Tutti burger and fries

Really great service I wish i could recall the servers name but she was amazingly kind and fast and great recommendations, I got the tutii burger and my grandma got the seafood paella her meal could easily feed two mine was perfectly filling and delicious. A little on the costly side but with that in mind it's a delicious experience for those wanting to mix it up from the norm. The restaurant had booth and bar type seating and the place smells of delicious food.

I got the seafood paella, and it was SO good. I ordered it for one, but it would be easily be enough food for two people or for one with generous leftovers for a few more meals. It was probably 12-14" in diameter. The seafood seemed fresh. I also got the artichoke appetizer / tapas, and that was great, and of course the sangria was delicious. They have wine and beer, and I heard the full liquor license is coming soon. Be patient because paella takes a while to make, but the service was friendly, and the server made good recommendations. The atmosphere is kind of sports bar-like, but it was fine. If I lived in the area, I'd come back for sure.

The service was really good. The food was good but not great. Nothing we had was bad, but nothing was amazing in my opinion. I would still go and see for yourself.

Great food and wonderful service!!!! We split the Lubina Al Horno (whole Mediterranean brandzini. It was flaky, buttery and mild) I enjoyed it so much!

In an area that could use some new restaurants Tutti Paella is a great addition! I called ahead for a reservation for 7 for my daughter's birthday and I'm glad I did. They only have a few tables that will comfortably seat more than 6. It's a smaller space and was pretty packed on a Friday at 6:30. We had a short wait but they were very accommodating in making sure our group was comfortable at our table. We like to order a variety and share. We started with the Alitas de Pollo Tutti, Gambas con Crema de Queso, Gambas al Coco, Mozzarella Empanizada, Gambas al Ajillo and Tapas Españolas. My Dad raved about the Crema de Camaron soup. We ordered the paella with our appetizers since it takes longer to prepare. The single crab cake dinner, Paella de Mariscos, seafood Alfredo and fettuccine bolognesa were our dinner. The paella was the star of the night. The crab cake was good, better than many in the area. The bolognesa was tasty and the seafood Alfredo was good but seemed more like a vodka sauce. The salads that came with the pasta were also good. We went with the flan, chocolate cake and tiramisu for dessert. They currently have a beer and liquor license so we had the red sangria which was strong. The carafes are a nice touch and much easier to pour than a pitcher. I'll be back for the paella and will try the Crema de Camaron for myself. The flan was my favorite of the desserts. I didn't fall in love with any of the appetizers but the Alitas de Pollo Tutti and Gambas con Crema de Queso are solid choices. The queso could be amazing but was a bit bland. The service was fantastic and we had a great night.

The food was very good. So much so that leftovers came home and eaten next day. The service was good and the ambiance was casual.

The ambience was nice and the service was decent. The menu, particularly the entrees, seemed a little pricey for the area but the food we had was all good. Havre De Grace is a small waterfront town, so I have to say that considering the context and location, our dinner was really quite good and exceeded my expectations. If you're in town, it's a nice place to come for wine and an elevated dinner.

