He communicated when he was coming and arrived during that window. He installed my TV quickly and it looks great. The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Couldn't be happier with his work and I would recommend him to anyone that's looking for AV work at home.
