I moved a large one bedroom upstairs apartment. Eric and Dori hustled and with the big heavy pieces of furniture I had it was not easy. It took longer than I thought because they took good care in protecting my pieces and the time spent was well worth it. They deserve 5 stars but I gave 4 because the owner forgot my 9am appointment. When I called at 9:30 he had no idea what I was talking about, talk about stress. I had the day off work and it had to be done that day. Luckily Dori and Eric were available. read more

Well, I got a quote and set everything up 5 days ago. I even got a call from the owner 4 hours ago CONFIRMING my time for tomorrow. Now at 8pm on a Sunday night, he calls me back and tells me that they are rescheduling the appointment I have in 16 hours to a time that I can't do because I don't even have the keys for the place at 7am. Pretty poor to reschedule 16 hours before, after confirming the day of and the week before! WOW!. Wouldn't trust them. Now all the money I have paid for people to be out of my office tomorrow will be for nothing because I have to find a new moving company in the next 12 hours. I found these guys through a recommendation from a friend, and let me tell you, I'm glad i used them. Having a bad experience with our last movers made it kind of hard in the beginning to trust somebody with our belongings, however when I called Andrei and spoke to him, he made me feel like i can trust him with the job. The price was right compared to other licensed movers. And there are no hidden charges or taxes to the amount. I ordered 2 movers, but 3 showed up on time with the 3rd mover at no extra charge. This was very nice of them given it was horrible rain and wind gusts for more than half of the move. Dory, Eric, and Ivan worked tirelessly to ensure all of my items were wrapped well and undamaged. They worked for 6 hours straight and were expert in navigating my stairs and archways since i was moving to an old spanish style upper unit. I would recommend them. read more

We had a great experience with Twilight, and would definitely recommend them and use them again. We moved from a 2/2 to a 2/2 about 50 miles away, with a lot of furniture and kitchen supplies, and were looking for someone that would do all the packing as well as moving, and have straightforward pricing so we didn't need to worry about what we'd end up paying. I really appreciated that they came to do a (free) visual inspection, which other places we considered wouldn't do; our last movers showed up and were really surprised about the amount of stuff we had and it took longer than they estimated. Andrei and Dori came out to visit the same day we chatted, and the estimate that gave about how long it would take was almost exactly right, and they made good suggestions about the timing that helped it work out well. They were efficient and careful; the only thing that broke in the whole large move was a lightbulb in a floor lamp (which I am not complaining about; I don't believe in a move without something breaking, and we had a LOT of fragile stuff). The price was very fair, with no surprises or haggling over hours worked, and all the guys were very pleasant. Overall it was all you could ask for from a move! Thank you! read more

After reading the great reviews on Yelp I purchased a deal with Twilight Movers on Angie's List. I previously had wonderful luck with movers (Green Mountain Movers) on Angie's List. After the initial walkthrough Andrei seemed perplexed by the dining table and seemed unable to hide his annoyance with the size of the table and having to take it apart in order to move it. His partner explained that taking it apart shouldn't be a problem. As I walked outside I could hear Andrei again complaining about the table and how they were going to move it, which in turn annoyed his moving partner. My husband managed the rest of the move and expressed how uncomfortable he felt the entire time. The movers expressed their disdain in breaking some of our things and continued to lecture my husband on the proper way to pack as our 3 hour time was ticking away. I understand their frustration in the way we packed, but we did not complain that some things got broken nor were we upset. We completely understood that we were liable especially after the lecture. As they dragged their feet throughout the afternoon it took a total of 4 hours to move a one bedroom apartment a total of 5 miles. I understand that the response to this review may be along the lines of "well it took so long because you packed poorly". But I take that response with a grain of salt considering that below users commented on how wonderful their team was with assisting in packing and moving things in a minimal amount of time. This experience was extremely stressful and uncomfortable. I would like to include two positive attributes. The man who helped Andrei was absolutely wonderful and was extremely kind to my husband who was also helping move furniture. read more

Andrei was really fast, but also extremely careful with my fragile items. He made sure to wrap our stuff in blankets and plastic wrap to be safe. When arriving at the new apartment, he quickly unloaded all of our stuff and placed it in the right rooms. He also cleaned up all of the plastic and tape from the unboxing. Good guys; Foreman Andre and Mover 1 Cristi were all business when they moved myself and significant other's 1 bedroom + patio. Went above and beyond to get our couch into the new place, others movers probably wouldn't have even tried but these 2 spent little to no time being idle, worked the problem and came up with a solution. I had one day to pack and one day to find movers. Fortunately, for me I found Twilight Movers, they were fantastic. Andre called to let me know that he would be arriving 15 min later than expected. When he and Todd showed up they got right down to business. I had all of our things int the hall and showed them everything that needed to be loaded up. My son's and I packed boxes, put stuff in trash bags and had some things lying around. They took an inventory of what needed to be moved and started working very quickly. They first brought out about 10 wardrobe boxes so my friends and I could store the clothes on hangers in. So while they were loading the truck, we were taking stuff out of the close, we worked in tandem. Once we were loaded up they delivered and unpacked the boxes and took them into the new place. They were also very careful to wrap up, tape up, and put blankets around the shelving units and my mother's antique curio cabinet. You can tell that they were professionals! Overall, it took about 3 hours which came out to $237. Of course, I had to tip them for doing such an amazing job. I felt bad though because it was so hot and I had no cold water bottles to offer them, lesson learned. lol I would highly recommend them to all of my friends and family. read more

first time hiring movers and had a very good experience....if you've never hired movers before keep in mind the walk from unit to where truck will be parked because it didnt cross my mind until they started and i only asked for two guys. now knowing the lil walk i would definitely have hired at least 3. either way, these guys were great, took great care of all boxes and furniture. i would definitely use them again and tell all family and friends to use them also!!!! read more
