We ordered carry out and i was absolutely flabbergasted at how delicious these hotdogs were. I got the San Fran and the Baltimore and bother were so good. Service was friendly and fast. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and the food was ready in 15 mins. Wish I had more time so I could come back and actually eat at this place. They have a big bar and outdoor seating on the bay. Looked really cool.

Great local spot for subs and hotdogs. It's in the Fenwick village so lots of parking. The chicken cheesesteak was good but so big I could only eat half. It was a little dry as just the chicken & cheese but I got some mayo and that did the trick! The crabby fries....what more do I have to say it's crab dip on crispy fries with old bay...yum!! I was told the Philly dog was one of the best hot dogs with chopped meat & cheese on the hot dog . The inside had a bar & tvs so would be a good spot to watch sports. Our server Carson was friendly and on point.

We loved this specialty hot dog spot and were so glad we found it while vacationing in Ocean City! Super casual dive spot, hole in the wall, reggae music playing, super chill atmosphere. Our waitress was so sweet and her dad came in with his friend while we were there, so that was super cool, they said all of the food here is amazing. Not one single complaint about this place. Honestly out of all of the places we went to this little hole in the wall was my favorite.

3.5 stars - We've been eating at Twilley's for a few years now. I wrote a review a couple years ago, so this is an update. Hot dogs really are their specialty and where they excel ... many different choices and everything is fresh and delicious. That said, I decided to try a special Hawaiian chicken sandwich our waiter told us about. He described it as a grilled chicken breast with sliced pineapple and a coconut spread. I decided to order it, and when it came out, I was surprised it also had bacon, cheese and pickled onions. The chicken was delicious and juicy but the overall sandwich was not successful. Everything slid around and the roll fell apart before I was even halfway through, so I finished eating it with a knife and fork. Hubby had a Detroit style dog which contained chili, cheese and diced sweet onion - very good! We brought home an Ol Goat dog (a tad too much goat cheese) plus something called the cha-cha wrap for my daughter: Buffalo style chicken with pico de gallo and a side of blue cheese. That was another miss: some of the chicken was chewy & tough, you got the heat of the buffalo sauce, but none of the flavor. The predominant flavor was pico de gallo. They used to automatically serve chips with their hot dogs, but now they only come with a pickle. Chips are $3 as are french fries. We had a couple of drinks which were very good: a margarita and grapefruit crush. It's a small place with a cool vibe and nice-sized bar. There are also a few tables out back overlooking the canal. We'll definitely be back but will stick with ordering what they do best: hot dogs!

Visited Twilley's Willys on our way back to Dewey Beach from Ocean City. I got to pick the spot and since I was in the mood for a hot dog we made our way here. Twilley's is located in a small shopping plaza that is a bit of a maze to make it through. Once you are there, you have the ability to dine inside, or outside. When we first got here, we had all intentions to dine outside. We made our way through the interior to the patio/deck area and found that we would not be dining outside. In fact, we would be dining inside because everyone else that showed up before us had the same idea. Wasn't bad, we had the interior dining room to ourselves, but it wasn't great either. This is basically a seat yourself place and you go about it in a way of hopes that you will be getting service. The seating, if you seat yourself along the wall, is a bit uncomfortable. as it looks like pallets were used to design the seating. We were, at first ignored for a bit, then we had someone bring us menus and take our drink order. We were then again ignored. With a different server approaching the table asking us again about a drink order. We said that we had placed our drink order, but restated it. Drinks finally arrived and we placed out food order, we didn't want to take a risk of not being seen again for a bit. The water tasted like it came from a garden hose, but I can't complain about free water. For my food I went with Wrightsville Dog with hand cut fries. The Wrightsville is a dog topped with chili, slaw, mustard, and onions. Minus the slaw and it was a call to home for me. It made me miss being back home, and I mean home home. This thing was massive. I mean when it came out it was a mound of a hot dog. With all the toppings it was very hard to even hold. I had to cut it in two so I could tackle it. I feel like I unhinged my jaw at one point to open it wide enough to take a bite. The flavor was all there. it was amazing and downright delicious. No worries if you have little bits that fall off the dog, just used it for your fries, or an end of the meal bite. The food was satisfying, and took me back home. However, the service was less than stellar. I was a bit upset by the fact that we were forgotten. I feel if we sat outside we would have gotten better service. However, inside you have to contend with the bar. On top of that, you may have to contend with stray tomato slices as well, watch your step.

