Stopped here upon landing in Ocean City and stopping to see Peppies. Needing a quick bite to eat - we decided to come here driving past it several times over the past couple years so it was time to try it. Reminded me a of a neighborhood spot as well as a deli - with a bar top and a deli counter, with seating along the wall. Well-kept and clean place altogether. I decided on a Turkey sandwich on ciabatta bread. Came with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise. Staff was good - lady took our order and food was out pretty quickly. Taste was good as well - Boars Head product so the quality is there as well. Would come back next time I'm on my way into town. read more

Incredible little restaurant and deli a few minutes outside the main strip of Ocean City! We came here all 3 days of our trip it was so good! We didn't catch the waitress/owners name but she was incredible! Remembered all our orders/preferences on the second and third days without being told, was really friendly and gave my friend who asked for a milkshake all three days the perfect amount of sass. Tried the BLT, Philly, normal sandwich, crab cakes and a few more things and everything was awesome! The homemade chips are epic!! Come here!! read more

I keep a prewritten note of "her sandwich" in my car and then order 1, or 2, or 3 of them (she packs them for away games for volleyball and shares with kids who forgot to pack food) They might seem pricey at first, but once you get one, you will understand. They are enormous - 2 people on a sandwich is totally reasonable. I don't know what it is, a simple ham and cheese sandwich is infinitely better here than anywhere else. How is that possible right? Great deli with great sandwiches! Tuna salad on a Kaiser roll was delicious. Chicken cheesesteak was very good. Old bay fries were perfectly cooked. We ordered the Italian cold cut and the Reuben for dine in. Both sandwiches were big and loaded with meat, and came with chips and a pickle. Service was very friendly. My wife and I are from central PA and they make some of the best hoagies in the world up there. This place, oh my. Boars Head meat!! Fantastic Bread - (if the bread ain't good, the hoagie ain't good). And all the topping a great hoagie can have. We got the Italian and The Club Sammy w/ham. The Italian was Classic!! Hot peppers, oil and thin sliced onions! Classic PA hoagie. The Italian way!! Not to be missed!! The Club Sammy. Its got toasted bread and a small salad on it. Atleast a pound of ham. And Bacon!! A walk-off grand slam home run! We were in W Ocean City getting souvenirs for the kids and looking for a lunch spot. This place was in the same area & was it a lucky pick. Super nice people, working crazy hard in this super busy, smaller deli. The homemade chips are a must and might as well have a basket of their fries too, as they are just as awesome. We had the special...a grilled London broil on a pretzel roll w bacon, blue cheese and horseradish and it was the best sandwich ever! The open faced tuna melt with bacon on rye was also amazing and the burgers are huge, juicy, cooked to order and terrific. Don't miss this gem. read more

Nice, clean place with wine, beer and good food. There is a small bar area, that is slightly separated from the table and booth seating arara. I have to proclaim, that today, I just ate the best club sammich ever. They give you some options with this, meaning, ham, roast beef, and some other meat. They serve Boars Head brand deli products, which in my opinion, is pretty good, especially for this area. The toast was perfectly warm and crusty, the bacon was hot & crisp, the cheese, mayo, and veggies were proportioned expertly. The shining ingredient was the rare roast beast that sent this sandwich over the edge of this normal order. Stupendous, and the ripple cut chips, with the quarter cut dill pickle, it was like icing on the... sammich. Really a 4.5 rating. 5 isn't easy. read more

While in the past we have had decent food, today for me was an exception. While my husband's Ruben was tasty my cheeseburger was a disappointment. The menu states burger can be cooked "to your liking." So I ordered mine med rare with lettuce, tomato, and onion, on the side. That must have been to much for the cook to wrap his head around as the burger arrived very well done wearing it's salad ingredient. The waitress was cheery enough and even mentioned it to the cook. Who responded with a disinterested shoulder shrug and a couldn't care less facial expression. There are too many other sandwich and grille spots to be bothered putting more money into this indifferent fry cook's apron pocket. read more

Maybe 6 booths that can fit 4, a few small tables, and maybe 6 stools at the bar. And the waitress, well she wasn't too pleasant either. However, the food was amazing! Bah!!! Sooooooooo expensive for horrible sandwiches!!! Got two sandwiches - ham, salami and provolone and a turkey with bacon sandwich - $24 - are you friggen serious!!!! The HSP sandwich was request with extra vinegar but was hardly showing signs of vinegar but completely doused with oil. The bread was inedible. The other sandwich was ok but seriously $24 for two simple sandwiches. This is ridiculous. Don't go here unless you want to be raped for garbage. read more
