Thursday night 5/9 my husband suggests we try this new yogurt place Tutti frutti. We arrive at the front door at 8:05 pm and see a young girl of 16 standing at the yogurt toppings counter holding her little dog !!!!OMG!!!!! over the toppings, we saw this and ran for the exit. How gross and unsanitary if they allow dogs over the toppings what goes on in the back room. I absolutely love Tutti Frutti! After having their frozen yogurt, I won't go anywhere else. They have a wide variety of flavors and each week they get new ones. My favorite is the Banana Soy bean and Cookies and Cream. The Orange Sherbert is delicious as well. Very refreshing and doesn't have that nasty artificial taste. They have many toppings to choose from and sizes are small, medium, and large. Not only do they sell frozen yogurt but they also sell shaved ice, drinks, chips, and smoothies. Prices were good, and there was never a wait for our drinks. The taro was flavorful and creamy with a good amount of boba. I like how they stay open late, but I don't like how they don't have chocolate milk tea or chocolate slush. Maybe they should work on that. read more

I love love love the flavor selection, but please hire better staff. The last time I went there was two weeks ago and there was this younger, blonde male texting away on his phone in the back. I had to call out and say "excuse me!" At least three or two times For him to even look up and service me. I wanted to get some samples, nothing more. I got some and he ran away to the back again. I got my yogurt, added toppings, and so on. Me and my boyfriend had to get his attention again to purchase our yogurt.... and then again and again. We asked for napkins and he said "they're right there" pointing to the empty napkin dispenser... and then he ran away to the back again and we had to ASK AGAIN. Won't be going back for a minute honestly, I love this place it's just this experience was really annoying and frustrating I felt like I had to almost say something to the dang guy. read more

I've never been to a frozen yogurt place I didn't like, until now. There is just something about this frozen yogurt that doesn't taste like frozen yogurt. It's kind of watery and has a weird texture and taste. The only thing I can think of is that they're trying to save money by cutting corners when they mix it in the back. I've been to my fair share of frozen yogurt places and have never seen such strange and bland flavor choices. The three times I've been here in the last year they have never had any classic or popular sweet flavors like cake batter, red velvet or cheesecake. Every other place I've been, those types of flavors are the most popular so they make them consistently available. This place choose lesser known and it would seem less-liked flavors like Taro (??). When I was in there last, all the customers were dissatisfied and some even left without getting anything. Not as many yogurt flavors as I would expect from a chain froyo shop. I ended up getting just regular chocolate, they do however have a very large selection of toppings I absolutely love the coconut jelly and stawberry bobas. I did notice the customer service is pretty good too. The guy ahead of me in line asked for cheesecake bits since the were gone in the bar and the manager bought some fresh ones out from a refrigerator for him and she asked me if I would also like some. She then pointed out that she had colder butterfinger and reeses bits if we wanted them. We didn't. But it was awesome that she offered. When I got to the front and it was time to pay, I noticed they had marshmallow sauce which I wanted but it wasn't coming out of the bottle, the cashier laughed with me and then squished it out for me. This place is great. I like the location. Great that they play movies for the kids to watch during the visit. Great flavors and choices of toppings. I wish they had taste trying cups next to register for people to ask for or use. Sometimes waiting for them to let you try something takes a few minutes if there is only one person. I had a gift card that was supposed to have $25 on it. When the associate swiped the card she said it wasn't reading the card. She called the owner and he said it had been used. Mind you I just took it out the sticky envelope they put it in. So I told her to call him back and tell him I never used it. Then he said it's not in his system. So I got on the phone and told him there has to be $25 on the card. He was SOOOOO rude and said there's nothing he can do. read more

I think this place is one of the best fro yo shops in the area. The froyos, especially vanilla, are pretty good! But, other than that, they are very comparable to the other yogurt shops. They have many of the same ingredients, and the prices are about equal. read more