How have I not known about this lil' gem of a place?! I had one of the best hotdogs I've ever had! (They rivaled ones at Wrigley Field) Not only is the actual hotdog beefy and tasty, but the hotdog bun is insanely delicious. The chili on the chili dog had lots of flavor and the mahi mahi tacos had nice fat pieces of fish. The place isn't huge but it has a nice bar and a fun beach atmosphere. Definitely going back on our beach week next year!

Very nice area (cute small plaza) and small classic coastal dock themed bar/restaurant. we will welcome with very nice staff, which were able to serve us well and quickly. I got myself the crabby dog, which was actually pretty good (I personally will lessen down the cream cheese content, but that could be just me). definitely would recommend someone who is a fan of hotdog because their hot dogs were very good quality.

If you look up the definition of hidden gem in the dictionary, you will see a picture of Twilley's Willys. Nestled in the village of Fenwick, this place has some of the best hot dogs I've ever had. With that being said, I ordered the Detroit dog and fries. To engage, the Detroit dog was topped with mustard, meat sauce, cheese, and chopped onions. Knowing that, the hot dog was excellent. To explain, the hot dog was juicy, tender, and had tremendous flavor. In addition, the meat sauce was flavorful and wasn't too spicy. Moreover, the bun was wonderful and elevated the dog to a different level. To enumerate, the bun was a sub roll and it was toasted to perfection. This was simply a phenomenal hot dog. In the same light, the fries were very good as well. To put into perspective, the fries were hand cut and tasty. To breakdown, Twilley's Willys is a hidden gem with some of the best hot dogs I've ever eaten.

Great little "locals" place with outstanding food & drink! Sure, hot dogs get the top billing, but try the great homemade soups & the fish tacos are the BEST! Enjoy!

Huge variety and love that they have the option to sub with veggie dogs! Some of the stuff we ordered were the chicken cheese steak, cha cha wrap, Chicago dog, Kansas City dog, Detroit, and the crabby. Everyone loved their orders and they are huge! Definitely worth the price.

I really wanted to try the "Dirty Dog" and I must say... the chef who create this dog is a culinary genius. The fresh pico & cilantro lime crema, helps cut down the greasy chorizo. The layers of flavor paired nicely with each other. No one flavor overpowered the next. We only did carry out so we did not see the main dining area, but the interior and exterior of what we did see was very clean. Customer service was very nice. With a perfect score of 5 out of 5, I give this restaurant an A+

Love Twilley's Willys. We ordered the crabby fries, Baltimore style dog, the Dirty Dog, and chicken tenders. The crabby fries were the best crabby fries i've ever had. There was so much crab dip with a good amount of crab in it. And the fries were clearly homemade. The Baltimore dog and the dirty dog had a lot of toppings. The only thing we didn't care for were the chicken tenders. They were fine but lacked salt.

Staying in Ocean City and looking for a place to eat that doesn't break the bank, but also satisfy my picky 13 and 11 year olds. I did a Google search and found Twilley's. And I'm glad I did! Quick, friendly service plus delicious food. There were 4 of us and we had: the NYC dog, the Naked dog, a chicken tender basket, and a buffalo chicken wrap (I forget what the actual name is). We all enjoyed our meals. The homemade chips were outstanding. We'd come again! read more

We had the Chicago dog and San Francisco dog-both were yummy-fresh roll and flavorful dogs. I got fries as my side and they were great! Homemade potato chips were good, too. We had an orange and grApefruit crush-very tasty, perfect. I'm glad we tried this place-even though I don't usually go out for hot dogs. read more

Great spot, cool atmosphere, love the tacos! However, every time I've been here there's been a brunette female server with tattoos on her arm who has been unbelievably rude. Despite the view and food this employee seems to ruin the entire experience. She talks down to the customers like she's bothered by us. On a scale of 1-10 she's a hard 2 in terms of customer service. May not come back. read more

