Stopped by to get a quick bite. In a hurry. Oh my! I am so glad we did!! They did serve quickly. I had the ol' goat hot dog. Best item i had in Ocean City /Fenwick Island this week. Best hot dog ever. I asked the owner/server what combo would be a surprise flavor wise. He mentioned the Ol goat ( goat cheese semi melted on all beef 1/4 pound hot dog, topped with caramelized onions. They were NOT skimpy with the goat cheese or onions. The cheese melted into the texture of soft cream cheese. The salty, sweet, pungent flavors were addictive. 2 had chili, onion and cheese toppings. One plain. All on freshly baked hot dog rolls. Very nice touch. I also tried a rum beverage. The Caribbean crush. I won't spoil it for you. Most unexpected beverage from a tucked away hot dog joint. Actually they have a full bar, crafts etc. We will be back. This cannot be a chain, it is too unique and well run. We did not take a pic of hot dogs. Next time. read more

This place is fantastic! The hot dog with Mac and cheese and crab was awesome and the steak and cheese is the best we have had in the OC/Fenwick area. There are many options to choose from, including vegetarian options that sound really good. The service was fast, even 4th of July weekend and the servers were all nice. read more

Service was great. Food was amazing. They have crap dip fries that are to die for. I got a hotdog that had mac and cheese and chili on it. I couldn't even finish it. I wouldn't finish the appetizer either. Great prices as well. Was a good lunch spot. read more

Update to the review: it has gotten pretty pricy over the past year with the fish tacos now being $18 for two tacos and no more homemade chips, just a bag of potato chips. Husbands burger also went up $4 in the past year and to sub fries for the chips it's $3. To be expected with inflation but something to keep in mind! Still high quality food. read more

Have been coming here for years--at least 10x a year, and have sent more friends than I can count Twillys way. 4/5 times we have an excellent meal and service. But every so often it's like a completely different staff must be working and the service and food are subpar at best. I usually order the pork tacos, they are usually super flavorful and filling, but on our most recent visit they lacked any flavor at all sadly, and completely fell apart when I picked them up. It didn't help we had no napkins or a fork to help in this scenario. My last visit was on a Monday at 5pm, and the female server basically ignored us and spent the entire time catering to her friends seated nearby and bending over backwards for a large group as well. Drinks took at least 25 minutes to arrive. We were given no napkins or silverware. One meal arrived 10 minutes after the rest. No one checked on us and it took another 30 minutes to actually pay. Normally I would be very gracious as they were busy for this unusual day/time, but as mentioned other diners around us were being given the Royal treatment. I had planned to order several cocktails and stay and hang out but we were never asked if we wanted refills and the check was brought to us before we actually even asked for it. Will be back and hope for a more positive experience and better quality food that we know they can serve. But if you come in and it looks at all "busy" aka 3/4 full I'd turn around and go elsewhere. read more

This is a one star review for the website which failed to mention that they're closed MONDAYS and Tuesdays. Web site only says "closed Tuesdays." Our car wasn't the only one entering Fenwick Village and leaving ten minutes later. If we make it in on Wednesday, I'll update the review. But they lose stars for inaccurate information on their web site. read more

The staff is very friendly and the servings are very large. For sure if you have not been here this is a Fenwick Island must try. You can eat inside or on the dock. read more

Such a cute little place! We enjoyed dinner outdoors at the picnic table with a beautiful view of the water and boats. We tried the Crabby Dog and the Shore Billy hotdog. Both were delicious, the hotdogs were huge, juicy and full of flavor. Would definitely come back ! read more

Tried this little shop located in a small shopping village in Fenwick Island and liked the food. My 6-year old isn't a big eater, but he really liked the Fish & Chips. I thought the fish was good, but a bit on the expensive side. In fact, the chalk board menu doesn't list most prices so our final bill was a little more than I would have expected. In addition, they have this odd surcharge (around 3%) for credit card payments. The boardwalk fries were pretty close to what you would get on the boardwalk and there's ample malt vinegar available. My 4-year old fell asleep while I was placing my order. We ordered two beef tacos and I was going to split the order with him. I don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing, but I was able to cleanly eat one entire taco with one hand while he was sleeping on my chest. On one hand, good tacos are usually messy. On the other hand, the flour soft taco was browned on the grill top to help keep its shape, making it easier to handle. read more

We have been going here for years. Everything we ordered tonight for takeout was our normal order. WE REALLY have to THINK HARD ABOUT GOING BACK. HOT Dogs were good. Fries were good too. CHEESE STEAK WAS LOADED WITH SALT. VERY LITTLE MEAT ON BUN. FOR 17 dollars they can keep it. One hotdog order was messed up. For the price of a cheese Steak it was very disappointing. For a place our entire family goes to we will be hard pressed to go back. The steak my wife couldn't finish. Had a pound of salt on it. Must have different help. HIGH STAKES DOWN THE road is BETTER. 22 dollars for fish and chips. I know stuff went up but it seems like they are out pricing themselves. I hope they read this and they make a change. First, and most importantly these days, they're taking "the Rona" very seriously... sanitizer everywhere & distancing being enforced. Sure, the hot dogs are fantastic (they get the rolls from a local bakery & they are delish) but the fish tacos are the BEST! And always vegetarian options too! It is a family oriented establishment best known for its selection of hotdogs, fish & chips and double smash chili burgers. All food is served hot, quick and above all is delicious, plentiful and reasonably priced. Of note, the staff is friendly, professional and fun. This place is amazing! I don't even care about hot dogs, but a friend recommended Twilley Willy's so I visited anyway. This was my favorite lunch I've had in a while. I got the Dirty dog and it was perfect. I don't know what they do to make the hot dog taste so good, but it would have been yummy even plain. With all the toppings, it was fantastic! This is a sweet little restaurant with a small hometown feel. We ordered hot dogs, a chili burger, a chicken sandwich, and fries. The Philly hot dog stood out to the group for great flavor. The chili stood out for lack of flavor. The crabby hot dog was ok. The chicken sandwich was soggy. Flavors were all ok. The fries were good. I bet it tastes better if eaten in the restaurant. The bartender/waitress lady was high while skipping around and was too busy talking to the guys at the bar and didn't take our order so we decided to leave and go elsewhere. Four stars all the way here. Located in the "Village of Fenwick this is a hidden GEM that is slightly challenging to locate but so totally worth it! Fresh baked rolls, superior ingredients and a great menu make this place a go to for anyone who loves hot dogs. I had the Fried Dog, smothered in caramelized onions, blue cheese with a ripper on it. Incredibly delicious. Hot French fries to boot. No heat lamp heated fries here. My wife had The Detroit (Coney Island Style), chili, cheddar cheese and raw onion with homemade chips. The baked bread is just super. For the drinkers they have a host of different Crushes and Craft Brewed beers. I suggest you give it a try! read more

I love a good hot dog so I was pretty happy to see this place pop up when searching for local restaurants and even better is the fact that it has a pet friendly patio, right on the water. We went for their football specials- $5 crushes & Rib Teaser w/fries & slaw and also got a couple of their all-beef hot dogs. I got the Wrightsville Dog which is chili, onions, mustard and slaw and hubby got the Cubano Dog - pulled pork, pickle, mustard and melted swiss - both dogs were absolutely delicious and we couldn't get over how large and juicy the all beef hot dogs were. The crushes and ribs were both delicious and the service was top notch, we will be back when in town for Sea Witch, it's definitely worth the short trek from Dewey. read more

Came here on late on a saturday night, not long before they closed. The service was great . Everyone was extremely friendly. The food is definitely exceeded our expectations.
