I'm honestly not impressed whatsoever like this was the worst nightmare for me. Like 65$ dollars for this. Unbelievable it's horrible extremely. Especially my finger got hurt really badly during getting my nails. I'm really not happy. Professional? What the fuck is this? I didn't feel comfortable either felt like was being mad fun in front of my face about my nails. It was very unprofessional to do in front of a client. Definitely never coming back ever again. VERY VERY disappointed.

    Kim did an amazing job!

Kim did a great job with my gel! My nails were pretty short but she filed them nicely, pushed my cuticles back and did this cute light gray with gorgeous accents. I'm from out of town, but if I could i'd definitely come back. Thank you, Kim :)

Tutti Nails in Burlington Mall has been my go-to nail salon for a few months now, i've had almost every person there do my nails and I am never disappointed with the service I receive. The prices are extremely fair considering how beautiful the outcomes are, and they are always very detail oriented with my manicures! Never going anywhere else for as long as I will be living in massachusetts. Thank you Kim for shaping my nails to perfection!

So glad Tutti Nails is in Burlington now. I go to the one in chestnut hill. Super clean and super relaxing. Ask for Kim, she is an artist! Definitely going back!

Choosed a trendy manicure art that's in out in the west coast and Korea. Love it! Hopefully, the trends comes this way!

Checked out this new nail salon in the Burlington Mall. The the design of this place is very clean and modern. I really love the way they display all the nail polish - by color and brand. Very well organized and easy on the eye. It's unlike other nail salons where polish is all over the place and you can get quite lost on choosing out your color. The front desk lady was very welcoming. My manicurist Kim was great - very professional and talented. Never had art done on my nails such as this. Overall service is great. Complimentary drinks were very much appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience. It's also convenient that this place opens later than most nail salons. Highly recommend this place. Check it out!

I came to Tutti at the Burlington Mall because I needed a last minute manicure. The staff was so friendly and attentive. The facilities are clean and very modern. The manicure came out great! I will definitely be back!

So with our nails! Might be our new spot! Jaekie is so personable and the whole staff is welcoming If you can't pick a color just ask Jaekie! We had Sue and Suzy! 5 stars all around

The first time I went here was a week ago for a pedicure . It was quick and came out really well. Lots of colors to choose from, space is modern a dm clean and associates are friendly. I only had closed toed shoes so they wrapped my feet in Saran Wrap before I left but unfortunately it smudged by the time I got to the car. I went right back in and they fixed in no time. I just wore the flimsy flip flops they give you out. I went back today and had one of the best gel manicures I've ever received . Kim paid special attention to my nails making sure everything looked perfect. My nails are so shiny and perfectly manicured. I think I found my new go to place!

I've been going here for a little over a year and I've always had a great experience. The work is always nice and clean and looks great with the exception of my last visit which is why I'm only giving three stars. This past Saturday I got a gel manicure and the lady cut the cuticles on my left hand so bad they bled and they still hurt. And when I went to pay for my manicure and my friends, I was asked if I wanted to pay by cash or Venmo. I've never been asked that before and when I said I wanted to pay by card I was told "you should really pay by Venmo". I don't know if that's a scheme to evade taxes or credit card fees but it bothered me as like I've said, been going there for over a year and have never been asked that before. I don't want to Venmo someone I don't know . I'll probably go back but ask for someone else if I get that lady again.

I walked in to see if they could do my nails after realizing i needed my nails done for prom. Their salon was both clean and chic, with a welcoming environment. I was immediately greeted and helpful by courteous and helpful staff. Jaekie, who did my nails, who suggested a variety of options based on my previous ideas and prom dress color. I'm super happy with how they turned out and she was super patient with my endless questioning. I'm excited to come back and get excellent quality service again.

I didn't see any wheelchair accessibility for a second floor. I had to walk upstairs. Maybe there's an elevator but it's clearly not located anywhere or where anybody can see it lol. It felt... Corporate? High cell tactics a little pushy. The girl who met with me clearly, had super plump, her lips up with her plumping medication or gloss right before she met me, and made sure her skin looked absolutely flawless before she met with a potential client. It just seemed very hard, Cell. I decided that I would ask information, but I would not be using their services because she seemed kind of pushy about their membership. Mind you, I had made this appointment a while ago, but they had to change it because something had happened with her son that she needed to pick him up and couldn't stay in the office, so I graciously changed the date which was fine. That happens to everyone. She kept pushing at the appointment to start procedures that I had been inquiring about. I wasn't ready to do that. I needed to ruminate. And decide if I wanna move forward. All in all, I think if you want this type of service in a place that allows you a monthly membership, this might be for you, it was not for me.

So I'll start by saying that I bought a Groupon for this location for a relaxation massage…read more When I called on a Wednesday, they offered me an appointment on that Saturday, gave me multiple times with a specific massage therapist. I kind of found it a little bit odd that I was able to have so many choices so close to the date, given that usually my regular massage therapist is booked out weeks in advance. I thought I should try this place because it was closer and, well, I was getting a really good financial deal. So I'd called. when I went to the location in Woburn, it was set up really really odd. The front desk is in a large open area and had a gentleman sitting at the desk who seemed very uninterested in working that day lol. Very serene, but all the lights were blue? It was a little weird and offputting for me, but it did have that calming feeling I guess. My therapist was Hallie (sp?) A male, and I knew that ahead of time, and I was OK with that. He led me to a room in another part of the building. Next-door, and it looked like it was originally a bunch of small offices, and my room had windows? Covered with Window treatment so you couldn't see in from walking through the hallway. That set up was really weird to me. The room was nice. Nothing special, it was on the warmer side, but when I have a massage, I like to have the room warm. He did offer to turn the heat down for me, but I explained how I usually like it very warm. He then went on to explain to me how he does massages. He said he didn't like deep tissue, which, of course is not what I requested, but when he did "Swedish massage and a combination of pressure point massage". I'd never had that, so I thought I would give it a try, even though that's really not what I had signed up for. How was it? It was... Boring? I'm not really sure how else to put it. Is Hallie very adept at what he does? Absolutely. But for somebody who is expecting a Swedish massage where you have sweeping strokes of hands and kneeding your muscles for the entire time you're there, this was not it. I didn't say anything at all because I kept thinking well, he's going to eventually start doing the kneeding of Swedish part of the massage , but he never really did it. He would run his hands over my back or the "affected" area. Find a spot and put hard pressure on it. He explained to me that what that would do would bring blood flow to the area and help with the knot. While I appreciate that, it really wasn't what I wanted for massage. I wanted to relax this massage just felt very... Disjointed. Now I will say again that I didn't say anything to him because I kept expecting that the massage was going to go from this pressure point massage, to a regular Swedish massage because he had mentioned he used the combination of the two. And it didn't. He was very, very nice, and he's very knowledgeable about what he's doing, but the massage was just not really what I had wanted. I probably should've said something while I was there, but I didn't want to make him feel badly that he didn't give me what I needed. Again, I kept expecting during the time that he was going to be changing to the different type of massage. I guess, in retrospect, I should've asked for how he did this combination. But I didn't. I'm not sure I would go back if I had paid full price. If I was somebody who liked that type of massage? Absolutely because it was very thorough.