Stopped in while my family shopped nearby. Had a couple drafts and then my family joined me for a lite lunch. Crab fries were excellent. Fish taco excellent. Hot dog was really good. (Not sure I can ever call a hot dog excellent, but this was a darn good dog.) Atmosphere was very nice. I sat inside but there's a nice deck alongside the bay. The service was outstanding from Mike the bartender. read more

On a family vacation and excited to try this place because of all the good reviews but very disappointed. Walk in and ask the front girl a question about the ordering process since it was our first time there and she was very rude and her only reply was for us to look at the menu and turn her back on us. I am not sure if it was because we are Spanish because she was being very nice to the person that was in front of us. read more

Are you thinking of trying this place? DO NOT !!! I AM SERIOUS !! Where do I even start ? We ordered kids meals, the lady mixed up the drinks we were literally the only ones in there. Some other people came but they had plenty of staff. They also did not bring out the sides that came with the kids meals. They forgot my friends whole meal!! Like all of it My meal had A HAIR IN IT!! I asked if they could mix and match two different tacos. They said not in the "busy summer season" there were a total of 3 parties in there by the time we finished eating. My tacos were terrible all cabbage not much else and my crab fries had hair like I said. While we were there the owner or manager came over told us we had to move one of the kids so he could fix something and put up a ladder and all of a sudden we couldn't talk he put on loud Jason Aldean music. I love Jason Aldean but it was SO LOUD and we could no longer talk. Like why could he not fix that at another time.. Our server mixed up SO MANY THINGS the food was terrible and came so late. I cant help but think was she hung over ? On drugs?? Just do not go here... read more

The hot dogs are NOT like a hot dog you would get at a baseball game or a backyard bbq. This place is legit! We had the goat cheese hot dog, chorizo dog, and some cauliflower tacos. WOW! Go here if you're hungry and want to experience Fenwick and what the locals do best! Twilley is the man! Brought our food out and asked how everything was. The surf hot dog vibe In the bar is great. Clean, friendly, family oriented. There was also this good looking guy behind the bar. He kind of reminds me of like a young Richard the Lionhearted. I think his name was Ricardo. Stopped here for lunch after our weekend stay at OC, MD. I wanted something simple but satisfying. This place hit the spot. I got the Baltimore Dog which was a hot dog topped with mac 'n cheese and lumped crab meat. It was delicious. I also got the crabby fries which was fries smothered in crapdip. Both we were filling and very tasty. Kept me satisfied for my drive back to NJ read more

Mark puts together some great hot dogs! Fun joint at the southern end of Fenwick Island. We have tried several in our visits there, the Rincon, Cubano, 'Ole Goat stand out as my favorites. My son loves the Naked Dog! The fish taco and Veggie Sandwich are excellent as well, for those who want something other than a hot dog! Can't wait to go back on our next trip to the beach. Worth the drive from Ocean City or any of the Delaware beach towns. read more

Do not get the fish and chips. They were terrible. Over cooked and dry. On the website it showed price of $10 but at the shop it was 14. Wow. Huge difference. Either way, don't get it. We also got hot dogs with all kids of stuff. They were huge and good but still $8+. I would not recommend this place. Service was not great either. Each item of 5 ordered was brought out separately. Not feeling this place at all. read more

Dogs and drinks are top notch. However. The rincon dog has let me down. Anyone who gets the rincon dog has, more than likely, had the rincon dog in rincon. Taking the potato stix off such a polarizing dog is a disservice to rincon itself. Bring back the stix read more

Fresh and quality beach eats! The cauliflower tacos were amazingly delicious! The hotdogs are on fresh made rolls and all of the ingredients are homemade! The chicken skewer with barbecue is an excellent addition to your meal. Don't forget the tasty homemade chips that come with all of the meals. They taste good dipped in their homemade habenero sauce!!! read more

Awesome place. Great little beer selection on top of terrific food for the whole family. Mac and cheese was a hit. Order the Baltimore that has Mac and cheese on it with fresh crab. Crab fries are killer. Go here - you will be glad you did. read more

