I had such an amazing experience getting my manicure and pedicure today. The massage was absolutely wonderful! Plus, my nails look really well done- you can tell when filing and polish are below standards and that to me is super disappointing. My nails look beautiful...I also opted for an additional neck massage while my nails were drying for only $10. Vee really tried to help me have a relaxing and special visit and I totally will return! This was my first time at this establishment. Since it was close to my hotel and had decent reviews I decided to check it out. I have no idea how anyone gave this place 5 stars. No one was at the front to greet customers as they came in and I waited 10 minutes until someone came to the front. I was getting a full set and pedicure. They asked me to sit at the nail station and someone would be right over. A man sat across from me to do my nails and was on the phone while he started. He was not asking me what I wanted and was on the phone for about 20 minutes. He then started to put the wrong color on. In the middle of this he went to the front to handle another angry customer. He was arguing very loudly with her about a gift certificate she had bought and that customer ended up walking out without paying. At this point I was very uncomfortable. He came back to me and I told him the color was wrong. She started filling the polish off and cut my finger in the process. By the end of the nerve wracking experience I opted not to get the pedicure. Spa experiences are supposed to be relaxing an this was anything but. I will not be returning. read more

Just had my second mani pedi with Andy since I've been visiting Jupiter fla. He gives an incredible foot and leg massage with the regular priced pedi and pretty good with the complimentary upper back and shoulder massage as well. Nice large salon, bathroom needs to be cleaned more often. Average prices. read more

Love this place! The pedicure area is very "private" and your chair is not facing another row of chairs across the room. Nice variety of pedicure choices and spa treatments. You can also skip the pedi and opt for the 30 minute foot massage! read more

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever received. I walked in asking for a pedicure and without looking up from texting the receptionist just shouted "pick a color." I picked my color and waited for an open chair. The receptionist then rudely asked myself and another lady if we were there for mani/pedi or just pedicures and after we responded, again without eye contact, pointed towards the chairs and said ok over there. I was sat down at a chair that was clearly dirty from the prior client with the pumice brush and towels everywhere. I asked the receptionist it the had been cleaned and she said "no it will be when the tech comes you're just there to wait it's no big deal." Waiting at a dirty station is gross and not good customer service. I left before receiving service and would never recommend anyone to here read more

I come here regularly. The hot stone massages are the best. It's clean and has a relaxing environment. And I can get WiFi while I'm here.

Not impressed at all. Waited over 15 min for someone to come and get me from the pedicure chairs. I thought I was doing my pedicure first, but the guy told me he would do my nails first. It took him maybe 20 min total to do a gel manicure. We'll see how long this lasts. A lady had walked in after me and as I'm writing this review she is now being seen, over an hour and a half she waited! She kept asking the receptionist how much longer and all she kept saying was "5 minutes." It clearly was more than 5 minutes. Will not be returning. read more

My daughter was getting over being very sick and we decided to get our nails done as a little treat because she was feeling better. She is only 7 so she wanted to get her toes painted. We've been going there since she was very small and they have always let her soak her little feet in the water. We get there and I asked them if she could do that. The man turned to us in a very angry voice and screamed at us and said "no pedicure, no water!!" He was so rude and made what was suppose to be a nice experience into a very uncomfortable one. My little girl wanted to cry and I for her! Would it really have made a difference to let a child soak her feet for a few minutes? The guy was so nasty to us and he kept shooting us nasty dirty looks the whole time we were there. Even the girl who was doing our nails looked like she wanted to cry. I will never ever go back there and give them another dime of my money. Very bad customer service and shame on you for making a child feel like that! read more

I recently got a gel manicure here and after 2 days the nail polish started chipping. It lasted about a week and a half, when is should have lasted at least 4 weeks. I do not recommend getting a gel manicure here. read more

I took my daughters best friend to this salon for a polish for her and a fill for me. The lady who did her nails painted them in 2 minutes. I looked at them and there was polish all over her hands and cuticles. I asked her to fix them and then, they all started talking in Vietnamese laughing and looking. They never totally fixed them but for an 8 year old who might keep the polish for 2 days, whatever. Mine however, you keep for 3 weeks or so. The lady who did my took 15 minutes (in pink and white land, that is like seconds..). I looked at them and none of them were filed to the point that there were no jagged edges and there were bumps at the base of my nails. There were also were dentations throughout the center of my nails. I asked them to fix it and once again, the "private" talking began. I ended up walkin out of there to another salon to spend another $30 to get them fixed. Wouldnt suggest them to save my life. read more

I went to Tuscani Spa & Salon after reading a review stating how Andy was great. I never write a review but I felt that I had to warn anyone that was contemplating on wasting their money. He was horrible! I asked him to fix my pedicure and he just looked at me. I had polish all over the sides of my toes. After I politely asked him for the third time he added more polish so I now had clumps of polish on my nails. It looks like I had my feet done by a 3 year old!! read more

I only have it one star since I had to rate it to post this review. This was my second time here, I came here once about a year ago. I needed to get my nails done so bad and I regret not waiting and going somewhere else. I went in for a full set, after I finished picking my color I turn around the the nail tech looked so annoyed that I spent time picking my color. Then when he cut my nails he didn't even ask what shape I wanted. Then he started talking to me to the other nail tech next to him and I noticed because the other nail tech was staring at me so I looked up at him and he looked away and they pass each other a look and stop taking. My nails are so uneven I asked him to fix it but he said they were even when they aren't I just didn't want to argue. My nails are so wide and thick they look so unnatural I can't wait till I have to get them redone probably will go a little early since the job was horrible. I am so disappointed because when I went a year ago i had a great experience but after this I will never go back. I know how salons are supposed to be run since I've worked in them & people close to me own them. This place is not run properly at all. They don't know how to do business!!! read more

I went in to get my eye brows waxed because I was too lazy to do them myself. Well I ended up redoing them. The lady first cut the length off the top and made one way too short. Then she didn't even clean up and remove the hair underneath that should of been. Took her 2 minutes to do them. And I had her tweese underneath and still came home to clean them up myself. I'll never go back. Total waste of money and time. CK Nails is the best place to go!!! I will never try any where else again. read more

I went with a friend to get a pedicure and decided to get a manicure too. As usual, I paid for my services just before the guy was going to paint my nails. After he took the credit card slip back, I noticed he started being really sloppy with the paint and was also being a little rude. I didn't understand why until he chased me and my friend to the front door and started asking my friend if *she* was going to tip him. When she politely declined (since he didn't touch her nails at all?!), he stormed off. As he was storming away I called out to him telling him that I left his tip on the credit card. He swore I didn't. I had to wait there until he got the credit card slip out of his drawer just to prove to him that I did, in fact, tip him!!! When he saw the credit card slip had a tip (more than 20%, regrettably), he had nothing to say other than, "oh, I didn't see it." Absolutely disgusting behavior. And the managers were sitting right there allowing this to happen!! To add to this insulting behavior, my nails don't even look like I had a "professional" manicure.
