    Garlic parm wings.

Asked around for a good place to watch the Patriots games, everyone directed me to Turtle Tavern. I am glad they did, it is just down the road from me. Food was as expected, bar food. The wings I ordered were little dry, as I sat at the bar the cook carried out a garlic-parm wings that looked amazing. The bang bang shrimp was good, they call it a "basket" to me that insinuates fries, but no fries. I will try other food. Update 9/21 came for the game, again, got the chicken parm wings and steak cheese sandwich, both were awesome. The service was amazing, quick and attentive service but not pushy, the bartenders I have met have been top notch. The cost of drinks were really great. The ambience includes all major games playing, so it was a very busy and had mixed fans, most of the time there was some type of reaction to a play to a game. Always something to cheer or boo at. I am sure I'll be back for games and drinks.

Fun neighborhood bar where the people are friendly & the bartender can make a great Mai Tai!! I seen some awards on the wall so they're definitely doing it right!! We really had a fun time & didn't want to leave at closing time for a Thursday is 11PM!

A local sports bar with pool tables. They obviously have a local following since all the people sitting at the bar the bartenders and the other patrons. Small limited menu, appropriately bar food. I ordered the fried mozzarella with marinara, tasted like Rich's frozen from the supermarket. Also the Cuban sandwich which I like and haven't had in a long time. They were out of it, so I tried the Sloppy Joe, good but the bun fell apart.

Service Came in and it was empty. Maybe ten people in there. Sat at the bar to watch the game, right beside the waitress station. She proceeded to three times come up as close as she could to me making annoyed clicks and hugging. Each time mumbling under her breath. Last time she said this isn't going to work she has to move that chair. 1. It was there when arrived 2. She vpuld have simply asked insgead of tryimg to passive agressively get me to move. She could have asked me to move. Right out the door to a different place to spend our money. I will say this may be a one-off. The bartenders here are incredible and last time was great.

The vegetables were delicious - we had sides of sautéed spinach ($9) and charred Brussels sprouts (listed as an app at $14). A meatballs starter ($16) was also enjoyed - with a dollop of whipped ricotta in the center. Two of us had pasta entrees. The spaghetti could best be described as "industrial" or "so so" (as one dining companion said). The chicken in the chicken Marsala was "very good". The butterflied shrimp in the parmigiana was so thickly encrusted with fried breading, that the shrimp was completely overwhelmed by mouthfuls of crusty batter that adhered to the shrimp. It was hard to appreciate the shrimp at all in there. They were huge (in fact, they looked like small breaded chicken filets). But the excess of breading and batter overwhelmed the shrimp. Also, stomach not feeling so great later. I write this from the throne. The server had the manager come over to speak to us, and he insisted that's just how it's made and that was that. (He offered to have a few more shrimp cooked up but the meal was done at that point). $32 was a lot to pay for mediocre pasta and breading with shrimp. On the fair side, when asked about the shrimp parmigiana vs another dish, the server said that she would recommend the shrimp because there would be more to take home after - which was not our goal for dinner. For my meal I would give it no more than 2 stars but my companions enjoyed theirs more (despite the "so so" spaghetti), so I upped to 3. Will not be eating here again.

The menu had a lot of interesting options, but those two ended up being the highlights for our table. The deviled eggs had a subtle smoky flavor that worked really well without being overpowering. Service felt steady throughout the night even when more tables started filling in around us. Our server checked on timing, kept drinks refilled, and gave us space to enjoy the meal without rushing anything. The whole place had a relaxed neighborhood feel that made dinner easygoing.

Upscale vibe with dim lighting. - plenty of parking A few I didn't.. - The fish dip was just ok - the fried part of the southern fried chicken while juicy on the inside, lacked flavor - the up charge for almond vanilla milk in the espresso martini without being told up front of the added cost -the steak tartare happy hour portion is 1 bite-sized piece. That being said the staff there is so rude. It basically ruined the entire experience. I made a last-minute reservation online and there were tons of spaces left. I had a bit of a drive to get there and I actually got there much sooner than I expected. I thought it would be better to make a later reservation rather than an earlier one which I might be late for. However, I got there a good 15 minutes early before my reservation. There were lots of seats, but the hostess was so snobby. She told me since I was early she would see me closer to my reservation. Closer... I'm only 15 minutes early so you're gonna see me at the time of the reservation? Meanwhile, I could've booked something for 15 minutes earlier thought it was available. So I stood there and waited with lots of empty tables until finally. It was the time of my reservation and magically one of those tables that have been open. They finally sat at. Excited to be able to eat... The waitress comes over who is also extremely rude. She starts telling me that I'm in her way to do her job. I'm not doing anything I just sat down. She later pseudo apologizes, but not really. Ultimately, she could've found a much nicer way to address the issue she was having. Or since there were plenty of open tables, maybe she could've asked the hostess to put us in a different section but now I had this waitress all evening. She was running around a little frantic and seemed a little flustered, even though there weren't that many people there so I don't know. The look of the place is kind of charming, but the rudeness of the entire staff kind of ruins it. But I go back? Maybe. The food wasn't amazing, but it is a local spot and it was good enough to return to- but certainly would have to keep in mind that the service does really take it down two or three notches.

We were two couples dining on a Friday evening and loved every dish we tried. We were a little hesitant as the only reservation we'd been able to get was for outside. The temps were going to be in the high eighties. I'm glad we still came. There was a slight breeze, plus the fans, and the covered tenting, made for a comfortable setting. And it was a tad quieter sitting outside. Our only minor quibble was that our server was busy entertaining and had a lot of tables. But although it was a long time between courses, we got to relax and enjoy our conversations. My husband and I shared a grilled Caesar. The baby lettuce had a nice smoky flavor. It was a good appetizer. After that he had the pb and fois gras -- which he adored. And I had the grilled artichokes. It was not what I expected -- I was thinking they would be whole. But the dish was good. We shared lamb meatballs next -- and they were very good. Our friends started with the burrata. The plate was gorgeous -- so colorful. And the burrata very creamy. For their main dishes, she had the lobster and shrimp flatbread and he had the grilled salmon rice bowl. They both enjoyed their choices. For dessert, we had the blueberry cobbler with vanilla ice cream. Served hot, it was slightly sweet without being cloying. We can't wait to bring friends here.
