot of problems getting it to properly heat and circulate the water. Every year, we had a local repair company come out once or twice a year because the hot tub quit working or failed to heat the water. They even sold us a new circuit board, saying ours was not working properly. It didn't solve the problems. Three years ago we called Turbo Tubs. They knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right away. If you have problems with your hot tub, you might want to try Turbo Tubs. I will never go to anyone else for our hot tub. read more

I had an issue with my hot tub heating properly and contacted Turbo Tubs this January, 2024. They were extremely helpful and sent out a team to check my hot tub out the next day due to the extreme cold our area was scheduled to receive this week. Nick and Kiara, the techs, came out to my home and were able to check out the hot tub and get the heating unit working properly. I would add they did this with minimal expense!
