My car had been malfunctioning on start-up so I was pretty sure it was my 2 year old battery. The staff member kindly came outside to test the battery, but said he was getting an error on his reading. He said the battery was dead and it was going to take 2 hours to charge before he could test it again. This was the process that needed to be done if the warranty was going to cover the battery cost. I was dumbfounded because I drove my car there so it had to have a charge. I wasn't going to argue with staff, so I decided to bring it back the next day to test the battery. On the next day I arrived around 4:30pm. There were a lot more people to get some help from. The supervisor came out to test my battery, and immediately said, "yeah you need a new battery." Ricardo who is a staff member was already outside changing a battery so the supervisor asked him to change mine as well. Super cool dude, changed my battery and apologized for the wait. I love having a local AutoZone 5 min from home. I can get all my car necessities from motor oil to car wash items. They also have a rewards program.

He said, "Throwing it away!" Can't help but to wonder if he does drugs at night and goes through withdrawals during the day; prime personality.