Every town, burg, or community - however large or small - should be the proud possessor of at least…read moreone... Bistro, that is. A cozy little restaurant that serves up delightfully delicious food in a decidedly casual setting. And in Havre de Grace, The Vineyard Wine Bar fills this niche with a subtle sense of style. As the name suggests, wine has played a significant role in Vineyard's obvious success. So much so, in fact, that not only does the restaurant sport a superb compendium of vintages by the glass and bottle, its lunch and dinner menus are also divided into categories - Light Bodied, Medium Bodied, Full Bodied - that correspond to specific types of wines. Yes, wine is definitely the name of the game... But don't let that fool you. The kitchen also has a great deal to say... and all of it good. The food here is excellent in every respect, as is the service. If I lived in HdG, I have absolutely no doubt that I would be tempted to dine here every day of the week. The Vineyard is everything a great bistro should be - and then some. But I begin to digress... As you have undoubtedly surmised from the above remarks, our dinner here was an extraordinarily satisfying experience. My dining partner and I began by sharing the Bruschetta Trio. Bruschetta is an Italian appetizer that begins with grilled bread topped with garlic and olive oil and then adds a variety of toppings. In this case, the finishing touches consisted of a luscious garlic spread, sundried tomato and basil pestos, melted mozzarella, and house marinated tomatoes with a balsamic glaze. While most incarnations of bruschetta may be consumed manually, Vineyard's substantially succulent variations on the theme (as you will note from the photograph above) demanded the ministrations of both knife & fork and were well worth the effort... Incredibly and unforgettably delicious. As we moved on to what would be considered the entrée or main course, options were numerous and varied... from Cornish Game Hen to Crispy Skin Duck... Venison to Dakota Steak... Lamb Vindaloo to Pesto Bucatini... ... On this particular evening, however, matters piscatorial appeared to take precedence. My dining partner was absolutely ecstatic with her Tuna Bites. Which is precisely what they were... diminutive squares of blackened tuna luxuriating in a Creole remoulade (a creamy, mayonnaise-based sauce originating in France). A definite "wow" factor at work here. On the other hand, my Mango Glazed Salmon was equally up to the mark... First of all, it was wild caught, which I much prefer (with rare exception) to the farmed variety. Secondly, as with most species of fish, salmon tends to be prone to both over and under cooking. Here, however, it was perfectly prepared - cooked through but still moist and succulent at the core - superbly complemented by a slightly smokey red pepper coulis (a smooth sauce made from puréed and strained fruits or vegetables), and companioned by lemon & herb risotto and roasted asparagus spears. On to the wine... With regard to both taste and texture, tuna and salmon are certainly among finny fare's heartiest representatives. Thus, despite the oft-quoted dictum, "Red wine with meat, white wine with fish," and the gentle urgings of our server in that direction, I have always found that salmon and pinot noir are - somewhat akin to lamb and red Bordeaux - a match made in heaven. And, in this instance, the 2022 Lundeen Mon Père Pinot Noir from Oregon's Willamette Valley proved to be a perfect match for my companion's blackened tuna bites as well. Dessert was a special treat. Naturally, many of the usual familiar sweet endings were present and accounted for. And, given the superior quality of the cuisine thus far, I had no doubt whatsoever that they would have acquitted themselves with suitable aplomb. For some reason, however, my dining companion and I were both drawn to the Crème Brûlée Cheesecake (pictured), which we decided to share... and, which, as it turned out, proved to be one of the high points of our evening. This was an intriguing amalgam indeed: The sweetness of taste being more influenced by the former; the firmness of texture by the latter. It is - if you will pardon the seemingly psychological digression - what we might consider a type of "gastronomic Gestalt," in which the whole is greater than the mere sum of its parts. In other words, the components of Crème Brûlée and Cheesecake have been combined... and from this fascinating combination there has emerged a new dessert that is even more desirable than the components have been individually. Well... call it what you will. I just know that it was so incredibly delicious that I would return at a moment's notice just to indulge my taste buds once again.

You have to be buzzed in and the dining room is literally the size of my living room. Very intimate. The food was superb. Stellar. Outstanding. Truly, each course was delicious, with layers of flavor and unexpected combinations. The ceviche in an intensely limey coconut broth started off the meal and I thought that if everything else sucked I would still be happy. But the dishes kept getting better. I did not anticipate enjoying veal heart skewers, but they were smoky and very reminiscent of good carne asada. The purple corn tamale was a very interesting mix of heavier corn with light ahi tuna. And even the little bowl of plantain chips they bring out first was excellent. This is a set menu, 5 courses on the weekdays and 6 on the weekends, and is a bring your own alcohol set up. As a result, there is almost no interaction with the waitress, and the food just arrives, but it is timed very well, with reasonable periods between courses.

I did not feel rushed until the desert course was served with the check. The variety of the dishes was fun to experience; each course was very different. Puerto 511 does really well with seafood. My favorites courses were the Ceviche Amazonico and the Tamalito Verde. The flavors were incredible. The Pulpo en su Causa was also a very interesting dish. The combination of ingredients and the inclusion of a cold mashed potato component were both innovative. I was disappointed with the other courses, though. The veal was tough, the lamp chop was tough, and the desert was not very flavorful. The quinoa flan and the passionfruit ice cream did not match very well in flavor or texture. The restaurant building itself was ok. The ambiance did not indicate fine dining to me. The service was not very personable. I would like to come back sometime in a different season, when there is a new menu. But overall, I would say Puerto 511 is definitely a dining experience worth trying.
