    Over a thirty year period, we have bought 3 hot tubs from Turbo Tubs. Not only do they provide an outstanding selection and a fair price, but their service is EXCELLENT! The problem with buying online or from a place like Costco is the service issue, and with a hot tub that is exposed to Chicago winters, you are going to need service! Turbo is there when you need them, and will always make you happy.

After some quick googling I came across Two Guys and a Spa Dolly. In a matter of a few text messages detailing the hottub make and model, pictures of the pickup and drop off location, the appointment was set. The next day, I was extremely pleased with the punctuality, friendliness, and know how. It was great to see what an A squad really looks like, and they did it with 3! Pros with ingenuity and the right tools! Book early because I am sure these guys will get busy quickly!

For 4 months we were trying to find out when the pillows would arrive. Now they have ghosted us and do not return or answer any calls, emails or texts. We've called from different phone numbers and as soon as they realize its us, they hang up. We gave them so many chances to make it right. DONT USE THEM, THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!

    I would strongly caution anyone considering Happy Pools and Spa…read more On August 7, 2025, I paid $4,050.30 toward the purchase of a 24-foot above-ground pool and installation. According to the invoice, the remaining labor balance was not due until the installation was completed. After taking my money, the owner, Genaro Cruz, repeatedly told me through text messages that he had my pool and that he would be coming to install it. Over the following months, I received numerous promises with scheduled installation dates, but each time he either failed to show up or canceled at the last minute. Eventually, he stopped responding to my calls and text messages altogether. As of today, nearly a year later: No pool has been delivered. No installation has been completed. No refund has been provided. I have kept the invoice, proof of payment, and extensive text message history documenting the repeated promises and missed appointments. I gave this company every opportunity to make things right before posting this review, but after months of excuses and being completely ignored, I feel other homeowners should be aware of my experience. I am now pursuing legal remedies to recover my money. If you are considering hiring Happy Pools and Spa, I encourage you to do your own research and proceed with extreme caution.

    My pool builder suggested this company to open/close my new pool. My initial experience with them…read morewas positive, but that changed this year. After my pool opening I had several concerns which I brought to the owner's attention. She responded to my email/concerns, however she took no responsibility for the issues, and instead seemed to be defending her crews and trying to point the finger at me - the customer. (see other reviews that also site this as an issue). I received no, "I'm so sorry you had to deal with this, and we'll definitely make it right". She did agree to send a crew back to straighten the handrail and drain handles they put on crooked, and then a suggestion that since I didn't seem satisfied with the services I received, perhaps I should find another pool company! She went so far as to give me referrals!? - seemingly implying that they were done with me as a customer. Over the course of the next week I was barraged with emailed invoices for the services - from 2 different NP staff people, and today a hard copy invoice arrived in the mail. This gives me a little more insight into the top priority for this company - profit, not customer service or satisfaction. It seems that that Naperville Pool only wants your business if you accept the service they give you and keep your concerns/complaints to yourself. Customers frequently have concerns or complaints about a service they received from a company, but when the company takes ownership over what they've done incorrectly or omitted, it tells the customer that they actually care about their customers, and are committed to both customer satisfaction and customer RETENTION. Thank you for the suggestions on alternate companies to take my business to Naperville Pools. The check is in the mail!!

I was there when they pressure tested my lines and they used too much pressure. They were at best supposed to use only 10 Psi of pressure. They used 30 to 40. They won't take the blame for it nor will they come back to fix it. I called them a bunch of assholes.Now they won't fix it.left me with a 6500 dollar bill that I'm gonna have to scramble for.     We had checked out the Oakbrook and Downers Grove stores and were looking to see additional pieces…read moreof a style we were looking at and an employee suggested the ride out to the Aurora location. We decided to take the trip and it was worth it. The Fox Vally location had the most patio future displays we'd seen and we quickly found the Gensun Grand Terrace set we were interested in. Soon after, Chris (store manager) came to answer questions for us and was very informative on the brand, including pros/cons and comparisons. His knowledge on Gensun alone sold us on the set; but his customer service working thru purchase and delivery were amazing. We had one smaller issue with delivery and he quickly offered a resolution. I would very highly recommend working with Chris at the Aurora store to anyone looking to upgrade their patio space.

    Ordered stools that were supposed to take 8 weeks to be delivered. I checked in a few times before…read morethen and was told that they are still not in. After 10 weeks I asked that they reach out to the manufacturer. I was informed that the company did not receive the order. Absent my pestering, the product would never have been delivered. The 2nd order was expedited, but the process was sloppy. I won't shop at this location again. A good business would give consideration for the mistake. My consideration was a fast delivery the 2nd time. Not enough !

    I have been going to this store since I opened my pool the first time - loooooong time ago! Last…read morenight I went to pull out my equipment for this season and found my pool vaccuum would not charge. Dang it. I had to get the pool open the following day (today, Sunday), and no delivery would be here in time. I called this store and got Ray close to closing time. I had him find me a similar vacuum to what I had and he put it aside for me. I told him I would be there at 11am on the dot today to pick it up. Doors were open, staff was ready and I got my vacuum. Great store, great staff, everything you need is here. Thanks guys!!

    How can I say this.... without going off on a swear filled tirade…read more... Purchased a custom hot tub cover. Measured the thing edge to edge. Then come to find out that they give the manufacturer a half inch buffer. Would have LOVED to know that detail. Or possibly have someone come out and measure it before I blew almost 1K. Ive sent pictures, only one corner is actually covered. After repeated calls and emails expressing my displeasure, they have ghosted me, took the cash and are obviously done with me. I have banned my family and future generations from going there. FYI - could have gotten a cover off Amazon for half the cost and guess what? If it didn't fit, they would've taken it back.