Highly recommend the cauliflower tacos. Got them to go and they weren't soggy and nice and crunchy 15 minutes after I picked up. The flavor and the textures were so amazing, if you come here definitely try them!! read more

I am glad we heard about this place from my nephew that lives in Alabama. He was up for a visit and he saw Twilleys Willys on Facebook. The have an extensive range of choices on how you would like your dog and also have some burgers and tacos. I chose a Chicago style dog as did my nephew. I would have to say that it was closer to the real thing than I expected. All of the usual suspects were there... The relish, the pickle, the celery salt. I was missing the small peppers but that could be because the topping were not neon green. This did not change the flavor and I have to say this was the best I have had outside of Chicago. My son had the "Detroit" which strangely enough was a Coney Island dog with chili, cheese and onions. He enjoyed his dog and I tasted the same chili on the chili cheese fries. The dogs themselves were excellent. 100% beef and flavorful. The buns were very fresh as well. I thought I was going to get two but they are large. I would recommend Twilley Willys to any hot dog fan. It was a little difficult to find and I don't think it was on google maps by name. BTW, the owner was very nice and interested in what we thought. Go visit them. You won't be disappointed. read more

Went here for my first time and had the worst experience. After my first visit I will never be back and won't ever recommend. I ordered a regular hot dog, $5 (ketchup, mustard, onions) and it was great!! I asked the bartender what non alcoholic, non carbonated drinks the restaurant offered, and he looked me at me and says... "um, water?" then continues to say we have iced tea and lemonade. Very weird interaction. I then order the lemonade and it is extremely bitter. Tastes like straight lemons and water with zero sugar. Not for my taste of liking. I ask for a water instead and the owner, Mark, then comes up to me and says that they have a 10$ minimum and makes me think... your lemonade is 5$...? Interesting. After explaining in a non offensive way, i personally do not like the lemonade he just charges me for the hot dog, which i had zero complaints about. However, the staff was extremely unprofessional, unfriendly and very unwelcoming. The restaurant was nice clean and seemed to only be appealing to a certain crowd. Will not be back and the ownership is horrific. read more

This place is in the little red "village" in Fenwick, in the back. Plenty of free parking. BEST dogs! They are split and grilled and put on large tasty buns. Our party of 4 adults and 2 kids each tried something different, and they all got high marks. I liked the Wrightsville best - homemade coleslaw, chili, mustard and onions. We watched the owner make fresh, crispy chips, and the smothered fries were awesome! The kids loved the root beer floats, and the Orange Crush was refreshing, loved watching them press the fresh orange juice. Everything is made from scratch, the hot dogs are huge - perfect beach food! read more

Such a great crab cake sandwich and our waitress was super friendly. Drinks were lovely and the view of the water added to the friendly atmosphere. Also, let's not forgot about their amazing hot dogs- the best I've had. Overall great place to go for a quick bite or a sit down dinner. So lovely! read more

I ordered two dogs. My opinion is hot dogs should be served on hot dog buns. The hoagie buns the dogs were served on was way too much bread. I appreciated the variety of the "city dogs" but was disappointed with the finished product in taste and appearance. Perhaps my expectations or too high but with a name like Twilly's Willy's, I expected more. Fresh cut fries were delicious as they should be. Two hot dogs, fries and a coke came to 25 bucks, a bit high for what I was served. read more

Not the best ambiance, but the food is mmmmmm gooood. The chorizo on my "Dirty dog" was hot enough to make you sweat, but not so hot you didn't want more. Loaded fries were tasty too. We'll be back soon. read more

We are down in Fenwick Island 1/3 of the year and have tried all the grills and restruants. This is one not to miss for sure. Fantastic combinations of flavors with these hot dogs, and his other non-hot dog options are excellent as well, such as the pork tacos and the Pulled pork hamburger ( yes it has onions, pulled pork, and cheese on top of a burger). true beachy feel in this small grill and the owner is friendly, unassuming, and puts out consistently great food. So good- unique hot dogs, sandwiches and tacos. These guys love food. I'd recommend the cheesesteak sub and the cauliflower tacos. Don't ask for jalepenos unless you are ready for them- they pickle them themselves. Yum! read more
